- Katarzyna (8/5): Idealne miejsce na pobyt łączący wypoczynek i poznawanie miasta - Obiekt 10 min piechotą od plaży, w okolicy duża dostępność usług - sklepy spożywcze, piekarnie, dyskont, usługi Beauty. Dostępność bardzo dobrze wyposażonej siłowni znajdującej się klatkę obok. Mieszkanie na parterze, usytuowane w narożu budynku z ograniczonym dostępem światła dziennego (latem może to być atut, nie będzie się nagrzewać). W drzwiach wejściowych nie założono progów i były duże szczeliny, co powodowało nośność zapachów i dźwięków. Grzejnik w łazience został usytuowany w złym miejscu i wymaga wymiany, nie wygląda estetycznie i psuje ogólny odbiór całości.
