• fernando (5/5): Muy regular y relación calidad precio, fue muy caro - Huele a cañería muy fuerte el baño. Tuvimos mucho frío. Las cubiertas muy delgadas para primavera Sintra es frío. El sofá cama tiene huecos y no se puede dormir es inhumano.

• Elena (7/5): - Ideaal dat er een gelegenheid is tot parkeren. Ligging is oké. Keuken aanwezig, badkamer oké. Ik vond de muren nogal vrij dun. Ik werd vaak wakker door mensen die wandelen in de kamer boven mij, de deuren, de wekker van anderen in de ochtend.

Viemärin haju oli kylpyhuoneessa ilmeinen. Sängyt oli vähän kovat. Sähkölukkosysteemi erikoinen, uloskaan ei tuntunut pääsevän ilman avainta joka on paloturvallisuuden kannalta epäilyttävä ratkaisu.

• Samuel (8/5): Super Lage - Preisleistung war Top und die Lage. Wir konnten von dort uns direkt aufmachen zu den Schlössern, Gärten und Burgen. Es war leider die Dusche nicht ganz heil der Duschkopf hat überall an der Seite rausgespieltes.

• Larissa (7/5): - Lindíssimo hostel, acomodação muito ampla e todas as áreas comum, impecáveis na organização e decoração Do barulho de umas benção de uma dupla de Indiano, às 00h até às 1h e tal, talvez por ser uma guest house também, acabo por me acordarem com a falta de respeito com o barulho a bater as portas dos das 23h e barulho na cozinha e corredor.

A acustica dos quartos não sao bons, ouvimos bem barulhos dos quartos vizinhos, alem do barulho do banheiros, descarga da privada e a porta ao abrir.

Además la casa es muy bonita, con un jardin precioso, todo esta muy limpio y la ubicación es muy buena. Es la segunda vez que estamos en el Palazzo, y volveriamos a repetir seguro! Estancia de 10 Uno de los baños no tiene mampara ni cortina en la ducha, con lo que no se puede usar, estaría genial que se la pusieran para así agilizar el momento ducha. Y en el otro, una de las alcachofas de la ducha no funcionaba y la manual tenía poca presión. Ambas son sugerencias, calidad precio es estupendo. Repetiriamos.

• antonio (1/5): Reclamação - Só gostei da localizaçáo... O resto foi dos piores alojamentos que encontrei até hoje... De dezenas que já estive... Casa de banho péssima, NET 0,televisão 0,mau cheiro... Mas no quarto 8 então nem falar... As cozinhas sem qualquer comodidade, neste quarto 8 muita corrente de ar pelas chaminés, gel de banho nenhum nem champõ, apenas sabonete líquido, o polivá do quarto 1... Sinceramente... Nem nos podemos mexer de pequeno... 60 cm, e como é partilhado temos que evitãr barulho mas é impossível... Para mim nunca mais...

• Claudia Regina (7/5): - Localização excelente. Ficamos em quarto com banheiro compartilhado. A ducha vaza pelos lados, o box é minúsculo, vc tem que fazer contorcionismo para tomar banho. A vedação do box não é boa, com isso a água vaza para fora, ficando o banheiro alagado. A porta do nosso quarto estava pegando no batente, gerando uma certa dificuldade para abrir e fechar.

• Tim (6/5): - Palazzo hat eine wirklich Perfekte liegung. Zentral jedoch gut versteckt im wunderschönen Sintra. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Bei Kälte und Nasse ist die Wohnung fast ein Alptraum. Im Frühjahr und Sommer kann ich es mich ganz anders vorstellen mit Türen auf und Zugang zum Hof.

There is also the possibility to park the car there. The room was clean and tidy, with one double bed and one single bed, as well as a TV. The bathroom was also clean.

• Martha (9/5): Buen lugar para una estacia de 1 o 2 días. - La ubicación es muy buena, a solo 3 min a pie de la estación de tren, la calle es un poco oscura, pero se siente seguro. El check-in es independiente, y me proporcionaron los datos desde un día antes, lo cual me dió mucha libertad de llegada. La casa es grande y muy limpia, cuenta con un gran jardin. La habitación en la que me quedé era de buen tamaño y bien iluminada. Los baños son compartidos, pero son amplios y limpios, con lo suficiente para darse una ducha con agua caliente. Televisión con conexión a Netflix. Tuve suerte, los huéspedes en las otras habitaciones eran igual de silenciosos así que no escuché mucho ruido durante mi estancia. No hay nevera en la cocina, y no se puede cocinar, solo se dispone de platos, vasos y cubiertos. Me hubiera gustado poder almacenar alimentos en un refrigerador. La habitación tiene un pequeño calentador pero pasé un poco de frío quizás una manta extra sería algo a mejorar.

