• Courtney (10/5): Highly recommend, especially for full moon visitors - Everything. Location to full moon was amazing (ten min walk). Menu was massive and reasonably priced for an up market hotel. You could even order and have food/drink delivered to your room for no extra charge. Pool was incredible, albeit a little warm (didn’t cool you down). Staff were amazing, especially Nova. Buffet breakfast was great. They would only give you one key card no matter how many guests you had. Bit annoying.

• Christopher (7/5): Location is nice ,I would have to see some unfortunately I’d have improvement to stay again - Position,close to the beach For a 5 star place I felt there were some things that fell slightly short eg no proper end off trip facilities,they forgot our late check out that was organised days before resulting in our card not working when we went back to our room we had to chase down staff to let us in ,we had also pre booked and paid for a taxi to the airport witch they also forgot to organise,we ordered some extra water to our room which never turned up,I’d recommend as more of a 3.5 star ,maybe scrap a 4 it was ok.

• MARIUS PETRUT (4/5): - it looks good on the outside 5 star hotel at 11.30 pm. everything is closed and you can't buy a drink, instead on Saturday very loud music until late. although we were accommodated at the hotel on the terrace near the beach we were not allowed to sit for a drink because we didn't have a reservation, although there were tables that weren't reserved. Old furniture in the rooms, very poor.

• Tolu (8/5): A comfortable stay - I had a comfortable stay and loved that this was an adults-only hotel, it made such a difference to the overall atmosphere. The location was absolutely amazing with many restaurants and other beach clubs nearby. The standout of my stay was undoubtedly Seen Beach Club, I totally loved it. The customer service was top-notch and truly impressive. Check-in was the one moment that felt slightly off, as the staff didn’t come across as particularly warm or welcoming. That said, this may simply be a cultural difference rather than a reflection of the hotel’s hospitality overall. One thing that did impact my experience was what appeared to be a large Israeli group staying at the hotel during my visit. They frequently held pool parties, played their own music, and on many occasions seemed to bring their own food and drinks into the pool area despite this being clearly prohibited by the hotel. It was a shame as it did disrupt the otherwise tranquil atmosphere.

The noise. My mistake really. I didn't notice that the hotel was a beach club, meaning Boum Boum music every evening and even late at the weekend. Glad I brought my ear plugs. The bedding was comfortable, but there was a topper and a dawn duvet. Who puts Winter bedding in hotel rooms in a country where the average temperature is 25°C...

Loud noise from beach club during the day up to late night. Limited Asian food in breakfast. To be honest, staffs weren't that much attentive or friendly especially at restaurant. Price was high and maybe I expected too much.

• Alaïs (8/5): Très agréable - La chambre très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le personnel très à l’écoute et toujours très chaleureux. La modernité de l’hôtel. Sa localisation, rue commercante à la sortie de l’hôtel. Malgré que ce soit un beach club nous n’avons pas souffert du bruit. Malheureusement le plus gros point négatif est la piscine du beach club qui n’est pas gratuite d’accès pour les clients de l’hôtel, pour y accéder il faut payer entre 5000 et 7500 BAHT ce qui est un montant assez conséquent.. donc à cause de ça on a pas de piscine vu mer réellement comme montré sur les photos du site.

The main problem was that there was very loud music until 11pm and then doors slamming in the corridor for another hour. Probably a good fit if you’re wanting a late night but I don’t reccommend staying here if not.

Photos trompeuse, la piscine donnant sur la mer ne fait pas partie de l’hôtel, c’est un beach club avec des prix excessifs. Donc pas de transat ni à cette piscine ni à la plage. Vous devez rester à la piscine devant les chambres (piscine qui reste sympa) Personnel de l’hôtel pas aimable. (Pas tous mais certaine réceptionniste) Musique du beach club jusque 2h du matin donc pas possible de dormir avant. Aucun service ou qualité digne d’un 5 étoiles. Chambre humide. Petit déjeuner vraiment à ne pas prendre il est zéro. Bref à part l’emplacement ya rien qui va.

