Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee -Strictly no stag or hen parties -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) -A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. -If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. -The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection. -In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Emma (7/5): Conveniently located apartment at a good price. Helpful and friendly and staff. A few tweaks to the kitchen would have i - The staff were exceptional and always on hand to respond to queries. Convenient central location, surprisingly quiet considering. The heating worked wonderfully during the freezing weather! Simple check in/check out process. The kitchen could have been better equipped (eg. more bin bags, cloths, sponges, tea towels, etc). The flat overall was very clean but the kitchen and kitchen cupboards seemed a bit grubby. The tv didn’t work and there is no wifi (which we knew when booking but is always appreciated). The main entrance to the building/communal stairway wasn’t very inviting. Maybe there could be a manual to explain how the beating works/how tv works, etc.
