- areej (6/5): - فيه غاز وغيالة ملابس ينفع للعائله لكن المكان ماله لوحه ولا هو واضح هذا اولا ثانيا كان على الباب جلسة بار والشراب على الطاولات المكان غير مهيء للنا كعائله مسلمه لكن الحق يقال ان له قفل الكتروني على الباب محد يدخل امان وهادي لكن وقت الخروج تطلع من وسطهم الي بالبار

- Tymon (4/5): Dobra lokalizacja, ale liczne usterki i brak ciepłej wody przez cały pobyt sprawiają że nie polecam - Świetna lokalizacja metro w 7 minut pieszo, przystanek autobusowy w 3 minuty. Apartament był czysty i duży, w środku znajdowała się pralka i zmywarka, co jest dużym plusem. Przez cały 7-dniowy pobyt brakowało ciepłej wody problem zgłaszany codziennie gospodarzowi, nigdy trwale nierozwiązany. Zmywarka była zepsuta i wypadała z szyn, pralka miała zablokowany dozownik przez szafkę. Dziura w ścianie, zamrażarka bez drzwi przez co mroziła produkty w lodówce, zepsuta spłuczka w jednej łazience, przez wentylację wlatywał dym papierosowy. Brak jakichkolwiek patelni mimo zapowiedzi pełnego wyposażenia kuchennego, w garnku całkowicie zdarty teflon. Apartament bardzo głośny ponieważ znajduje sie nad pubami.

Monolocale fornito di tutto il necessario, pulizia ok e possibilità di richiedere gratuitamente il servizio di pulizia.

Staff was lovely and helpful The boiler broke down and I didn’t have hot water for a while. The manager, however, took action promptly and got the problem sorted out the same day. I was offered to use the shower in an unoccupied apartment while the repair was ongoing.

Tripla che aveva un letto matrimoniale, e l'altro letto era un semplice divano (la federa e lenzuolo dovevamo metterceli noi sopra). finestre sul retro, rumorosissima per le ventole dei riscaldamenti attaccati fuori e per il locale notturno con musica fino alle 4 di notte!!

Конкретно в нашем номере (желтом) было не шумно, учитывая расположение - почти в самом центре Истикляль. До такси одна минута пешком. Все удобно, все вежливые, чисто 👍 Начиная с порога все прокурено. Везде запах табака. В фойе, в номере, в спальне, в туалете. Возможно из-за того что рядом бары и там курят, но у нас вся одежда пропахла многовековым запахом сигарет. Я человек не курящий, мне это не понравилось, курящие может и не заметят. Только за это снимаю звезду, в остальном все замечательно!

- ALEXSOUFRA (9/5): Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο! - Όμορφο διαμέρισμα δίπλα στην πλατεία Τaksim με πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας & τιμής! Ακριβώς δίπλα στην πόρτα σου έχεις περίπτερο - μίνι μάρκετ, κάβα, ζαχαροπλαστείο, pubs & στάση λεωφορείου, ενώ σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών υπάρχουν μεγάλα καταστήματα, σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια κλπ. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι στην περιγραφή αναφέρονται 2 μπάνια, καθώς και μπαλκόνι ενώ δεν υπάρχει τίποτα από τα δύο. Κατά τα υπόλοιπα όλα ήταν υπέροχα!

В апартаментах на 3 этаже было чисто и все необходимое для краткосрочного пребывания, в феврале в апартаментах было тепло (т.к. есть батареи). Напротив есть небольшой магазинчик, где можно купить воду, рядом кафе и бары. Владелец всегда был на связи, отвечал быстро. Во время нашего проживания возникла проблема, которая была решена, со стороны владельца была оказана необходимая поддержка. Мы остались довольны пребыванием в данных апартаментах!
- Lorenza (9/5): - La posizione è a un passo dalla bella via istikal e da piazza Taksim , quindi vicino a bus e funicolare , al mio arrivo mi è stato proposto un monolocale che non corrispondeva a ciò che avevo prenotato e alle mie rimostranze mi è stato cambiato con un bel bilocale con doppi servizi igienici , spazioso e pulito . La struttura si trova su una strada con tante locande e ristoranti quindi rumorosa ma con le finestre chiuse il rumore si annulla . Hu hu
- tarek (5/5): Mehmet wasn’t responsive at all and the 1 floor without elevator didn’t suit us - The location was excellent as it was 3 minutes walk to istiklal street It wasn’t mentioned that I have to climb around 20 steps (1 floor) to reach the elevator so it isn’t suitable for someone with health issues and elderly people. Moreover Mehmet wasn’t responsive. He only helped us with carrying the luggages while checking in and during our stay we informed him that we want the apartment to get cleaned on daily basis. He only responded one time and the apartment got cleaned for 2 days and then he neither responded nor the apartment got cleaned and we texted him for 3 days in a row without getting replies from him and during the check out we informed him to help with getting the luggages down as we weren’t informed of the 1 floor with no elevator and he didn’t reply and we had to carry all the 4 luggages down alone noting that we had 2 people with health problems. So this affected our stay

- Khasai (10/5): - Недавно останавливался в Taksim Nil Suite, и впечатления остались исключительно положительные. Отель сочетает в себе уют, идеальную чистоту и по-настоящему дружелюбную атмосферу. Номер был светлым, просторным и прекрасно оборудован — удобная кровать, свежий текстиль, современная сантехника и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Особенно хочется отметить персонал: ребята невероятно внимательные и отзывчивые. Всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами — от рекомендаций по городу до мелочей вроде дополнительного чайника или быстрой уборки. Расположение — отдельный плюс. В двух шагах оживлённый район Таксим, много кафе, магазинов и транспорта, но при этом в самом отеле тихо и спокойно, что редкость для центра Стамбула. За свою стоимость это просто отличное место. Если вы ищете комфортное проживание рядом с главными достопримечательностями — Taksim Nil Suite определённо стоит выбрать. Я с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!

