- Sheila (7/5): Great place to stay maybe again when it is in season time. - The heating was left on which made the caravan feel nice and cozy. Caravan a great size. The owners sent me details very helpful and kind. My son found a hole in his sheet dirt on it too he used the opposite side and made the most of it.
- Jemma (1/5): Avoid at all cost!!!! - Avoid at all cost. We booked this caravan but didn’t get to stay In it unfortunately. As we arrived we called host to let them know we had arrived but got told we had to be given another caravan due to heating and wow the caravan was dreadful and nothing like the one we had paid for. I have two autistic sons which the host was told the caravan they tried to give was just not safe for my youngest (non verbal) son as the gas fire in lounge was only way of heating the lounge and that wasn’t safe for him also we ordered a caravan with a veranda for safety reasons and was given a caravan without one and when mentioning we should of had a call that morning to let me know the caravan we paid for wasn’t going to be available so that we had a chance to not travel all that way and stay in a run down dangerous caravan for my youngest son. We got told this info as soon as we arrived so had no choice but to pay for another safe caravan and when challenging these people on getting a full refund they are making excuses after excuses to not return the money knowing they did not call or message to let me know any info until we had travelled 3 hours and arrived on site. A holiday that should have cost me 141 then cost me 500 because of this host so I’m letting everyone know do not get scammed by these people!!! Save your money and sanity. The way a grown man spoke to my eldest autistic son and the fact they won’t give me my money after scamming us.
- Annette (9/5): plenty to do, either walk / drive into Jaywick, plenty to eat, short drive into Clacton, - Had everything needed, liked sitting outside on the decking. i alway's take short breaks, will see 2026 book again. nothing to dislike ( weather )
