• Georgina (1/5): Not good. - The staff were lovely and the manager tried to help. I had a pool view room and it smelt so bad, like something was rotting. I complained and they sprayed air freshener. It got so bad I actually couldn’t go in the room so they moved me to another room. The balcony door didn’t shut properly and I got eaten alive by mozzies. They cleaned my room and found a dead rat in the wall. They then put an ozone machine in there. That helped. On day one I saw a rat run across the breakfast buffet table, one of the staff saw it as well and shooed it up a wall. I’ve been to Bali many times and this by far was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I checked out today and checked into a different hotel.

Good tv with Netflix access , You Tube etc My room was a standard room with no balcony on the 5 th floor . There was no view as the window was covered by a metal awning -which was disappointing . Apparently, it’s only on the 5th floor rooms that have this issue .

Went to restaurant and waited for service whilst staff chatted to a manager. When finally calling out loudly we were served. Wife's food came out to wrong table....then other people served. Mine was not forthcoming. When I asked where they said mix up had occurred. We walked out. Poor service and food was not that great. Next door service and food were great. Pool was cloudy and dirty. Overall apart from location better offers available

• Amy (6/5): Good location, price point was about right given the poor standard of the hotel. - Good location close to shops, cafes/restaurants and the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful My room was not clean. The bathroom had lots of mould. My air conditioning leaked water on the floor and caused lots of condensation which made my room smell of mould. I reported the leaking and they sent an engineer but it didn’t get fixed. The pool was unsafe to be used for 2 days which guests were not happy with at all.
• kayla (10/5): Staff make this place what it is - Staff were very lovely. Needed some maintenance done which was going to take a few hours. Staff offered another room while we were waiting. The bar staff and waiters were friendly, always asked us how our day was and if we needed help with plans for the following day. The trainee that helped with our bags at the end of the stay was professional, if he didn't have a trainee badge on I wouldn't have known. House keeping was always prompt, if we slept in late they always returned and it was a nice surprise when they come around later checking if you need top ups on anything. The pool and facilities were always clean and well maintained. We were street side and while you could hear the street noise, it died off around 10pm. The pool was quite small and breakfast was not topped up frequently enough. No matter what time we came down it felt like something had always run out and was not topped up during the duration we were at breakfast. Rooms were quite small but for the price that wasn't a problem for us. We utilised the drawers and hangers.

Staff friendly and helpful. Not hotels fault. Noise in first room first night, little Warung beside hotel has a boom box and karaoke machine and local singing, they can’t sing, sounds like a strangled cat trying (terrible) but swapped by hotel to room facing pool not the road, aim for a balcony room with pool view much better.

• Nicole (9/5): Staff were amazing. Friendly. The cleaners checked in every night to see if we needed anything - The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to everything we needed. The bathroom was tiny, but manageable your not spending hours in there.

But once we got it the cleaners wld forget to leave. Drinks at the pool we offered to pay they asked for our room number instead. Then hours later when we were sleeping they came to our room needing cash.

Putu Ayu from housekeeping was always friendly and efficient. Andika and the rest of the reception staff were always available with happy faces. The pool was nice. The Movie and International News channels were a pleasant surprise. Never been a fan of fridges inside a cupboard.

Полотенца для бассейна очень удобно брать. Иногда в 6 или 7 утра включают музыку и водопад в бассейне. Время включения не угадаешь. Поэтому просыпаешься рано. У кого номер с балконом то все номера выходят на бассейн, а без балкона во двор или по углам внутренним бассейна. Нет сушилки для вещей на балконе.

• Kate (8/5): Amazing value in a central location - close enough to the buzz, but still quiet enough to sleep! - The Nadi Hotel Legian is an amazing hotel for the price. It’s not the fanciest or most modern, but it gives you more than you’d expect for the price. The staff are all friendly and efficient, the breakfast is fantastic (amazing value), and it’s in a good location. We’ll definitely be back. The rooms are a bit run down - but totally fine.

We had a twin room and although super functional and ok for our stay, it was abit on smaller size compared to other hotel we had come from.

• Tanya (8/5): Great value for a fabulous little local style hotel. Loved it - The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Legian and an easy walk to Garlic lane or the beach. The staff were all so lovely. The rooms are small and there are not many pool lounges but that’s all I could think of.

• Jamie (10/5): Had a really enjoyable stay. All of your staff are 5 star, Chris, Windy and Andika Oka. - Found the breakfast menu fresh and enjoyable. A good variety. Was excited to see vegemite sitting there as we are from Australia, was a nice touch. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always friendly. Came around and asked if everything was ok. Eggs always cooked well and to guest request. Only on the occasion the buffet was a little slow to refill. Nothing really negative to add.

My daughter loved the pool and had so much fun swimming.😊 Its so close to eveything so its super convenient. The facilities are a bit dated.Though the rooms were clean, the stairs and hallways are not to the same standard.

• Géraud (9/5): Superbe - I had a very pleasant stay at Nadi Lejohn Hotel. The hotel is well located, offers great value for money, and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and everything is set up to ensure a good rest. I would especially like to give a special mention to Galih, who is an outstanding member of the staff. He is always smiling, kind, and very attentive. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference during my stay. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome I would definitely recommend this hotel!
