Alexandra (1/5): O stress antes do check-in com a exigência inesperada de hold USD$300 estragou a minha experiência. - Depois do stress tremendo de me pedirem um hold através de links no WhatsApp, algo que não deveria acontecer fora da plataforma, acabei por não gostar da experiência. A minha experiência com o anfitrião foi bastante negativa. O perfil deles do booking.com não informa que exigem um hold de 300 dólares antes do check-in, e só me comunicaram isso depois de a reserva já ser não reembolsável. Além disso, o hold era solicitado fora da plataforma, o que contraria as orientações do Airbnb. Disseram-me que, se não aceitasse, não poderia entrar — e isso deixou-me dias preocupada com a possibilidade de um bloqueio indevido no cartão. Foi uma situação muito desagradável e que deveria estar claramente descrita no anúncio antes da reserva.
