• Yannic (8/5): Caring staff and nice apartment, but too short bed - Eric and Brian were really caring and responsive and made us feel safe and welcome in the apartment complex.The apartment itself also has most things you need and is spacious for 2 people. The apartment itself is a bit outside of Kitale, so there is little around (you can watch football though in the adjacent stadium). The bed was a bit too short for me (1.80m) to be comfortable and the moscito protection was broken in some places so we had to deal with some inside the bedroom. Last, some basic spices and oil would be nice for cooking.

• Mordechai (8/5): Comfortable Stop before Uganda or Turkana - Host Eric is thrilled to welcome his guests. Located in a quiet neighbourhood outside of Kitale, that's a short 100KeS motorcycle ride to town. Very comfortable bed and living room with a servìcable kitchen and bathroom. Hot water is immediate for showers! And WiFi is really good too. Actually, nothing that I didn't like. This suite is located within a traditional Kenyan apartment building containing several families.

• Digital (9/5): A quiet, clean, and charming place with a wonderful host — highly recommended. - My stay at Rose Gardens was exceptional — peaceful, comfortable, and truly relaxing. The perfect getaway. Very welcoming and helpful. The host responded quickly to all inquiries and even gave great local tips. Modern and well-equipped. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi & hot shower, Nothing really. Everything met or exceeded expectations. Maybe a small welcome pack with tea/coffee on arrival would be a nice touch — but this is just a suggestion, not a complaint.
