• Valerija (9/5): Perfect location, courteous host, clean bathroom, no spectacular view if facing backyard, some signs of use on walls and - Perfect location, close to everything you would want to see. Very helpful and responsive host. The room facing backyard has not so appealing view with some backstages of cafes and a/c outlets, so if you prefer to sleep with window open all the smell from time to time come to your room, but if you use a/c than it is good.

• olga (10/5): Восторг - Изумительный отель. Мы часто бываем в Риме и из пяти отелей в которых мы останавливались этот самы лучший. Даже крохотный лифт, который, почему-то, не указан в удобствах был прелестным. Номер оформлен с высоким вкусом. Кровать удобная , подушки ортопедические, тишина и спокойствие, никаких посторонних звуков. Душевой отсек просторный с прекрасно сконструированным входом. Отель расположен на махонькой улочке в 5 минутах хотьбы от Испанской лестницы и метро Спагна. Ничего. Главное не испортить

• 모 (10/5): 완전 추천합니다. 여기 대박이에요. - 스페인계단 근처이고, 위치가 너무 좋아요. Spagna역에서 도보 5분정도이고, 근처 관광지들 다 도보로 이용했어요. 무엇보다 시설이 완전 대박이예요. 엘베 있고, 단독건물 4층짜리라서 완전 보안 좋구요. 저흰 2층이었는데, 객실2개라 거의 독층 느낌이었고 층로비마다 직원프론트,쇼파가 있고 짐보관도 문안에 잠궈놔서 안심했어요. 건물대문열쇠, 객실열쇠 총2개의 열쇠를 주기 때문에 건물대문도 투숙객만 출입가능해서 보안 철저해요. 내부 들어가면 거실+쇼파 있고, 침실 따로 있어서 투룸느낌이고, 널찍해서 스위트룸호텔같았어요. 냉장고도 있고, 크고 멋진 욕조가 별도로 놓여져 있어서 화장실이 침실만합니다. 신축인지 엄청 깨끗하고, 다 새 거 같았어요. 침실도 널찍하고, 푹신해서 좋았구, 이불도 2채인데 도톰하니 좋더라구요. 에어컨도 거실1,침실1개 2개나 있어서 완전 시원했어요. 바디워시.샴푸 넉넉하게 구비되어 있구, 뭐든 인심이 좋아요. 중간에 외출 다녀왔는데, 완전 체크인상태로 정리해주셨더라구요. 유럽 2주간 여행하면서 이런 시설의 호텔은 본적이 없던거 같아요. 외관문부터 고급지구요, 인테리어 완전 우아해요. 호텔 바로 앞에 'Negresco Bocca di Leone'라는 식당에서 만든 호텔인거 같은데, 이 식당에서 무료조식 제공하구요. American/Italian 선택해서 먹을 수 있는데, 저흰 둘다 먹어봤을 때 italian 추천해요. 피스타치오 크로와상, 착즙오렌지주스가 넘 맛있어서요. 여기서 점심 식사도 했는데 투숙객은 10% 할인해주더라구요. 이 식당이 인기가 좋은지 야외석이 늘 만석이라 저녁 늦게 다니기도 안 무섭고 좋아요ㅋ 체크아웃후에도 짐 보관 안전하게 해주고, 호텔측과 what's app으로 답변도 잘 와서 직원 상주하지 않아도 큰 불편함 없더라구요. 미리 도착시간 물어봐서 그 시간에 체크인하고, 체크아웃시간도 미리 말하면 직원이 와서 처리해줍니다. 직원분이 대박 친절하고, 왠만한 요청은 다 들어주십니다. 위에도 말했듯 인심이 후해요 호텔자체가 ㅋㅋ 간단한거는 직원 없을때 식당에 얘기하면 처리해줘서 불편함 없구요. 조용히 독립적으로 숙박하고 싶으신 분들께는 최적이 아닐까 싶어요. 가격도 시설 대비 너무 합리적이어서 제가 묵었던 호텔 중 압도적으로 추천합니다. 조식제공이 8시부터인데, 전 아침부터 일정이 있어서 좀 타이트했어요. 7시30분정도에 시작하면 좋을 거 같아요. 이거 외엔 불만이 전혀 없네요.

