• Jamie (9/5): Amazing stay and great value for money. - Amazing facilities and room. Bed extremely comfortable, shower has great pressure, plenty of storage. The pool was lovely and overall the place was very clean. Staff were friendly. Security was good. Not in the best area, but you know this beforehand. We found a pair of ladies pants behind the bath….. Lots of flies in the room, assuming the cleaners leave the doors wide open when servicing the rooms which allows the flies in. I had messaged ahead asking if anything could be done for my partner’s birthday which was during our stay, and the villa created a really lovely bed decoration with towels and roses which we genuinely appreciated. The only downside was that there was an additional charge for it which wasn’t mentioned when I originally enquired, so it came as a surprise afterwards, as I went to give the staff member a tip for this later on in the day, only then did I find out the cost. I did say in the original message I was happy to pay, but for them not to mention the charge in their reply, and only when I went to give them a tip for it, was disappointing. Aside from that, it was a thoughtful gesture and made the stay feel special. The pool entry times were broken by other guests, including at night and in the morning. I was awoken at 05:30am on our last day by kids screaming outside, which was disappointing. Really, for how nice and peaceful the villa is, it would benefit being an adult only villa. The door locks are confusing. A member of staff came over to show us again how to work these, as you are shown when you check in. After she locked it, when we returned, I said to my partner to try and open it before scanning the card as I was confident it wasn’t even locked, and sure enough it opened after the staff member claimed it was locked. Please be careful with this as it seems the staff can’t get their heads round it either.

The bed was extremely comfortable and again everything felt like it was new. I would highly recommend the Kampot Hampton villas to anyone. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

• gklein (10/5): Spacieux, propre et calme. - La chambre est grande, spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. La salle de bain est grande et propre. La piscine est agréable. L'environnement est très calme car à l'écart du centre (15 minutes à pied). Il n'y a pas assez d'eau chaude pour prendre un bain, mais rien de bien grave 😁

• Thomas (9/5): - Wunderschöne Anlage. Ich empfand alles als neu und gepflegt. Das Design hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und sehr angenehm klimatisiert. Bei Buchung sollte dir bewusst sein, dass das Zentrum auf der anderen Flussseite ist. Du fährst sehr häufig hin und her.
• Andreas (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig, alles war relativ neu. Das Hotel muss erst vor ein paar Monaten aufgemacht haben. Die Betten waren die besten, die wir auf unserem Kambodscha Trip hatten. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und nett, wir durften sogar früher eingechecken. Die Gegend ist leider ziemlich außerhalb des Zentrums. Außerdem gab es rein gar nix in Gehweite, man musste für alles ein Moped/Tuk Tuk nehmen. Das schlimmste hier waren aber die unfassbar aggressiven Straßenköter, die uns nicht nur einmal Zähne fletschend nachgerannt sind und uns beißen wollten.

• Julien (10/5): - C'est un petit hotel récent, bien placé. Le staff est super. Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner mais il est facile de se faire livrer ou d'aller dans le centre de kampot pour profiter d'un petit déjeuner le long de la rivière.

• Julie (8/5): Beautiful resort just outside of town centre - Beautiful accommodation with large room, comfortable bed and good shower. Lovely clean and new resort. Very nice pool and outdoor space. On the other side of river to town centre. About 15 min walk each way, which we did easily but for some this may be a downside if you have to rely on tuk tuks or don’t have a scooter. Not the fault of the hotel but lots of rubbish on this side of the river which is a shame. If you have scooter then this isn’t an issue at all as the hotel is beautiful.

L’hôtel doit être nouveau, il se situe un peu à l’écart du centre (20mn à pied environ) dans un quartier en voie de rénovation donc encore peu engageant. Aucun service sur place : pas de petit déjeuner, le personnel d’accueil ne parle pas anglais et n’est pas en capacité de donner des adresses de restauration à proximité

Un havre de paix … la piscine (serviettes à disposition, la chambre (mieux que sur les photos !!!) , le ménage fait tous les jours (bouteilles d’eau remises en chambre tous les jours). À proximité d’une laverie au bout de la rue. Tous les soirs nous allions manger en face à pied , 15 mn et ça permet de profiter de l’ambiance de la ville. Rien tout était PARFAIT !

• Guest (9/5): Beautiful property with a great quiet pool, but far from main area - Beautiful property, huge room which was very clean, spacious and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is quiet but a bit of a walk to get anywhere, all restaurants are across the river, and as no breakfast is available at the property it’s not ideal. We hired a scooter and got around great so if you don’t mind driving it’s a great chill spot. Also had a bad drain smell in our bathroom for the entire stay which was a shame but the room was spotlessly clean.

Great pressure on showers but water not really hot, I belive they use solar water heaters that is a inconvenience if weather is cloudy.

No food on site, said in description that there was a restaurant. No soap in room but this was fixed when staff were asked.

Есть все необходимое для отдыха. Красивый бассейн, чтобы днем освежиться. Любезные сотрудники, говорят на английском. Хотелось бы чтобы был какой-нибудь ресторан при отеле с завтраками, тк в шаговой доступности нет приличных кафе, а доставка предлагает не так много опций рано утром.

• Eleanor (7/5): - Good location, very helpful staff at reception & nice private pool. Shame about our experience as we wanted to really enjoy our stay. Unfortunately there was a dead lizard in our room that had clearly been there for a few days. When we got in our room we noticed ants all over the wall. They did move us but we felt this should have been noticed as the lizard had clearly been dead for a while (we won’t post a pic to show this!) it . Also no soap in our room which was annoying at we had to ask twice for hand soap and toilet roll. We feel these were very simple things that are easy to remember/ see ant’s up walls & wonder why they are there.
• Jeff (9/5): Superb - The rooms were spacious and the bath was deep and relaxing. Unfortunately, there was a party on for 1 night when I was there that was noisy and went quite late. As I had an early start the following day I was a little annoyed that the music and KTV type singing was still happening at 10:30pm.

• Kryštof (10/5): pristine modern stay in a perfect location close to everywhere in kampot. - i’ve never stayed in a nicer boutique hotel in cambodia. it’s honestly on the same level as some of the big 5* names in phnom penh, only without all the bullshit. main plus is that it’s completely new / newly renovated. no one wants anything from you. it’s spacious but only a few rooms, so no one bothers you. only thing is that there wasn’t any soap but i did a super early check-in so i think they might have just forgotten to add it. otherwise all was great.
• Sophie (10/5): Excellent value, huge rooms, friendly staff- would definitely stay again - The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Getting into town was easy and affordable with Grab. We rented scooters directly from the hotel, which was super convenient. Although we didn’t use the laundry service, it’s great that it’s available. The property is quite new and located in a peaceful area, just a 10-minute walk from the town center. There wasn’t much hot water for a shower but it was so warm that it didn’t really matter to us. The fridge turned off when you took the room key out which might be worth bearing in mind if you have things like milk in the fridge.
