• Paulo Jorge (10/5): Fantástica estadia. - A localização em plena medina, próximo contudo da praça Jemaa El Fna, do palácio Bahia e de outros monumentos. A tranquilidade e o silêncio do riad. A simpatia e profissionalismo do staff (especialmente da Farida e da Naïma, inexcedíveis na manutenção do nosso quarto). Nada a assinalar, estava tudo perfeito.

Aladin and Hisham are incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly people. We were very lucky to have met them. Breakfast on the terrace is plentiful and very enjoyable. The riad's unique aromas and music are very impressive. The treats are wonderful. You don't need to look for another riad! Nothing

• nicola (5/5): 5 stelle ma non ne vale la pena - La struttura era pulita ed accogliente, peccato che per quel prezzo essendo Riad 5 stelle mi aspettavo un servizio migliore nel senso che la maggior parte delle volte non trovavo nessuno alla reception per poter chiedere informazioni. Volevo sottolineare che anche la colazione era molto limitata con pancake frutta e a richiesta formaggi ma non c’era un pasticcino una brioche a nulla di dolce . Onestamente molto meglio colazione a buffet perché dopo il 5 giorni davvero stancante sempre stesse cose !!!!! Nella suite dei miei figli in bagno e nella doccia in particolare c’erano le blatte che ho fotografato . Onestamente non me lo aspettavo in un Riad 5 stelle a quel prezzo!!!!

Hotellet har få rum och känns väldigt familjärt med trevlig och omtänksam personal. Rent och fint med hög standard. Lite lyhört från korridoren in i rummet.

• federica (8/5): Fantastico - La struttura è fantastica, ha aperto da pochissimo e si vede la cura che hanno dedicato ad ogni minimo dettaglio. L’accoglienza ed il personale sono stati impeccabili, sempre molto cordiali e disponibili. La colazione ottima, mi manca così tanto! La posizione è perfetta, molto vicina alla piazza principale ma lontana da eccessivi rumori, questa struttura è una piccola oasi di pace in una città tanto caotica. L’unica cosa che cambierei è il rubinetto del lavabo che, nonostante il suo aspetto molto curato non è ottimale facendo schizzare l’acqua ovunque. Per fortuna il mobile lavabo è talmente grande che, nonostante gli schizzi, niente delle nostre cose personali si è bagnata.
• valérie (10/5): vraiment parfait ! - Mon séjour à Marrakech a été tout simplement parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et l’ambiance y est à la fois authentique et reposante. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable — toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider. La chambre était trés confortable et la décoration très soignée et de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, varié et servi dans un cadre superbe. L’emplacement est idéal : proche du centre mais suffisamment calme pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Marrakech dans les meilleures conditions. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

• Alexandre (10/5): Merveilleux, très confortable, au cœur de la Médina - L’accueil dans ce nouveau Riad était tout simplement merveilleux, l’atmosphère chaleureuse et la décoration parfaite. La literie est tellement confortable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les services du Spa avec ses deux baignoires japonaises, parfaite pour un moment de détente en couple ainsi que le restaurant en terrasse. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’écrin !
