• Nadine (7/5): Preis Leistung stimmt - Es war eine Tonlage, die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern und es hatte alles was es braucht. Zugang zur Wohnung erst echt spät Infos erhalten, WLAN Passwort gekriegt wäre schön wenn es aufliegen würde, Matratze vom Bett sehr unbequem (Sprungfedern alle spürbar)
• Pierre (7/5): Bon apparemment juste pour dormir - Bien placé, pas mal pour deux nuits Le canapé lit pour les parents, la propreté, aucun endroit pour déposer les bagages à l’arrivée et au départ.

• Berdy (7/5): Home like feeling. - Comfortable cushion,bed. Great refreshing shower. Nice ambience and wall arts. The television was not working at times. Curtains were not the best in the bedroom.
• Carmine (2/5): Lage Top, Preis-Leistung passt nicht. - Die Lage war Top, alles sehr nah und gut zu Fuss erreichbar (Oxford-Street, Piccadilly-Circus, Hyde-Park). U-Bahn und Bus Station zu Fuss in 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung war sehr verschmutzt, die Gardinen an den Fenster waren kaputt. Es gab keine kleinen Handtücher im Bad. Wir haben auch keine bekommen, als wir danach gebeten haben. Betten sehr ungemütlich. Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Keine Geschirrtücher in der Küche, das Geschirr, mussten wir mit Papierrolle trocknen. W-LAN war Kostenlos, allerdings hatten wir kein Zugriff auf das W-LAN, weil Passwort falsch. Vermieter schwer erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen. Nicht Empfehlenswert.
• Dragan (9/5): Multumiti cu siguranta mai revenim! 😊 - Facilitatile bune, aproape de centru, zona buna linistita. Marimea apartamentului buna. Noi am fost multumiti de locatie Ca si sugestie pe viitor: Ar fi necesar o matura, un mop , saltele de la pat mai confortabile si nu in ultimul rand mai curat.
• Gaylhia (7/5): - Location, Location, Location! 🤗 I didn't like that there was no reception on the property, and all communication was through email. The phone number I was given did not work. It was not very convenient when you needed to get an immediate response. They did get back to you eventually. Also, when I arrived, thankfully, the manager just happened to be walking out of the building, or I would have been clueless as to how to get in my flat. The instructions had just come in an email while I was in transit to the property, and I had not seen it. I think you should be given that important information sooner.
• Domenico (10/5): Bellissima Londra - Appartamente molto grazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario per una vacanza di breve ma anche di lunga durata. Posizione assolutamente centrale a pochi minuti dalla metro Marble Arch (central line) Proprio dietro l'arco c'é Hyde Park. Dalla casa inoltre, se non vuoi necessariamente utilizzare la metro, ci sono diversi bus che ti portano in diversi punti nevralgici (per esempio Notting Hill) Sei vicinissimo ad Edgware Road (costa coffee, starbucks e tutto ció di cui hai bisogno compresi i bus) Ci ritornerei senza dubbio perché é stato tutto perfetto.
• Alessandra (6/5): - La posizione è davvero insuperabile ! Una struttura così valida non può avere un livello di sporcizia tale. Sembrava che non fossero venuti a pulire. È giusto essere elastici, ma qui la mancanza di pulizia era totale ed è un peccato perché sarebbe un gioiellino.

• Latife (4/5): - Erg onhygiënisch, heel oud en totaal niet kindvriendelijk. Het leek wel alsof er helemaal niet was schoongemaakt, overal stof en de badkamer was echt heel vies. Zelfs de badmat zat helemaal onder het stof en viezigheid. Daarnaast is er een wasmachine maar geen wasmiddel aanwezig en er zat allemaal viezigheid in de waterkoker waardoor ik niks heb kunnen opwarmen voor m’n baby. De voordeur ging amper dicht en kon zo open worden gemaakt, het is een heel oud appartement wat duidelijk aan hernieuwing toe is.

• Mohammad (9/5): كانت ممتازه واستمتعنا بالمكان واشكرهم على حسن التعاون - المكان قريب من شارع اوكسفورد ومحطه ماربل ارش وقريب من الهايد بارك طريقه الدخول للسكن سهله المكان شرح والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل والاستقبال كان سريع الاجابه على الهاتف والصاله تصلح ان ينام فيها شخصين بالغين وطفل الشقه كانت بالدور الاول ولا يوجد مصعد قد لا تناسب البعض وكبار السن كذلك طلب الخروج المبكر الساعه 10 صباحا وهذا لا يناسب توقيت اجازه الاعياد لكن تم اعطاء لنا تمديد من الاستقبال شكرا لهم

• Khaqan (10/5): Recommend it to all - Property is located close to Hyde park , zoo and shopping centres. Everything at walking distance. Property clean and found it as described in the advertisement. Everything good. Nothing bad in it. Perhaps double glaze might help.

• Stephanie (4/5): - Location is second to none. Cleanliness of the apartment. In our opinion, the standard of cleaning was below standard. It was quite dusty & smelled due to the apartment not being aired out. The bedding definitely could have being cleaner. Althought the staff were always responsive, when they mention they would get back with actions, they didn't. Example extra toilet paper, instructions for washing machine. The apartment itself has all you need, but definitely needs major maintenance & repairs. If these issues were rectified to a higher standard, we would consider staying there again as I mentioned the location is excellent.

• ASLI (1/5): Terrible management, terrible company! - Management is terrible..They gave us a different apartment from the pictures shown..Dont trust the host ever..they have a lot of other apartments..I advise you to not stay at them as well..Stay away from this company!!

The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the space felt safe and quiet. We also appreciated the natural light from the large windows and the little touches like the indoor plant and balcony access. There was nothing I didn’t like—everything met my expectations for a short and comfortable stay.

• Nataša (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great, with a short walk from the bus or metro station and near to the Hyde Park. The apartment is good for the family of 5. The apartment would be really nice if it was clean and maintained. But it was not. The table and the chairs were wobbly, and the floor was really dirty all around the apartment. The towels were directly from the store with the label still on. So we had to clean the apartment first and wash the towels, but I bought a detergent and a small broom myself. Even though the WiFi and TV were listed, we couldn't access them and use them. I tried to contact the owner many times, but they just ignored me, and then they arranged the WiFi only for three days out of the whole week. So, I had to buy an extra package of Internet for the UK.