• Joseph George (1/5): Terrible - Not a thing Avoid this place at all costs. Seriously. This hotel is a complete and utter scam. Somehow this place is rated 5 stars, and God only knows how it earned that rating. This is not a luxury hotel, it’s a hyped-up motel masquerading as something far more premium. There is no service, no attention to detail, and absolutely nothing that justifies the price or the star rating. The property is blatantly misrepresented. A huge portion of the glossy marketing photos aren’t even of the hotel itself, they’re of the beach club below, which hotel guests aren’t allowed to use. What you do get is the “privilege” of enduring its ear-splitting music blasting from morning until well past midnight. The music itself is awful, loud, outdated, and relentlessly repetitive. Despite marketing itself as an adults-only hotel, there were children on the property on two separate occasions. If you’re going to charge premium prices and sell the experience as adults-only, the absolute bare minimum is actually enforcing it. Yet another example of misleading advertising. Sleep is impossible. Between the nonstop club noise, drunk groups shouting outside rooms at 2–3am, and constant construction during the day, there is never a moment of peace. This was meant to be a relaxing stay in Thailand; instead, it felt like being trapped inside a construction site glued to a nightclub. The breakfast is an embarrassment, cheap, low-quality, tasteless food that feels like an afterthought. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. The staff do not care. We politely asked twice to leave early once we realised this place clearly wasn’t for us, and both times we were flatly refused. No empathy, no attempt to help, no effort to make the stay even slightly better. Instead, we were forced to stay here for two full weeks, enduring the noise and disruption, while the hotel did absolutely nothing to improve the situation. We genuinely couldn’t wait to leave.
• Rahila (7/5): Very nice stay, staff could be friendlier but overall good - The beds are amazing, the pool was nice, comfortable and modern rooms and amenities, access to beach club. We stayed there for new years and were given complimentary access to the NYE party at Seen and were given a really cute hangover kit and a chocolate bar for the New Year! Room service food was great as well! The staff was not welcoming, especially at reception. They had very serious and confused looks most of the time. Service overall was slow as well. Bathroom sink was slowly clogging, shower was leaking, phone wasn’t working, TV was set-up incorrectly but once we informed the reception they sorted everything out very quickly.

Even though, you can swim in the pool, you can’t have free access to any chair unless you make an extra payment. Photos of Avani hotel shows Seen Beach Club facilities (Seen pool area) when it is a separate building and you have to pay to get a chair.

• Andrii (10/5): This was the best hotel experience for me - The staff was friendly. Beach is close and always has reserved clean coaches at the beach.
• Glen (9/5): Amazing Avani! - All the staff were incredible from start to finish. They all excelled in their service. Friendly, helpful, fun banter. Sadly the property was going through major building works which caused lots of noise and some areas by the beach/pool were closed. The hotel should have informed us before arriving. However the hotel staff tried really hard and offered us extra elements to help our improve our holiday.

• Marcus (10/5): Fantastic hotel, the staff were very attentive - Great location, very friendly staff, food in the bar is nice, the rooms are close to the pool Nothing bad to say really Drinks could be a little cheaper, 230 baht ( £5.40ish ) for 1 bottle of chang beer( that would be expensive in the uk.

• Avichai (5/5): - We were not informed that the Beach Club was under renovation. We really wanted to enjoy the Beach Club, and we also had really loud noise all day.
• Miriam (5/5): Beach club construction ruined my stay! - The staff were great Close to beach The room was clean The entire Beach Club was CLOSED for renovations. I booked it 5 days before my arrival. The renovations started when I arrived, they didn’t have anything written on bookings.com about the beach club renovations before I made the booking and I didn’t get an email about the renovations either. The construction noise was loud. You can’t relax by the pool or the beach near the beach club.