• Helen (10/5): Perfect stay for a family of four - We travelled with our kids 7 & 3 years old. The room was spacious and provided an area for the kids to sleep and us to sleep too. The staff were helpful even before check in. Providing airport transfer information. The restaurant was so lovely. And the cocktails - Amazing! The staff were lovely with the kids and so helpful making us feel very welcome. We were so close to the Spanish steps, and other shops, restaurants and sites. It was a friendly and luxurious place to stay for our short break in Rome. I would come back again without hesitation.

• oliwia (1/5): NIE luxury - Nic Pobyt oceniam bardzo negatywnie. Zamiast dwóch podwójnych łóżek, które były wskazane w opisie, zastaliśmy jedno łóżko dwuosobowe i dwie niewygodne dostawki o różnej wysokości. Kontakt z właścicielem był wyjątkowo trudny i nieprzyjemny. Dodatkowym problemem była łazienka z jedną przeszkloną ścianą, co przy pobycie czterech znajomych stanowiło spore utrudnienie i brak prywatności. Śniadania to jakiś żart, do wyboru włoskie lub angielskie. W włoskim dostaje się croissant, a w angielskim 3 plastry szynki, 3 plastry sera, małą łyżkę jajecznicy i jednego tosta, obie wersje są zdecydowanie za małe, żeby się najeść, brak różnorodności. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego obiektu.

The second day I choose the Italian breakfast and the Italian waitress brought me a cup of coffee and one croissant..... too bad. It was Saturday and Sunday and no cleaning.

Det var rent, sengene var store, og morgenmaden var rigtig god – man kunne vælge mellem italiensk (sødt) og amerikansk (saltet med æg og bacon). Vores værelse var stort nok til os to voksne og to teenage­drenge, og vi oplevede super service fra personalet❤️ Eneste minus var, at morgenmaden først startede kl. 8.00. Vi havde booket nogle guidede ture til kl. 8.30, så det gav lidt tidspres. Trods det var personalet i kaffeteriet så søde at give os kaffe og croissanter som take-away lidt før kl. 8.00. 🙏❤️🇮🇹

Firstly the AC unit was very noisy every 1/2 hour it would make this horrible noice it was almost impossible to sleep. The pillows were really hard. There were no windows it felt like a dungeon and dark, yes there was a terrace but it was surrounded by buildings looking down on you Impossible to sit out it was to hot.

A simpatia e cortesia dos atendentes do Café Negresco em frente, onde servem o café da manhã, principalmente do Cristiano!! Sairíamos cedo no dia seguinte, antes do café abrir, ele gentilmente nos forneceu itens para viagem e agendou nosso transfer. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza! O segundo banheiro poderia ter exaustor,, mesmo sem chuveiro.

Το πρωινό χορταστικό αν και είχες ανάμεσα σε 3 επιλογές. Το προσωπικό ήταν συμπαθέστατο! Δεν μου άρεσε μια άθλια πλαστική μοκέτα που την ένιωθες βρώμικη... και ότι δεν είχε παντόφλες μιας χρήσης. Επίσης στο ασανσέρ δεν χωράει εύσωμος άνθρωπος, αν είστε μπορείτε μόνο απο την σκάλα.

Antico edificio ristrutturato a B&B. i turisti che non sanno chiudere le porte degli ascensori di una volta. Se sei al 4 piano e l'ascensore a piano terra, te la fai tutta a piedi.

In the heart of Rome, on the Spanish Steps, very quiet accommodation. The meals, breakfast is organized in a restaurant just in front of the accommodation in the shade and in a quiet area with the good menu.

Excellent location, very clean and really well decorated room and shower. The size of the room was little small but ok for holidays. Poor breakfast (included in the price,1 croissant, small juice and a small coffee). Our room, the standard one didn't have a good view but again we had natural light and air coming to the room.

