• HONG LIN (10/5): - 乾淨整潔，設備齊全，甚至連烤箱、微波爐、炊飯機都有 房間也有拉門隔離廚房異味 窗台設計也很有溫馨感，可以chill的坐在窗邊吃早餐（需自理） 洗衣機就具備烘乾功能，房間投影機整合平台很方便，晚上可以看電影 住宿規範太多，分類需要超級高的標準來執行（過於嚴格），住宿壓力偏大，接近5s標準 住宿税應該有包含房務整理吧？ 而不是訂一個整理不達到標準，就產生罰款機制來給住客壓力，住的也會膽戰心驚，也只能說出發點是好的？

• Pilgoo (10/5): 6월초 후라노 가족 여행 숙박 후기 - 숙소의 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 청결했으며, 잘 정돈되어 있었고 사용하기 편리하도록 메뉴얼도 잘 되어 있었음 다음에 후라노 방문시 또 이용하고 싶음. 1층에 머물렀는데, 2층의 층간소음이 있음 (예를들어 2층 숙박객의 뛰는 소리가 잘 들림)
• CHIN-YEN (9/5): Excellent staying experience, would definitely recommend it to everyone - Location is great, very close to JR station. Room itself is very very clean and new, all appliances and furniture were very new and high quality. Beds are comfy Quiet community The curtain is way too short, entire room becomes very bright at 4 am in the morning during summer time. No elevator in the building so it might be a bit difficult for some people to carry the baggage to second floor. It has recycle bins in the room but hard to recycle correctly if you are not Japanese.

The WiFi was a little spotty - had issues connecting to VPN. Also, unfortunately the unit we got was on the second floor which was a bit difficult to carry luggage up and down (but we still managed).

• Koc (8/5): Overall, it was great, would come back again if stopping by furano - The washing machine was shaking quite badly, and the toiletries we put on top of it while it was running fell behind it. It took a bit of effort to fish them back out. The dryer mode of the washing machine did not work well, preferably it should finish drying clothes in 1 round.
• Melice (8/5): Overall, it is ok except for the pillow too soft. - Great location The pillow is too soft, and I am not sure whether people who live at level 1 are able to hear our footsteps 😅 . I myself can hear my own footsteps when i walk around the house.
• Ho (10/5): Located in the city centre and easy to go anywhere. All in driving distance 5-10 minutes. - The room is new and clean, all the amenities are provided. Two washrooms are bonus especially good for families.
• Ran (10/5): Really good - The house was great, cozy, well renovated and we had a very good time, close to restaurant by walk. It was a bit hard to find the first time because it’s like a half turn not a full block but nothing else
• Cath (9/5): Small apartment, all the facilities you need and close to supermarket and restaurants - Close to bus stop to get to ski slope. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Folder with instruction on how to use all the facilities in the apartment was very useful. Close by KSports for ski gear hire. KSport provides friendly service and transfers to and from ski slope Hooks in bathroom/laundry to hang towels
