• Mome (10/5): Ein absolut schöner Aufenthalt! - Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Tee, Kaffee, Wasser wird täglich aufgefüllt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Besonders gut hat mir die Dusche mit dem grossen Duschkopf gefallen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nichts!

The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was neat, spacious, and had all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Pattaya. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. • Daniel (4/5): - no me ha gustado nada bueno la piscina y el aire acondicionado de la recepción y q tenía parking la habitación olía mal se fue un par de veces el agua yo me quedé atascado en el ascensor y encima si los sonidos de emergencia 🚨 tuve que abrirlo como pude y salir había hormigas en la habitación las vistas eran horrible a un patio tejado feísimo y mejor no salir a la terraza por q te mueres de calor con lo del aire acondicionado los vasos estaban sucios el buffet del desayuno era una vergüenza no bajé más q un día solo preferiría desayunar en el 7 eleven a cinco minutos andando ya q el café de máquina malísimo y comparte la leche con la de los cereales eso donde se ha visto un auténtico horror

• Dene (10/5): Excellent value for money. - Large swimming pool. Always in the sun. Friendly staff. Always smiling. Restaurant. Limited options. Bread was stale and hard. No individual butter or jams. Everyone using their own knife for butter and jam. Left exposed at room temperature. Problem may cause cross contamination. Asked for omelet and it came back flat and slightly burnt. Milk in the jug feeding the coffee machine had congealed milk sticking to the top. Overall not appealing.

• Adrian (8/5): GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY - I stayed here 3 months in total . the staff are super super friendly and professional which made up for the hotels minor flaws . reception staff were kind and receptive nothing was too much trouble always helping with a smile. maintinance / technician staff quick to respond to issues ie . tv became faulty( brand new tv with apps installed within 2 hours) shower became faulty ( brand new shower unit installed).special thanks to the cleaning staff,we had a laugh ! . really big room , really comfortable bed . towels changed more frequently than i needed,tea coffee and water replenished daily . toiletries . safe in room. plenty of covered parking for my hired/rental motorbike . i like to sunbathe and swim.i could only do one. this was my biggest dissapointment -i believe 90 rooms =180 guests approx = 9 sun loungers 2 broken .7 available loungers was unacceptable. i only got to sunbathe for an hour before sunset ! yet money was spent on new poolside plants and a childrens pool slide. zero soundproofing in main block = noisy lift, noisy room door handles. noisy selfish guests talking on their phones via loudspeaker at 3am in the corridor/hallway the staff make this hotel work ! miss you all ! • Nahi (6/5): - Personalen i Disken och fronten var jätte grymma och hjälpsamma. Hotellet har lite av allt man behöver. Men visar delar kan man kritisera. Poolen massa regler och slitna stolar. Man fick mer eller mindre bara bada där och inget mer. Han som sköter Poolen skrämde bort folk med alla hans regler och kontroller. Men samtidigt har jag förståelse pga av visa gäster och deras beteende Men det ska inte dra andra skötsamma som solar dricker och äter. Men detta ska inte ta bort hur grymma alla andra i teamet är där. Vet ej om det var ägaren eller poolskötaren.

• Ahmet Ersin (10/5): Was fine and I’m happy to stay here. Team is friendly and helpfull. - Very close to Terminal 21. Silent and you have what you need. I stayed in a King Deluxe suit and I’m really happy to stay this Hotel. Room service is friendşy and daily clenaned my room. I tried to eat a Breakfast but totally focused India Kitchen and Indian food. I really searched a butter,vegetables , bread,jam,honey or eggs 😔
• Demir (1/5): - Perosnel Güleryüzlüydü Otelin konumu oldukça kötü, ulaşım açısından pek avantaj sağlamıyor. Sunulan olanaklar yetersiz ve genel hizmet kalitesi beklentimin altında kaldı. Hijyen konusunda da ciddi eksiklikler var, odalar bakımsız ve konforlu değil. Açıkçası konaklamamdan pek memnun kalmadım. Tek olumlu yanı ise personelin güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışmasıydı. Ancak bu durum, otelin genel olumsuzluklarını telafi etmeye yetmiyor.tuvalette pecete bile yoktu sigara içilmeyen oda tuttum fotolarda koydum izmarit pisliği içinde balkonu yerlerde saç kılları dolu onuda fotoda yolladım berbat bir durumda otel

• Ralf Dieter (7/5): Ruhige Lage, Zimmer sauber, Pool okay, ausreichend Liegen, vorwiegend indisches Frühstück - Die Lage war okay, durchwegs ruhig, Zimmer recht sauber- also akzeptabel. Das Frühstück hat sicherlich mehr indisch Reisende als Europäer angesprochen. Bis auf Spiegeleier und Tost sowie fertige Sandwiches war es ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die indische Musik, welche in dem angrenzendem Restaurant gespielt wurde war ein klein wenig ohrenbetäubend. In Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses jedoch vernachlässigbar. Safe war nicht befestigt, Batterieabdeckung lose (kaputt) hatte zufolge dass beim Schließen die Batterien aus der Halterung gefallen sind und mit dem Generalschlüssel geöffnet werden musste.

