• Keeley (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at Ayaz Suites. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean and equipped with all modern conveniences, truly feeling like a home away from home. The WiFi was excellent throughout the property, and having access to streaming services was a great added touch. The entire property and grounds were impeccably maintained, with a clear attention to detail throughout. The staff (special mention to Ahmet) were friendly, welcoming, and always approachable. I highly recommend a stay here I and will definitely be returning in the future. Everything was excellent.

La piscine est top ! 4min à pied de la plage, très bien situé. Early check-in car ma chambre était prête à mon arrivée. Très forte odeur de cigarette dans ma chambre à mon arrivée. Le ménage n'a jamais été fait dans ma chambre durant mon séjour de 3 nuits. Très très mal insonorisé, c'est hyper bruyant. Personnel pas très accueillant, zéro aide avec mes bagages alors qu'on m'accompagne en chambre. Oreillers en béton !

We just returned from an unforgettable week at Ayaz Suites Bodrum in Gumbet, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best boutique suite hotels I’ve experienced in the Aegean. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a perfect blend of modern luxury, comfort, and genuine Turkish hospitality. The suites are stunning — spacious, brand-new, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes. We stayed in a 2+1 apartment that felt more like a stylish home than a hotel room. The fully equipped kitchen (with a proper fridge, washing machine, and all the essentials), comfortable beds, powerful air conditioning, and beautiful bathrooms made daily life effortless. Every detail was spotlessly clean, and the contemporary decor with those gorgeous sea/palm views created such a relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are outstanding. Two beautiful design-led swimming pools surrounded by lush greenery and palms, plus a heated jacuzzi — we spent most afternoons here. The landscaping is impeccable, and the whole property feels peaceful yet just steps away from the energy of Bodrum. Location-wise, it’s perfect: a short 5-6 minute walk to Gumbet Beach and only a quick drive (or pleasant stroll) into Bodrum center and the marina. What truly sets Ayaz Suites apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful — from the warm welcome at check-in to daily recommendations and seamless service. They genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. • F (10/5): Fantastisch, rustgevend en genieten! - Het appartement, het zwembad en het uitzicht. Het is een zeer compleet appartement. Als er al iets ontbreekt, zal het personeel je direct voorzien. Er is een rustige vriendelijke sfeer en de kinderen kunnen genieten van het mooie zwembad. Alles is er schoon en alles wordt tussentijds ook goed schoongehouden en we hadden een fantastisch uitzicht op de haven/zee vanaf ons appartement. We hadden voor 2 dagen geboekt, doordat het zo fijn was, bleven we er uiteindelijk 6 dagen. We hopen in de toekomst hier zo nog terug te komen. Niks, we hopen dat ze deze standaard hoog zullen houden.

Дуже гарне розташування зовсім недалеко від центру , дуже чисті номера зі всіма зручностями : в нас були капці , халати , зубні набори , пральна машина , праска , муж ока для одягу , мікрохвильова піч, кавоварка , чайник , тостер багато посуду і інше. Номер 3+1 який був з майданчиком нам дуже сподобався, наші діти були просто в захваті . Дівчина Назли на ресепшені була дуже ввічлива , і допомогла нам з тим шоб зробити піздний виїзд . Коли ми купались в джакузі (доречі в теплому і чистому ) до нас підійшли і піднесли рушники , ця маленька увага дуже зворушила нас . Готель дуже сподобався без нарікань, але ми не можемо знати чи буде він тому ж самому рівні у пік сезону .
• Susan (10/5): Wonderful winter break in Bodrum! - We loved our stay at Ayaz Suites. The accommodation is extremely new, modern, spacious and impeccably clean. We loved the views from the large balcony - over the pools and the bay. The whole complex is tastefully designed and the gym and jacuzzi were great for our winter break. In summer, the pools would be amazing too. Even though it was winter, the pools and surrounding area was tended to daily and was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked into Bodrum marina most days, which was a manageable walk. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others. Nothing at all
• Jovita (9/5): Amazing new apartments - Amazing new apartments with everything you need to feel like at home. Dishwasher capsules and washing liquid is included too. We had one with kitchen and sitting area. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Our cattle was leaking the guy changed for us no problem. Also great location with nice view and nearby city centre. We stayed in December so we didn't use the pool as water was too cold, only Jacuzzi was slightly warm. I would definitely comeback when warm season starts. Highly recommend! The only thing we didn't like is the pillows because they were very hard and high,so we didn't use them at all. Additionally, it would be good to have an extra throw because duvet is thin, winter time is cold and we didn't want to use air conditioner at the night time. Was stated that Jacuzzi is heated but not enough, we tried for few minutes but is too cold to stay longer.