Affordable cooked food at B. Loktanasi is just a three minutes away. Funicular and metro station are ten minutes walk away. Window view.

- Giulia (9/5): Strategico soggiorno a Istanbul - Posizione ottima, ci si trova nella zona dove si concentrano le principali attività serali e contemporaneamente si è vicini ai mezzi pubblici necessari per raggiungere le altre parti della città. Accoglienza molto attenta da parte del personale, sempre disponibile via whatsapp e molto preciso e puntuale, fanno veramente di tutto per venire incontro alle esigenze (ci hanno risolto un piccolo problema del bagno in breve tempo, hanno fatto il possibile per accoglierci prima del normale orario di check-in). Possibilità di avere il servizio di pulizia dell'appartamento già compreso nel prezzo. Insonorizzazione verso l'esterno ottima, si sente poco il rumore che viene da fuori nonostante l'appartamento sia sopra un bar. Appartamento riscaldato molto bene (siamo stati qui in inverno) con acqua calda abbondante per due persone (boiler vicino al letto). Bagno non finestrato ma con aspirazione, comodo divano con TV molto grande e possibilità di connettere Netflix. Cucina accessoriata con due piastre elettriche, frigo, due padelle, tazze, piatti, posate, scolapasta, bollitore elettrico. Il bagno ha un water con bidet incorporato, non un bidet vero e proprio. Nella cucina non ci sono beni di prima necessità (olio e sale, caffè..) che sono sempre piacevoli da trovare, ma di certo non obbligatori. Bellissimo soggiorno!

- Dan Vacarescu (10/5): A great stay in Istanbul, great value for the money and a great host! - 1. The host. Mehmet is absolutely fantastic. He communicated with us non stop, he is warm, polite and welcoming. 2. The location. The apartment is located in the very heart of Beyoglu, 50m to Istiklal Street, 5 mins from Taksim Square, and a nice 20 mins walk to Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. There is also an useful paid parking 200m from the apartment. 3. The apartment is cozy, with 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and confortable beds. The access from the street is easy. It's a great chioice, we will come back for sure. That we didn't stay longer.:)

Tuve que pedir una mesa en la sala de estar porque no estaba al llegar y en las fotos de la reserva si que estaba. Me queje de que no habían limpiado y me dijeron que no era cierto. Que le estaba llamando mentiroso. Le envié fotos con la basura.

- ASMA hadjer (8/5): - Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel appart, le personnel est très sympa et serviable, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est juste magnifique à quelques mètres de la rue istiklal, la station de métro est à juste deux centaines de mètres, il faut juste noter que l'hôtel se situe dans rue pleine de pub et de bar qui ne s'arrête pas jusqu'à 5h du matin donc beaucoup de bruit le soir. Mais sinon pour les jeunes ça ne dérange pas plus que ça.

It has a kitchen cabinet and cooking equipment, some more washing machine is also available. The staff is very helpful, and we are allowed to leave our luggage when we travel out of Istanbul. Минусы есть, но они не критичны. Душевая лейка брызгала во все стороны, отсутствовала губка для мытья посуды, добавить розетку для холодильника,чтобы не приходилось выбирать включить чайник/кофемашинку или холодильник. Добавьте несколько больших тарелок.

- Marijan (1/5): - Before the trip, they were very communicative, they asked about the arrival several times, how many people is coming (like they don't know) but later it turns out that all this was more due to their space planning. The team that rents rooms doesn't do it with one location, but with multiple city locations. I booked an apartment (Premium Suite) at a location near Taksim Square where there is some kind of reception, and where they didn't ask me anything or checked when I arrived. Immediately after arriving, they called for a taxi and took me to another location (think about the safety of this practice). Seems to me they have apartments and hotels in other locations in the city and "mine" location was near the Galata Tower. They took me to some kind of room that I didn't book or arrange at all and pretend they don't understand anything. I personally was frustrated when I saw it, because it was worse accommodation than advertised. I showed them pictures of their Premium Suite, which I paid extra for, and compared it with what they were trying to rent to me. They said they had to give my booked room to someone who got sick. I conclude that they do not inform their guests about any changes in their reservations. But they didn't argue when I asked them to cancel my reservation. They were at least polite and agreed to terminate the contract without any additional damage to me, considering that I had to pay the entire amount in advance. I believe that many had a pleasant stay, but I don't like their practice of scamming. Call me and cancel the reservation if you can't offer me what I ordered. It's inconvenient when you're a traveler from a long trip and then end up on the road without a place to stay. All in all, at least I didn't have any financial difficulties because of it.
- Murad (10/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location just steps away from Istiklal Street, which made it very easy to explore the city. The 1+1 layout was spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a big advantage. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very at ease during our stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience — highly recommended.
