- Olga (6/5): In general the apartment itself is okay but I’m very disappointed with the host + “self-service” systems that they provi - The location was good, a few minutes walk to Dubai mall. The building is located in downtown and it’s very convenient to reach most of the places. In general apartment looks okay They called it a “self-service" apartment, which meant that they do not provide anything there. ALL short-term apartments we rented in Dubai provide toothbrushes, shampoo, gels, etc. But everything is empty here. You will need to buy yourself everything you need for a comfortable life. We also had a problem with their host. Note: you need to pay the deposit by card, and there is no possibility to pay in cash. They made us wait downstairs for an hour because we said we don't have an international bank account to pay the deposit, but we can pay in cash. They barely agreed to accept it and said that they would return it as a bank transaction within 14 days (which is crazy, because, again, we don’t have a bank account). So, we paid in cash and found help from our friend who paid the deposit for us and we asked for our money back. Their guy promised to come at 11pm, because we were not in a hurry to go back home. But he came at 2 a.m., making us wait so long. And the next morning (the day of checkout) they rang the doorbell at exactly 12:00 and asked to leave after the sleepless night that we spent waiting for our cash back
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional Stay with Stunning Dubai Downtown Views and Top Amenities - Burj Royale is a fantastic apartment offering breathtaking views of Dubai Downtown, the observatory deck view was truly unforgettable. The apartment has everything you need, from kitchen utensils to fantastic fitness and swimming pool facilities. Kevin proved to be a wonderful host, communicating clearly and patiently waiting for my delayed arrival before personally showing me to my room. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, a variety of restaurants, and stunning city sights. I would absolutely stay here again!

They were really helpful any they were answering any questions we had within minutes. An additional pair of towels would be great cause they don’t change it during the stay.
