Guest Reviews
- Ismael (10/5): Freya was very welcoming and helpful - Freya was very welcoming and helpful, nothing really to complain about
- Philip (1/5): - The property is in a good location. There was a problem with the cold water in the shower and bath. The water was scalding hot, so it wasn't possible to shower or bathe for 3 days. We were only informed of this hours before checkin. A security guard approached me during the stay and said we should not be staying at the address which was being operated in breach of the building regulations.
- Anna (1/5): The worst ever flat, extremely dirty, no host support - Nothing , there is nothing to like here, seems all good reviews are from friends . it is not modern, not new , but is dirty and old with an awful service.
After we had left a review for 1 star i received strange messages from unknown mobile phone which were rude, disgusting and blackmailed me, they tried to reach my personal FB accounts and etc. and blamed me that i am ruining their business, but guys - you ruin your business yourselves by giving so bad servise. So once you book with them your personal ID is in danger, they start sharing your mobile numbers, photos etc. Be really careful.
I have written you many times to solve the situation, you could come home - give a proper real cleaning , bring really fresh towels and bedshits and fix of the shower or make a refund, but you ignored us during the stay! after my low review other guests also complained. very pity we could not read real reviews before. we always use booking.com and trust its properties but this was a real nightmare, especially with blackmailing (i have all screens) after leavening real reviews and complains. Is it a part of your so called service?
Even in this review i have written that we are opened to discuss the situation and solve it, but the host has preferred to blackmail us. The host ignores us, doesn't support or helps.
We have paid the whole amount for 5 nights stay but we got the worst ever flat :
We checked in late in the evening , so host had time to clean and improve, but
1) we had no clean towels , at all, all they are after previous guests , only dirty towels
2) there was no bath supplies, only the bath supplies from previous guests are all used and in bad conditions
3) shower is broken, we cant use it, the water was only hot, cold water is not working!!!!!!!!!! This wasn't solved at all, we couldn't use shower all 5 days!host ignores
4) the bathroom was very dirty and not cleaned,no desinfection to clean it, the personell is not qualified to clean, mold everywhere
5) the fridge had old food from previous guests, not cleaned,
6) the cleaning section is not possible to use, as is all in mess and has no desinfection, i wanted to clean myself.
7) no clean bedshits, it was after previous guests -dirty and smelling. The new towels we got are also dirty and in stains, we couldn't use them.
8) all towels and bedlinen they wash in apparement with 30 min program on 20 degrees and leave to dry , so it is so stinky and dirty!!!
9) the dishwasher doesn't work
10) thr host ignores us, he is in HG or Malaysia and of course can't help you, the responsible lady for cleaning is also abroad ( by accent is not a British), the cleaning man is insane, he doesn't understand what is clean or not . After we checked in and they received money and ignore us.
11) the sofa is broken and impossible to sleep on it
12) only 3 pillows, 2 blankets, 2 chairs. They sell this flat for 4 people!!! No knives, no pots. All staff was dirty
They told it is an accident that our flat was so dirty, and all rest are happy, we also have chosen this flat by all other good reviews, but seems they are done by friends or fake. The flat has lots of mold everywhere, the stains, all is so sticky and dirty it tells the hygiene standards are so low.
- John (1/5): The bottom line is that this apartment should never have been rented in its current condition. - What did we like? Nothing! Without a doubt, this rental experience was the worst my wife and I have ever had, and we have rented dozens of times in the past. This place was literally a nightmare to rent. Where do I start? First, we were only provided with instructions on how to access the apartment on the day we arrived in London. The email arrived at the airport, but it was unclear and not particularly helpful. We replied, requesting further information, but never received a response. It took us nearly an hour to figure out how to get into the apartment after asking several people leaving the building where it was located (there was no number on the flat) and how to open the lockbox.
When we finally entered the rental, things only got worse. Although it was advertised as a “modern, newly built” apartment, it had old, wobbly furniture, very few amenities that are typically provided in rental properties, and malfunctioning appliances. For example, the clothes washer ran for hours but never completed its cycle. The dishwasher was inadequately secured and came off its hinges when the door handle was opened. The tea kettle was burned on the inside, and there was no microwave – what rental nowadays doesn't have a microwave? The kitchen had an oven, but it lacked a tray, roasting pan, or any other equipment to make it usable. As for the stovetop, the only items provided were a giant frying pan and a large pot. Other essentials that were missing included condiments (at a minimum, salt and pepper), tea, kitchen towels or paper towels, dish liquid, a scrubber, an ice tray (beyond the small, cracked one), foil, plastic containers, a can opener, and a bottle opener.
See below. Regarding the living room, the old sofa was clearly unsuitable for a rental property; its armrest was barely attached, and it had a foul smell. Both counter stools were uncomfortable, and one had a ripped covering. In the bedroom, the bed had a mattress only a couple of inches thick, and it was furnished with only a bottom sheet – we had to buy sheets just to sleep on it. The only table lamp was tiny and perched on an equally tiny table stuck in the corner, making it a joke to access; you had to get on the bed and lean over it to reach the lamp. The bathroom also fell short. Four threadbare towels were provided, but there were no hand towels or washcloths. Additionally, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or bath gel. While the containers were there, they were empty. There was also no hand soap or lotion. To top it off, both the bath and sink drained extremely slowly, particularly the sink, which took an hour for the water to drain.
Given everything we faced in the apartment, we considered leaving and finding another rental. By then, however, it was early evening, and we were both exhausted from our ten-hour flight and suffering from jet lag. The next day, we searched for alternate accommodations, but nothing suitable was available. Therefore, we made the best of the situation by purchasing towels, sheets, and numerous other items for the kitchen and bathroom, staying away from the rental as much as possible.
Another significant drawback was the location; the apartment was not in central London. We took Uber almost everywhere, and each trip took a minimum of 30 minutes. For example, it took us 45 minutes to reach the British Museum and an hour to get to the Victoria and Albert Museum.
- Rafael (2/5): Péssima - 1. The bathroom temperature control didn't work.
2. There weren't enough pillows for the four guests (there were only three pillows).
3. The bed linens and towels were poorly washed and stained.
4. The house was dusty.
5. Dirt from previous guests was still in the house (under the sofa).
6. There was no TV or microwave (they were missed). I hope this report can be of some help.

- BlackJack77 (9/5): - Duży przestronny salon, sypialnia i łazienka. Gniazdka z USB pozwoliły nam naładować telefony, bo nie mieliśmy przejściówek. W pobliżu przystanki autobusowe i sklepy. Okolica spokojna. Wymeldowanie do godziny 11. Blisko pieszo do London Bridge i Tower Bridge.
- Abdurrzzag (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathryn (9/5): Superb - Clean, spacious, convenient Ground floor
