• Portia (10/5): Great experience! - Everything but be ready for some exercise because of the 4 flights of stairs Need to clean the walls, stove and doors and TV has a lot of smudges and dirt marks Need to be cleaned down. Towels were limited Load was in the dryer still wet - no bid deal but makes a difference

• Steven (10/5): It’s a must stay!! Especially if you’re with family. Amazing property!! - We were pleasantly surprised with the property. The house was very spacious and clean. Since it was our first time to Indiana we thought the location was very good. Close to the city but not in the city. The neighborhood had so many things that we found to do. We didn’t have any problems with the property. Everything went smoothly.
• Brittany (10/5): Beautiful new townhome in quiet neighborhood - The townhouse itself was very modern and cozy! There are 4 sets of stairs, but we didn't find that to be an issue. Bedrooms are on floor 3 while kitchen is on floor 2. Beds were comfy and full bathrooms were very spacious. Living room was also very comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful as well. Parking was right out front. We loved our stay! Nothing!

I originally selected this simply because it had a garage and I was traveling with equipment in my car that I needed to keep safe. It was like staying at a five-star resort everything was brand new and top shelf the beds were incredibly comfortable. Bob was also an incredible host very attentive. • johnson (10/5): whenever i am in Indianapolis again, this will be my first contact. thank you for a lovely weekend. 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝 - the setup was unexpected, in a great way. i love the layout, but stairs are a bit much in a “forgot my phone in the car” at 2a.m. kind of situation lol no real issue. minor complaint at most.
• Jolene (9/5): Great location and spacious! - Great location to downtown, great parking, spacious and comfortable! Overall we had a great experience. Beds were comfortable, views to downtown were great on the rooftop patio and garage parking was a plus!! A few things that need to be addressed for future guest and just some uncontrollable issues that we experienced. About 90% of the towels were still in the dryer and not dispersed throughout the townhouse. Dishes and utensils were still in the dishwasher and not put away. No dishwasher liquid/tabs. No extra rolls of TP or baking dishes to cook for a large family we planned to feed while staying there. This resulted in a quick trip to the store we didn't plan. Biggest issue are the outlets in ALL bathrooms. NO power and not a single one up to code (no GFCI outlets). Last is the street noise and the lights at night. This can't be changed but I recommend earplugs and a sleep mask if you are a light sleeper and need total darkness. There are only blinds throughout the townhouse. Black out curtains in the bedrooms would be beneficial to help guest have great rest. All these issues can be corrected for future guest. Overall I would give this a 4 star rating. Fix the issues and it would be a 5!
