• KHAMIS (1/5): الجمله القصيره ستكون اني سوف انشر اللذي حصل معي ف جميع برامج التواصل الاجتماعي وتجربتي للمكان وليشاهدوها جميع البشر الم - لا شي لم يعجبني اسلوب التعامل من قبل الموظفين - عندنا حضرت للمكان في الساعه 9:00 دخلت الساعه 11:00 تاخرو علي ف ارسال مفتاح الشقه ونحن عائله كبيره كبار سن و اطفال ولا توجد حتى عربه واحده لتساعد بها نفسك سوف تكون مجبر على حمل جميع حقائبك بنفسك - طلبت منهم وقت الخروج ساعه تعويض على الشي اللذي حصل معي و التاخير لم يعيروني اهتمام وتجمعو على باب الشقه ليخرجوني منها انصح الجميع بعدم القدوم و الحجز في هذا المكان

• Mubarak (10/5): بصراحة بعتمد هذي الشقة لفتزة الشتاء وما اتوقع اني اسكن مكان ثاني في ال JBR افضل منها - الموقع وكانت والسعر كان مناسب ونظافة المكان كان 3 غرف وغرفة عاملة وصاله شرحه ونظافة وايد حفو انه ايخلولك شراشف حق مدة الحجز مع معدات التنظيف لا شيئ يذكر ومهم

The location was very convenient, often close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. It truly felt like the perfect blend of hotel comfort and the freedom of a home. Despite the minor kitchen issues, the overall experience was amazing. I would definitely consider staying again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay.

The water supply was problematic, and toiletries were insufficient for our group of five—only 2-3 shampoos and one shower gel were provided. Despite being listed as available, bathrobes were not provided. Additionally, the toilets didn’t flush properly, the drain in one of the bathrooms wasn’t working, and water leaked into the hallway from the bathroom.

• Leilah (2/5): I checked out next day and she refused to refund my money I had to contact my back to get a refund. It is an AIRBNB not - I didn't like it from day one and had to check out next day. It has no light rooms are so small , not four bedrooms like stated online, it has no lobby neither security, guest bad at communicating . 1 access card for entire family of 5 people. It was so bad and not convenient, we had to carry our bags upstairs no trolly, it's an AIRBNB not hotel apartment like she says. No cleaning services, had booked for over 8 days , she only put two towels in each room for the entire stay. We just got out, she refused to refund our money , checked in Blue beach towers same neighborhood for 9 days which is a great hotel. It was over rated online I don't know where this person gets 8 stars
