• hanadi (1/5): - nothing didnt like the place im shocked it has a rating of 8 it must be 1 didnt enjoy my stay what ever you ask no answer they people in front desk even if i ask when will the shops close they will say i dont know 1- front desk dont help 2-no one to help with bags room you do it yourself 3-cleaing is with additional charges the price wasnt worth it 4- everyday the fire alarm wakes us up 5- no tissue no water no towels 6- long waiting for lift 7- smelly 8- if u want towel u pay 70 dirham as its cheap? 9- the staff are like robots they dont do anything what ever i asked they say talk to booking and not friendly at all its better to remove it from the website as its a disasterr it was a disaster thank you for making my stay hell will not book again 🙂

• MARINA (6/5): Small and musty smelling. Would not stay again. - Great location and walking distance to Dubai Mall. Hosts were good. Very small space. Ideal for 1 person, not 2. Cupboard was falling off. Smelt a bit musty/mouldy.

• Yassin (5/5): Passable - Location was great. Checkin is at 3.00 pm and not possible to check in earlier. Not possible to leave the luggage at the hotel when you have a flight in the evening. Towels were not clean.

They didn’t have a printer for printing out our boarding passes and had to look on a Sunday night to find a printing shop! Abu Dhabi airport wants the boarding passes to be printed

• Lillion (6/5): DISAPPOINTED - Misleading advert on booking.com was placed on the highest floor with a high concrete balcony I couldn’t see the view. Lots of things wrong including foul smelling water which was a disgusting brown colour (I’ve stayed in Dubai many many times so know about the sand in the system) but this was foul smelling and didn’t go away after at least 3-4 mins. There was a problem on the water meter cupboard when I arrived and it was leaking brown water on the 27th floor cupboard so this must have been the problem. The shower and taps just spurting out water for the entire duration of shower. I complained and it was not fixed. No working oven or cooker hood fan and light, no working gas ignition on hob, I asked for this to be fixed and we made sure the mains switch was on and it still didn’t work and they gave me a lighter for the gas job…the whole point of me booking and apartment was to work and eat and prepare meals on apartment, this didn’t happen due to nothing working. No attempt to fox anything by staff after I sent messages and they were absolutely useless. I then had a look at the photos of the apartment I booked on your website and it specifically showed a glass balcony with lake views (in the description on confirmation ) so I was so update with the apartment I asked if I could be moved to an apartment with a balcony as I originally thought as I wanted to sit and work and look out, not sit behind a block concrete wall. So they moved me on day 6 as they didn’t have anything available until then. I explained about the photos on the booking and when they knew I wasn’t happy they want on and changed the photos on the advert. I have screenshot the original photos as they are misleading and this company are giving out false advertising about their apartments and it really ruined my first 6 days there. Please see above
