• Breno (10/5): Excelente custo-benefício para uma ou duas pessoas - O apartamento é bem equipado e atende confortavelmente até duas pessoas. Limpeza de entrega bem feita. Pequena varanda ajuda a manter o apartamento sombreado e fresco. Prédio com academia, pequena piscina, lavanderia pay-per-use e sala para coworking. A luminária não estava funcionando e as luzes do ambiente são bastante fortes. Havia apenas 2 travesseiros muito moles, poderiam deixar outros, com diferentes densidades, para que o visitante possa escolher o que mais agrada.

• Abby (1/5): 🚫 Absolutely Disgusting – False Advertising and Complete Health Hazard 🚫 - I have traveled extensively and stayed in countless accommodations, but this was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. This property is grossly misrepresented, unsanitary, and managed with zero accountability. When I arrived, the apartment was filthy: dust everywhere, sticky surfaces, and a smell that clearly indicated it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. But the worst shock came when I made myself a coffee I hadn’t noticed the coffee pot was dirty, and when I took a sip, I realized there were actual insects floating in my cup. It was absolutely revolting. When I contacted the host immediately, their response was beyond unacceptable: they offered to send a cleaner while I was still inside the apartment. Seriously? Basic hygiene and cleanliness are non-negotiable before any guest arrives. Their excuse was that the dirt “came from nearby construction” which they failed to mention anywhere in the listing. They completely refused to take responsibility for the state of the property. To make things worse, their so-called customer support was a nightmare. I had to repeat my situation multiple times, only to be told the same canned line: “We can only send someone to clean.” No escalation, no empathy, no refund - nothing. According to EU consumer protection laws and Booking.com’s own standards, accommodations are required to provide a service consistent with what is advertised, including cleanliness, safety, and basic functionality. This property violated all three. Even the amenities listed are misleading: the gym is not functional at all every treadmill is broken, and half the equipment looks abandoned. I ended up leaving the same day and booking a 4-star hotel in a much nicer, central area for the same price. That hotel was spotless, comfortable, and professionally managed - a complete contrast to this disgrace of a listing. I am now pursuing a refund through Booking.com and my credit card’s travel protection insurance.