Die Kollegen vom Restaurant gegenüber waren nach vier Tagen schon zu Freunden geworden. Die Unterlunftvist sehr gepflegt, schön ausgestattet (Bilder!) und SEHR sauber. Die Dusche war riesig und die Betten super bequem. Ein zweiter Mülleimer vlt. am Kühlschrank und eine Kapselmaschine. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch (Croissant -sehr gutes-, Heißgetränk und O-Saft) da könnte was Herzhaftes (für den deutschen Gaumen) eine gute Ergänzung sein.

Nella camera standard piccola inserire un piccolo appendiabiti come armadio non a vista perché è impossibile appendere altri vestiti se non solo 2 jeans e un giubbino ed un frigorifero mini. La camera standard piccola va bene per 3 giorni e non di più.

• Stephen (6/5): Overall, Bocca di Leone Luxury Suites was a very poor experience and vastly overpriced. - Location was ideal for visiting all the attractions of Rome. The restaurant affiliated to the hotel was excellent, great service, great food The hotel did not book the correct room, I booked double room with balcony/terrace, took 2 days to get moved to a more appropriate room. No power outlet for the kettle had to borrow adapters as my euro adapters didn't fit the updated power outlets. No waste basket for the tea/coffee station in the room only 1 small waste basket in the bathroom, no spoons or water/wine/beer glasses, napkins/tissues provided. Overall a very poor experience for a supposed luxury suite.

Posizione eccellente e comodissima alla metro, situato in pieno centro ma in una zona tranquilla e non caotica. Mancano alcuni accessori in bagno, ma lo ritengo un qualcosa di poco valore.

• Lizaveta (9/5): Отличное место для тех, кто хочет все успеть и любит жить в комфорте - Идеальное расположение, очень просторные номера, большой сан узел, 2 комнаты. Есть холодильник. Приятно,что завтрак входит в стоимость. Хотелось бы добавить наличие чайника и стаканов для воды в номер.
• Emiliano (8/5): - Struttura nuova, quindi molto pulita, senza difetti di usura. Bel design. Letto molto confortevole, anche se può sembrare duro. Tutto necessario in bagno, incluso ciabatte. Macchina caffè (non so perché, con caffe decaffeinato), personalmente preferisco bollitore per il the. Stanza molto silenziosa. Buona colazione, ricca, al ristorante sotto. Essendo la stanza piccola (come da descrizione) non c'è ne tavolino, ne sedie. La doccia divisa dal bagno non è proprio comoda. Non sono le condizioni "luxury", ma al prezzo di lancio ci sta (al prezzo pieno non lo apprezzerei). Le foto della camera sono confusionarie, perché includono anche quelle di altre stanze. Comunque, sono dettagli, siiamo stati molto bene!
• Leutrim (10/5): Will be back for sure - The staff was very friendly and nice. The location was 10/10. Everything was close from the property. The room was very good and clean. The only thing that comes to my mind that I didn't like was the breakfast. It was a croissant, a coffee and orange juice. It was good but not enough for me. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
• AMY (10/5): Lovely! - The room was really big & spacious! Very modern! Very clean & reception staff very attentive. We we’re 3 young girls attending and we felt very safe and secure. Reception were kind enough to keep our bags for us once we checked out so we could continue our day. Finally - the cafe opposite offering croissants for breakfast is fabulous! The property is brand new! So like all new places there are a few very minor things that can be easily rectified! 1) rooms need a little iron or one upon request 2) the only bins are the little ones in toilets the bedrooms could do with one too! 3) there’s a step in the bathroom which blends super easily in with the rest of the floor! Might be an idea to just highlight this :) 4) the plugs aren’t suitable for standard 2pin adapters. You need Type L adapter plugs to use the bedside chargers! :)

Everyone looked after us very well. We felt we were welcomed 5 star service even more for sure. We definitely will be back. Thank you for looking after us. Absolutely nothing.

• Elissavet (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass man zu Fuß innerhalb von 30 Minuten fast alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht. Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Fotos, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.
• Natalia (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Rome - Great location! In the centre but out of crowds. Easy to reach everything. Staff was amazing!!!🥰🥰🥰specially Cristiano! Thank you! As it was brand new room, so had so mild issues, but the staff was great and helpful to make everything be just perfect! So there is no negative things))
