Ils nous ont aidé chaque jour à planifier nos journées, les meilleures restaurants et gelaterias, en nous avertissant de l'organisation des transports et autres pour nous faciliter au maximum les choses. Leurs conseils se sont révélés très précieux et nous ont retiré la charge organisationnelle, on a donc pu se reposer un maximum. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon. Chambre spacieuse, avec tout ce qu'il faut. L'accueil disposait même de pansements après une petite blessure infligée par nos longues marches :-D rien

• Evgeniy (8/5): Это далеко не 4 звезды,не тешьте себя надеждами. - -стоянка для авто - девушка на ресепшен (Влада),в целом доброжелательные и внимательные - кровать - завтраки вроде бы и есть что поесть,а вроде бы и как-то не душевно(в Италии есть с чем сравнить),плюс девушка на завтраках,далеко не из доброжелательных(когда спрашивает из какого номера,словно чего мы вообще сюда пришли) - сама еда неплохая,но с овощами кто-то ,наверное не понимает,что постояльцы это люди,а не животные. Так накидали стружку из морковки , огурцов и салата с пакета,я себя ощутил кроликом. - в санузле номера очень неудобный душевой шланг и все остальные приспособления,рассчитано на великанов,хотя у меня средний ( 176 см) рост. - воду поставили в номере 1 небольшую бутылку. Вы или не ставьте вообще,или хотя бы большую . В целом какое-то жлобство просматривается.

• Bülent Albas (9/5): - Sehr sauber Lage ist einwenig außerhalb gelegen, mit Privatauto aber auch mit ÖV sehr gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut, immer frisch, jedoch immer das selbe. Nicht die neuesten Möbel jedoch sehr gepflegt und bequem. Können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Zimmer waren zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Leider war der WLAN-Empfang im Zimmer sehr schlecht und oft instabil.

Informed 4 days before arrival that due to building work in adjacent property there was no pool which was advertised at time of booking.

• Karsten (9/5): Nice stay close to Desenzano - - The staff were very friendly and helpful. - The hotel comes with sufficient parking - Accommodation breakfast had a sufficient selection - Not too long to walk to get to the sea - Some restaurants are within walking distance - Food shops (Penny, Conad) were also not too far away for small supplies - For day trips to other towns (Desenzano, Verona, Lazise, Sirmione, etc.), the location is well situated - Some rooms also come with a balcony to enjoy the evening - At breakfast, the staff always came directly to us (as we selected food, or when we chose seats) to ask for the room number - One still needs to walk a few minutes to get to Desenzano, which is more lively and has more shop options (but a few minutes walk is not bad)

• Jimmy (5/5): Bonne volonté des investisseurs, mais fait sans budget. Donc un hôtel qui se veut classe sans l'être - L'emplacement, le parking pour se garer. Le petit déjeuner, même si on vous saute dessus en vous demandant votre numéro de chambre, comme si vous veniez voler de la nourriture. Le matelas King size, même si il est posé sur deux lit simple (ça ne fait pas le même effet. Les cloisons sont en carton, les portes de l'ascenseur font flipper, le fait de pouvoir réserver une chambre double pour trois personnes et finalement se faire facturer le lit supplémentaire à l'arrivée. Les taxes séjour à ajouter. En gros, tu dors que de 1h à 7h Ramenez des boules quies.

• Francesca (8/5): Reposando cuerpo y mente en Garda 😌! - 1) La ubicación, ya que está a pasos de un supermercado Penny, de la playa, de parques y de la parada de autobuses; 2) La habitación, ya que es amplia, cuenta con frigobar y hervidor, lo que marca la diferencia; 3) El desayuno, ya que es muy amplio y variado; 4) El personal de recepción y desayuno, ya que son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y orientarte. 1) El secador de pelo debe ser renovado, ya que sólo puede usarse en potencia 1, la cual es lenta. En potencia 2, que es la máxima, solo duraba encendido 5 segundos. Luego había que esperar al menos 5 minutos para re encender el secador; 2) El sonido de la ducha del baño de la habitación y del baño de la habitación contigua suena extremadamente fuerte, lo que impide ver televisión e incluso te despierta, si la ducha se toma muy temprano; 3) El baño, si bien es muy cómodo, le falta algún “agregado”, donde los principales son: papel tissue y cotonitos. Si se pudiera agregar una mini crema de cuerpo, sería estupendo.

The city centre of Desezano with 10 minutes walk. Quiet and safe area. Great location for those who wants to travel around - close to the motorway. Nothing.

• Toni (9/5): Gute Lage des Hotel war toll, alles schnell erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück.. - Schönes Hotel. Zimmer war gross. Das dass Zimmer nur mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet war und mit zwei Schlafsofas die nicht ganz bequem waren. Platz hätte es genug für zwei Doppelbetten.

Le receptionist sono estremamente gentili, simpatiche e sempre pronte ad aiutare, con ottime conoscenze dell’inglese. Colazione ricca e varia, servita da una cameriera molto cordiale. Un soggiorno davvero piacevolissimo – super consigliato!
