David (10/5): Fantastic place - The location in the San Basilio quarter of town is fantastic: quiet, charming, out of the main tourist hotspots around the Mezquita but only 5 minutes walk away. The ‘Real Caballeros’ horse show-stadium is just around the corner from the apartment and each morning of our stay provided us with some free entertainment and a good local experience on our walks into town. The apartment was really thoughtfully equipped and we were able to cook quite happily on a couple of occasions, and were really grateful for the generous provision of tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher (not always the case in our experience!) The coffee was also a welcoming touch, along with beers in the fridge!! Our only regret was that our Spanish was not good enough to enjoy the tempting library, but we liked the feel that the books gave to the place. We enjoyed meeting Pablo - it did make a difference to have a personal welcome, thank you. Don’t want to detract from everything that was provided, but to improve the facilities even more I would suggest a colander for draining pasta/washing salad, and a drying rack would have been useful.

Paul (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in Cordoba at Bookish Place. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood just steps from the walled O - We were very happy to be in such a great location within walking distance of so many great sights. Great to have both a washer & a dishwasher for our 7 day stay! The property was great. Our only challenge was we were not shown the storage under the bed where the drying rack & toilet paper were. The kitchen supplies were just adequate which we communicated to the property management - lack of cooking tools (wooden spoons, lifter, whisk, etc.) , coffee/tea mugs (only 1), & dinner plates (only bowls). I feel these are required for long term stays, as ours was.
Hsiu-jung (9/5): Highly recommended - Great location.The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet street. It does have a washing machine but no laundry detergent so hope they could provide the laundry detergent and cloth rack to dry the wet clothes. Nothing.
