• Gail (8/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Access to the apartment was a little confusing. There is a key box involved which is not at the apartment but on the opposite side of the street. The balcony was lovely. It was a quiet apartment building. We found the old part of Montpellier to be a real treat with lots to explore. The double bed was incredibly small!

• Roland (9/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage , alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, ca 10-15 min zum Bf. St. Roch. Nicht mit dem Auto anfahrbar. Geräumige Wohnung. Gutes Bett. Funktionale Küche mit Nespresso-Maschine. Sehr schöner Balkon nach Norden raus aber mit interessanten Ausblick auf eine mit Fußgängern belebte kleine Straße. Ebenso schöner Essbereich mit Ausblick über die Dächer. Es ist nicht ganz ruhig aber man ist halt in der Stadt. Wir haben uns in der Gegend auch sicher gefühlt. Dass man zum Check in den Personalausweis abfotografieren müsste. Das ist überflüssig. Die Datenangabe hatte auch gereicht. Keine Seife im Bad und nur ein Beutelchen Spülmittel ist nicht so toll, aber OK bei dem Preis. Stühle auf dem Balkon. Etwas unbequem.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location. - Excellent location. Large bedroom and comfortable bed. Lots of extra towels and sheets provided. Not many frills or additional items like bottled water, milk, just the basics, but well stocked dishes and pans, etc. Awesome retractable shutters which really blocked out the light. Shower a bit moldy around the caulking. Very noisy as you’re right near the old town. Early street cleaners, bin emptying, some partying on Saturday night. I’m sure normally it’s just common city centre noise if that doesn’t bother you. Unfortunately the facing on the building next to us was being chipped away with a Jack hammer but that’s just our timing.
• Lamberto (7/5): only if you are NOT by car - The flat is nice and in the city center 1) If you are NOT by car it is a nice place to stay. You cannot reach the flat by car ( city center access closed by devices) so if you have a lot of luggage it is not the right place to stay. if you travrl light I will suggest it. 2) We found the flat quite dirty 3) quite complicated forms to fill in before going there (mandatory otherwise no key). Very rigid check in policy (after 4 without chance ti leave luggage before). Quite high caution (500 euro...)
• Gail (8/5): despite the hassle to get into the apartment, it was a beautiful apartment in an excellent location. if you are a light - Location was excellent. close to everything. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cooking utensils. we loved that we could sit at the table on the terrace Quite a bit of street noise, even with the windows shut. Overcomplicated instructions for check in. the link to the document didn’t work. Emergency concierge phone number went to an unanswered message service. Suggest you just send the instructions through email or Booking.com app!

• Patrycja (4/5): Disappointing - Apartment, living room, sofa bed very comfortable. Unprofessional, rude host. Waited outside the apartment for over 2 hours to collect the key. Rang the office every 15 min and every time I heard someone will come in 5 Min. When someone finally arrived they didn't have key with them because the cleaner hasn't returned them. Never again. Very Unprofessional and rude staff. Waited with small kids on the street for 2 hours.