• James (8/5): Well located pleasant, unpretentious hotel- great value. - Comfortable, well laid out hotel with a nice pool area. The staff are friendly and very obliging. Our maid was brilliant, very helpful and has a lovely personality. Decor is tired but at the price it’s just fine.
• Ludwig (4/5): Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht gut - Personal freundlich, bemüht. Für ein 4 Sterne nicht gut. Klimaanlage mehrmals verucht zu Reparieren weil alle 5 Minuten einlautes knacken, konnte nicht gut schlafen. Stühle im Zimmer kaputt. Alle Schrauben locker. Die Zimmertüre konnte nur mit kräftigen Druck von Ausen geschlossen werden, dadurch hörte man den ganzen Gang wenn eine Türe geschlossen wurde. Die Zimmertüren hatten so einen grossen Spalt das man alles hörte. Keine Dichtung. Das Schwimmingpool hatte kein Service wo man was kaufen kann. Die liegen waren aus Holz und von 8 Liegen waren 3 Kaputt und für soviele Gäste zu wenig Liegen. Die Terrasse hatte keinen Ausblick da zwei meter davor ein Haus stand.

If you rent a scooter you have a covered place to park . no sun or rain will hit the vehicle. The staff was great & helped me with every request. • HISAAKI (9/5): 手頃な価格で泊まれる快適なホテル。 - ノースパタヤバスターミナルから徒歩10分。レンタルバイクショップからも徒歩10分。シャワー室が仕切られていて使いやすい。部屋が広くて、きれい。湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫、コーヒーカップ、ボディソープ、シャンプーなどアメニティが揃ってる。スタッフが親切。 なし。

Leur gentillesse, leur efficacité est très remarquable et mérite un 20 sur 20. C'est très rare de voir un directeur d'hôtel passer au tant de temps pour satisfaire sa clientèle. Une solution de trouvée où le client n'est pas perdant, bien au contraire.BRAVO et MERCI. Le petit déjeuner, mais solution très très rapidement trouvée par le directeur de l'hôtel. En plus,en guise d'excuse il nous a offert un très bon gâteau. Merci encore.
• Stefan (6/5): - Die Betten waren sehr gut und das Personal war erstklassig. Hotelgäste die im Swimmingpool mit Unterhose oder komplett mit Sachen baden waren. Schrank im Zimmer müsste mal erneuert werden. Schiebetüren waren defekt. Nicht reparabel deshalb habe ich sie sicherheitshalber entfernen lassen. Dusche funktionierte nicht mehr. Neue Mischbatterie wurde kurzerhand ausgetauscht. Liegen am Pool zu wenig und einige davon sogar defekt.
• mrplodge (8/5): Very good hotel i would recommend - The hotel was great and the pool was directly outside most rooms. The reception staff were exceptional and always there to help. When we had a slight issue it was fixed in an instant by the maintenance staff. We will definately stay again. The restaurant breakfast only really catered for Indian tastes which I suppose if your main clientele no worries. There was only one coffee machine and this on many occasions did not work, We still got coffee from the staff but talking to other western tourists this breakfast was also a concern

• Анатолий (7/5): В общем и целом было хорошо, учитывая что возникшие проблемы помогал решить персонал и в Тайланде нет смысла 24/7 пр - Персонал который решал возникшие проблемы и всегда были радушны, хороший бассейн, довольно неплохое расположение и разумная ценообразование. У нас был улучшенный номер с кингсайз кроватью, для большего комфорта надо брать домики вокруг бассейна(прикрепил фото) Первый номер в котором было очень грязно, выход на балкон был через окно и тесный, но нам его поменяли и заявленный вид на город был на соседнее здание буквально в 1,5 метра от нас где висели кондиционеры. Ходили смотреть местный завтрак, он больше заточен на Индийской кухне(шведский стол), поэтому ходили в другие отели где европейские. Довольно тонкие стены, очень слышно соседей.

• Karsten (7/5): - Lage, nicht weit vom Shopping Center Terminal21 Freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage, sauberes, grosses Zimmer Wenige Liegen am Pool, nicht sehr gepflegter Poolbereich und gerade Bauarbeit im Poolbereich Frühstück war nicht besonders, z.T. indisches Essen, kalt, haben wir nach dem ersten Besuch ausfallen lassen.