• Edmund (1/5): Terrible communication left me homeless at 2am. - Nothing I advised the owner I would be arriving late at night. I noted the last check in was 2300. I asked if I needed to meet someone as I could if I really had to, but would prefer not to. Owner advised access was a lock box with keys - great. I had to chase owner multiple times for the codes. He eventually sent over lots and lots of pictures which were quite confusing as his communication was poor and just copy/paste responses. I worked it out though and visited at 2am as my flight was delayed. His cleaning staff forgot to put a fob for the main door, or the room, so the lockbox was empty apart from a fob to get into the car park. I was left in Sintra at 2am with nowhere to stay. I had to get a taxi miles away to a friends house and wake them up. I contacted the owner who previously advised it was a 24hour service, however he didnt read the messages till 0900, and didnt bother to respond till later. Owner THEN sent me a video of a code to the main front door, so said - not his problem. I still wouldn't have been able to get into the room as no room fob so don't see any need for the video after the issue. No apology from the owner, wouldn't give me a refund. Very aggressive in communication and just kept saying it was my fault as his terms say last check in is 2300. I've been travelling for 20 years, and I understand issues happen, its just part of travel. Had he apologised we could have worked something out but he had no interest in any apology, just blaming me for his error. Avoid this property and owner.

• Kristina (7/5): - The house itself is beautiful. very close to the train station This is a shared bathroom situation - did not say this in ad. The house was freezing cold, so really couldn't enjoy the house. I was forced to stay in my small room in order to use the small heater in the room.

There was a small heater in the room, which I lifted on a bedside table to stay warm at night. No kitchen for use.

• Maciej (10/5): Doskonale położona, spokojna miejscówka z wanną! - Miejsce jest doskonale położone, praktycznie 3 minuty piechotą od stacji Sintra, 15 minut od centrum, niemniej w spokojnej okolicy. Pokój był obszerny, dobrze ogrzewany (co rzadkie w Portugali w tej skali cenowej), a komunikacja z właścicielem i obsługą była bezproblemowa. Również wifi funkcjonowało bez zarzutu. Zarówno late check-in jak i late check-out nie były żadnym problemem. Do tego dostępna była łazienka z wanną, dzięki czemu kąpiel była prawdziwą przyjemnością, jak i zresztą cały mój pobyt w Sintrze! Jednym słowem, jest to doskonała baza do zwiedzania tego pięknego miasta, jego pałaców, i jego ogrodów. Brak minusów.

Tenía lo necesario para descansar y estar calientita Los baños, al bañarme se hacía un mojadero porque no tenía cortina, ni vidrio que detuviera el agua dentro de la bañera. Solo había agua caliente, no podía mediarla para que bajara el calor. Los sanitarios no funcionaban no se Hiban lo escrementos tuve que usar los botes de basura para hechar les agua.

• Clair (9/5): Great location to train and buses. Gated with parking - Gated with key card access only. Fantastic location to the train station and the buses to the castles. Parking available within the complex if needed. Everything you would need for one or two nights. Owner responsive to messages. Room was quite cold but MAnager left us a small heater at the door. Which we appreciated. Other rooms are nearby, but as we booked the triple room, we were at opposite end of the floor to them. But if you are a light sleeper this could be a problem. As we could hear television and coughing from unit 3. Shared bathrooms, but there are two on that floor. Basic supplies in kitchen. Would struggle if we stayed a week or wanted to cook. But for one or two nights, at that price, it would be suitable for most.

• David (9/5): - No es un Hostel, es un hostal, dado que son. habitaciones independientes dobles o triples, y no digo un hoteliito acogedor porque los baños son compartidos. La habitación estupenda, todo nuevo, con televisión led conectada a internet, wifi, nevera, ventilador, mesa y sillas, perchero y la cama doble y muy cómoda. Dos ventanas por las que entra bien la luz y tres baños en toda la casa. Agua caliente y presión correctos. Ubicado muy céntrico y cerca de todas las cosas que ver en Sintra. Sistema de seguridad contact less para la casa y habitación. No se puede cocinar (como es habitual en los hostales, no es un reproche) pero tiene microondas y tetera para calentar agua. Zona exterior ajardinada y amplia. Servicio de limpieza todos los días en la casa y cambio de sábanas en plazos razonables. Disfrute de una promoción de Booking y fue un auténtico chollo, por el precio habitual habría estado perfecto igual. Ningún problema a la hora de hacer el check in con instrucciones por wassap. Si os dejáis la llave contact less dentro de la habitación (lo cual me ocurrió a mí) os ponéis en contacto con el gerente y os habre sin tener que ir desde su casa, eso sí, procurar llevar el teléfono encima siempre por si os ocurre. Algún que otro huésped con gusto por dar portazos más allá de las doce de la noche y hacer uso del baño con la puerta abierta esputando como si no hubiera un mañana. Al comentarlo a una de las personas que limpian recibí algún que otro comentario sarcástico. Nada preocupante para mí, sarcasmo se paga con sarcasmo, pero quizás a otra persona más sensible le hubiera parecido inapropiado y molesto, quizás algo peor No entro en detalles porque no merece la pena, no ofende quién quiere si no quién puede y sería estropear la posibilidad de una buena estancia a alguien por una majadería
