Filip (10/5): Clean and comfy resort with amazing staff! - The place feels like a tropical garden - full of flowers and trees. Rooms are spacious and very comfy and nicely decorated with maritime items. A/C was efficient and not very loud what is often an issue in the Philippines. Water heater provided great hot showers with good pressure, also not very common here. The pool was clean, and the bar had everything we would need and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was amazing - always smiling and ready to assist! They helped us book great massages, and arranged motorbikes rental. They went above and beyond, and Jens (owner) himself offered to pick us up from Tubigon Port for we had not been able to book a ferry to Tagbilaran because of Christmas. We couldn’t expect more. Highly recommended 10/10!
Harald (10/5): Ein schöner Ort, gerne jederzeit wieder. - Sehr schöne Anlage mit super freundlichen Leuten. Sehr sauber, und alles da was man benötigt um zu entspannen. Hatten eine tolle Nacht dort. Die Lage ist ruhig. Hier hat alles gepasst, vielen Dank dafür.
Oscar (8/5): Well worth it! - The place is really nice, very peaceful and quiet. It's super lush and cozy, with lots of plants and greenery. The place features a big nice pool that's regularly cleaned. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a nice little balcony with chairs n' a table. Bed was super soft and comfy. Aircon worked perfectly. Bathroom was nice too. Everything felt modern and well maintained, apart from a few exceptions that I will talk about a little later. The staff was attentive and service minded, very polite and caring. The location of the resort itself is in the center of Panglao, but just outside of the resort there's really nothing.. Just a highway and some small local shops stretching far into the distance. So don't expect any nightlife or even restaurants close by the resort. You'd have to walk quite far to find any marts or real restaurants. You'd better off ordering food from Grab or Foodpanda and have it delivered to the resort. Especially since the resort doesn't feature a restaurant of their own. All in all, I give the place a solid 8/10. - The sink in the bathroom was broken, leaking water spill down on your feet. - The water heater for the shower was unreliable, constantly alternating back and forth between too hot and too cold. - The mini fridge wasn't cleaned or prepared prior to our arrival, there was a used bottle of someone else's water in it, and the freezer compartment was nasty. - The "neighbor' of the resort decided to burn some trash/garden waste just next to the resort, causing smoke and smell to spread and flow in over the resort area itself. - The paintings in and outside our room was very gloomy and ominous, not fitting for a tropical resort setting.