The pools and other facilities looked very good but the weather was not great so we did not use it. The pillows were very big and hard, but at the end of the stay they said that they had other pillows as well.

• Anastasia (10/5): Overall and a very pleasant stay and would stay in this hotel again. - Liked how clean the property was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. The hotel didn’t have an onsite restaurant or offer any food options. However, they planned to introduce a food ordering service from nearby restaurants for delivery. There are plenty of local dining options in and around the area.

• Mohammed (9/5): Great Value! - I had a really great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a new build and feels modern, clean, and very comfortable throughout. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The location is good — there are a few steep hills, but it’s about a 25-minute walk to Bodrum Marina or a short taxi ride costing around 220 TL. There’s also a BIM supermarket close by, which was very convenient for groceries and essentials. I booked one standard room and one two-bed apartment, and both were spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable, with large TVs. The area is quiet but still close to shops and beaches. I visited at the end of December, so it was understandably quiet. The heated jacuzzi pool was a nice touch, though the two large pools are not heated. The gym is spacious and well equipped. Food delivery apps work well in the area, making it easy to order meals if you don’t feel like cooking. The only small downside was that the standard room didn’t have a kettle, and when I asked, they said they didn’t have any available and could only offer hot water.

• Evan (10/5): 10/10 will be staging again for sure - The property is brand new and offers great facilities between the jacuzzi and 2 heated pools you also have a bar that requires no payment you just ask for a drink and it’s billed when you check out great idea so you don’t need to bring cash or cards near the pool area
• Kübra (10/5): Einfach nur ein Traum. - Die Unterkunft war einfach richtig gut! Alles neu und hochwertig gebaut! Die Anlage ist sehr sehr schön! Ich war mit meiner Familie inklusive Baby dort und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war auch sehr schön! Einfach nur Klasse. Wir kommen wieder! In der Türkei sollte m.E. immer ein Gebetsteppich auf dem Zimmer sein, das hatte gefehlt. Für den Winter wäre ein Jackenständer eventuell sinnvoll. Für die Dusche würde ich auch einen Abzieher empfehlen, damit das Badezimmer sich nicht schnell abnutzt. Das sind nur Empfehlungen.. die Unterkunft ist einfach Klasse.

• MMUW (9/5): - The place is new and very well taken care of even in the off season. Everyday I saw someone taking care of the little things around - it was honestly so nice to see. Hot jacuzzi - God bless! Perfect thing when the swimming pool is way too cold. Well equipped kitchen, nice living room, cozy light system. The balcony and the view from it is pure blessing. Very nice people at the reception, helpful and fast. In general - great experience! Thank you. It would be nice to have extra hangers in the bathroom for the clothes and bathrobes :)
• CSABA (10/5): - Me and my family we spent 1 week at the hotel and i cant begin to say how amazing this places is. For starters the apartment is in extremely good and clean condition and it is set up with everything one would in in a house hold. There is a great washing machine and full cooling set in the kitchen to use which is in also extremely clean condition. The pool area is also just as good as it looks very clean and everything organised. The pools were just amazing especially the jacuzzi which has its own control panel to adjust for your needs. Beside the Jacuzzi 10 steps away is an amazing gym that has great machines for work out. You will find everything in the gym that one should need. Special thanks to the staff who were just so kinda and amazing with us over the whole week. They keep everything very clean and organised. There is nothing to complain about everything was better than what we expected. Around the hotel is alot of very friendly beautiful kittens and cats. Seriously the only issue we had is that we couldn't stay longer. I can 100% can recommend this hotel with everything that comes to it. Kind regards Apartment 202

We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, as it was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything felt fresh, with beautiful landscaping, and the facilities were truly high quality — from the pool to the jacuzzi in the yard, and even the outdoor showers. The service was fantastic. Our apartment was absolutely amazing; from the lighting to the bathroom amenities, everything was top quality. It was fully furnished with all necessary kitchen equipment, and the bedrooms were spotless, fresh, and comfortable, with lovely beds. We also had a great view over the pool and Bodrum, since the hotel is located uphill very, very nice. Bodrum is not my favorite city in Turkey, but I would definitely come back just to stay in these suites again. Thank you, Ayaz Suites, for the fantastic week you provided for us. • Aire (10/5): Best apartment in bodrum - I liked absolutely everything. This is brand new complex. Everything is nice and new. We were upgraded to bigger room, so we had kitchen and washing machine. Room has everything you need for living. Coffee machine and capsules, washing machine and washing gel, even softener. Ironing hardware, vacuum cleaner... everything. Salt. Pepper, you name it... closest grocery store is 3 min away. Bodrum marina is about 2 km. Gümbet reataurants about 1 km. Everything is close, complex is supernice, they have gym, 3 pools, 1 is heated, cafe... everything I liked all. Nothing to complain.
