- Sheyla Erlica (8/5): Foi razoável, seria mais agradável se o ar fosse mais potente, tivesse blackout na janela, faltou área de serviço e uma - Estava tudo limpo e organizado quando cheguei, a localização é excelente também. Fica no quarto andar, muitas escadas p subir, não ter vaga própria de estacionamento é muito ruim também pois é bem difícil conseguir vaga na rua, é bem quente sem muita ventilação e o ar não gela o suficiente, não tem blackout na janela do quarto apenas uma esteira que não tapa o sol, acordei todos os dias com o sol no rosto 😔. Só tem um frigobar e não tem área de serviço, nem lugar para estender roupa dentro do loft, apenas fora em área compartilhada que eles não indicam usar.

Muitas escadas, ap no 4° andar, muita dificuldade para encontrar vaga para estacionar na rua, ap sem vaga de garagem, sem kit de higiene pessoal e não tem máquina de café como dizia na descrição, apenas uma cafeteira comum.
