• dialgomiguel (10/5): Increíble alojamiento con excelente ubicación - La ubicación y lo cómoda que era la habitación. Muy espaciosa y con buena vista. Mmm... la tele no funcionaba, pero la verdad es que no la necesitaba.
• Blazej (1/5): Room with no materace, no towels, no bed sheets! - I arrived to the place at 8pm. I entered the room and there were: no bed sheets, no towels and...NO materace! Moreover it smelled like someone was smoking there heavily before I arrived. I contacted the managers/owners. 2 hours later I got an answer that: the room.is actually being renovated, I have to leave it, look for another accomodation and will be given the money back. So - at 10pm, after a flight and long trip - I was actually left with no accomodarion, because the owners FORGOT that the room is not capable to host any guests there and anyway it was put on booking.com to be rented. With my 25 ywars of experience as a traveller I have never faced that unprofessional approach.

• Marta (10/5): Pobyt byl swietny - Lokalizacja obiektu była świetna, wszedzie mozna bylo isc na pieszo bo do centrum bylo 10 minut. Pokoj jak i lazienka i kuchnia byly czyste, wszystko bylo w porzadku. Klimatyzacja dzialala swietnie oraz telewizor- dobre udogodnienia. Spłuczka w toalecie dlugo napelniala sie woda, przez co czasami byl problem ze spłukaniem wody, w lazience bardzo wilgotno oraz zimno. Woda czasami robila sie lodowata podczas kąpieli. W łóżku sprezyny wbijaly sie w kregoslup co bylo malo wygodne.

• Petr (9/5): Really good value for the price. I recommend. - Location was perfect, less than 5min by walk to center. Everything was clean. Nice view. Balcony was fine. Air conditioning works. There was no shower enclosure, so the floor in the bathroom was always wet. Not that much cooking equipment, but for some basic stuff it's enough.

• Béguin (6/5): Très bien situé mais appartement peu pratique - Très bien placé dans le centre de Sofia, superbes peintures murales. Cuisine et salle de bain communes à toutes les chambres (cela n'est pas précis dans la description), peu d'éclairage (les ampoules ne fonctionnent pas), pas de prise électrique d'un côté du lit (pas d'éclairage et pas possible de recharger le portable), pas de bouilloire, salle de bain peu pratique car aucun emplacement pour poser ses affaires (donc toutes les affaires sont rapidement mouillées), le lit est usé et le matelas ne sont pas confortables.

• OLEKSII (3/5): Dirty - Location close to center. Nice artist paintings on walls and wardrobe. Good wi-fi signal (but was lost once for a couple of hours in 2 weeks). Rather good shared bathroom. The place was extremely dirty and filthy. It is ironical that they include EUR 31 as cleaning service in price, but in fact you get shelves weeks full of dust, matressess filled with stains of every possible type. When we complained that the bed was full of hair, we got a hillarious answer that this hair belonged to the cleaning lady! The bed sheets are not sifficient to cover the matress, too short. The tenant before us left his shirt in the wardrobe, along with booking print out, no one threw it out during the "cleaning". The button in a toilet works one time in 5. The shower for toilet cleaning leaks heavily, and new people who do not know it just make the only toilet totally wet. Coffee machine leaks. Common facilities were kept clean by a person who lived there long-term and cleaned kitchen and bathroom himself, the staff provided almost zero value here. Everything is worn out: furniture, flooring etc. They could make a difference by covering the bed better (thick sheets and/or doubled sheets could cover the stains) and by cleaning everything they could and making minior repairs. No one expects super good quality here, but it is neglegience that makes staying here an awful experience. But they just do not care.
