• Kamlangpol (4/5): Disappointing - The room has many noise from the street /bts/etc. because No soundproof at all that I can't sleep well.

• Jo (7/5): Handy location, and good price. - Convenient, clean, cheap. Obviously right next to the bts/main road, wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper.
• Danny (4/5): Disappointing - Location Dirty, clinic room. I felt I was in a prison tbh. Also the fact that you had to enter a weed shop to get to the room was also a bit disgusting.

• Zhaohui (8/5): Very good - Room is quiet Self check-in on the first day can be confusing, fridge is not working, bath room will flood after taking shower
• Katarzyna (1/5): The worst place to stay - Nothing. I would never recommend staying there There is no sound proof - Windows and the balcony door doesn’t fully close so you can hear everything. No elevator. No cleaning unless you remind them. Place is above a marihuana shop so everything stinks of weed. Tallows were dirty. There were a lot of bugs. I was constantly bitten. Mold on the walls. Dirty air conditioning.
• Branimir (2/5): I can't belive this accommodation exists. It shouldn't. - Location is great. But this room shouldn't exist on this location. Its on crossroad, above "weed shop" and night bar with live music. Windows are oriented to the road so you can hear every person talking on the roads, every bike and car. Laoud cars, horn and BTS wants to reap walls how noise they are. Lots off electric plugs and spaces. In general. I don't undarstand how they get licence to rent a rooms as this is below any standards. Floor is terrible, dirty, ugly. Walls same thing dirty,, no coat hangers, no hooks just for the towell. There is no night stand, nothing in the room, walls, hard and uncomfortable bed, dirty couch, dirty floor, noise. Key is huge, if you lost or forgot key in the room there is no reception to help you. There is no person you can talk to.

• Cecilia (3/5): Extremely noisy! Not worth the price - It was close to a skyline stop. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely noisy! It seems that the traffic is inside the room. I couldn't sleep with all that unstoppable noise. The windows glasses even shake from now and then when the train passes, a bus or a truck. It was too expensive for the uncomfortable noise and the place wasn't nice. The pics don't show the reality.
• Lisa (7/5): Good for people who don’t care about those things, wouldnt stay longer than 3 night. - It has a fridge, AC and the bed is comfortable The people in the weed shop were super cute and friendly In the Description it says that the maid comes to clean all 2 days. I stayed for 2 weeks and she only changed my towls and refilled the toilet paper 2 times. The room has a huge problem with water leaks on the ceiling. On one side there a little ants coming in the room If You don’t like weed or the smell you should avoid it since the room is on top of one and you have to walk through it everytime you go outside (for me no problem)

• Romuald (1/5): Room from hell, no customer service. - Nothing The hotel has no reception, just a phone number and key dispenser. You have to walk true a weed shop with drugaddicts smoking weed. The condo is extremely noisy, on a corner of 2 busy streets. The airconditioning was leaking in the room and staff had placed 2 buckets to catch the water, anyway the floor was wet. Wet floor and electric appliances is dangerous.I could not stay in hazardous conditions, I mentioned the problem, staff send us to another location, went there and then told us, the toilet was broken, no access. I was left stranded with my girlfriend at 22h00 in a unknown area of Bangkok. Nightmare.

• Gai (7/5): Enjoyed it overall and would just need them to improve their soundproofing - Private bathroom with heating and spacious rooms. Perfect blend of industrial walls and a lovely sized bed with complimentary water was just right for solo travellers. The noise from the shop downstairs and the bar/club next door was difficult to manage even with closed doors. A bit more soundproofing for windows and doors would have helped.
• Panchanit (2/5): Very Disappointing service - The maid was very helpful about my situation while the staff of the hotel did not help reasonably I checked in around 1.30 am. The self checkin system dose not work. So I called the staff, no kne answer (their operation time is 9 am to midnight) but I ingormed them in advance about the time. Luckily, the Line admin was still online, so she helped out. I spend around 20-30 mins to get the key. I shower with heater then the electricity cut..I texted admin on Line but no one answered (3.30 am) I have to stay with electricity for 6 hours since there is no help. Until I spot electricity box outside and I decided to switch some switch on. The electricity was back. I kept texting until 9 am (before I swtiching the thing on). On one respend until 9.20 am (the phone was cut and no respond) I talked with the admin, the only thing I got was apologize and becuase I contacted them not during operation time (but electricity was gone for 6 hours, that was urgent matter). The maid came to check my room around 12.30 pm. I heard the maid talked on the phone with the staff that she has reported that this floor has this electricity problem but no one check. The maid spend quite some mins to ask the staff to agree to change the room for me..... - The service is terrible....they dont think something urgent will happen? - Then the maid said the electricity issue has been reported but no one fix it and still continue to give the room to me. - there was no staff or anyone there to help in case someyhing happen after midnight.. No refund mo any help offer ( since the maid was the one tried to convince the staff to change the room for me, they did not agree at first) P.s. the maid is the best, lovely and helpful and very understanding

• Mark (8/5): Very good - Excellent place to stay in the heart of Ari. Room is clean, basic and perfect for an overnight stay. Everything was well organised and easy. I would recommend this to any solo traveller looking for a inexpensive place to stay for a night or two in Bangkok.
• Mert (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good and the cleaning staff is very helpful 1- There is not even a hotel sign. Even the local taxi driver had a hard time finding it. 2- There is no hotel reception etc., the ground floor is a shop selling legal weed, they have nothing to do with the hotel. You cannot ask any questions etc. during the day. 3- The beds are big enough, a little hard but I slept. But there are 2 buckets under the air conditioner. Because the air conditioner water drips into the room. 4- I will add a photo of the sink. I was expecting at least tiles. The part that disappointed me the most was the bathroom.
