Mark (9/5): Perfect hotel in the medina of Marrakech - The staff was really helpful getting our luggage to the hotel as it was a little bit of a walk into the medina. They immediately served us tea and focused on getting us relaxed and comfortable. This was our seventh hotel we stayed in during our 16 days in Morocco. It was also the cleanest. It's a great value for your money. We had to leave early to catch a morning flight out and they gave us a breakfast bag to have some food when we got to the airport.

Philippe (9/5): - Schöne, gut eingerichtete und ruhige Unterkunft an zentraler Lage in Marrakech. Am ersten Tag gab es leider keine Früchte zum Frühstück. Um ins Riad zu kommen, muss man immer klingeln.
Franka (10/5): Schönes Riad zum Runterkommen - Ein super schön gestaltetes Riad! Betten bequem, Bad richtig schön, sehr ruhig. Das Personal war auch super lieb und wir konnten unser Gepäck auch nach dem Auschecken noch unterstellen. Gutes Frühstück auf der hübschen Dachterasse. Der Innenhof ist super schön, aber wirkt nicht so herzlich zum dort verweilen.
Rani (10/5): - Leuke centrale locatie. Vlotte communicatie met de accommodatie. Mooie inrichting. Ook goed take away ontbijtje Badkamer was prachtig maar er was geen houder voor de douchekop. Dit maakt het onhandig om te douchen.

kotti (9/5): I loved my stay and will definitely revisit - It was a beautiful Riad and what you see is what you get. The staff were wonderful and packed my breakfast earlier than the usual time as I had early activities scheduled. The location was central to everywhere and was right in the Medina. At night it looks scary as it’s in the middle of the Medina and there are lonely roads. It’s expected though as that’s how central Marrakech is.

The area is also great and feels very comfortable. A special thank you to Azdin, who works in the evening and at night — he was always incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive to everything we needed. Truly a very pleasant and caring person. Also thank you to Isak, who works in the morning and during the day — he is very friendly and helpful as well. Honestly, the whole staff is wonderful. The service is excellent — they are available 24/7 by phone, which is very convenient. We often had early excursions, so we asked for takeaway breakfast, and it was always complete and well-prepared. When we had breakfast at the riad, it was also full and very good. Hot water is always available, everything works perfectly. We highly recommend this riad and would definitely come back! 🌿 Everything was amazing! The best experience!
Carolina (10/5): Super séjour à Marrakech ! - Très belle découverte ! Le riad bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, au cœur de la médina, permettant de découvrir de nombreux points d’intérêt à pied. Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable : souriant, professionnel et aux petits soins du début à la fin. Toujours disponibles et de très bon conseil, ils ont grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Une adresse que je garde précieusement et que je recommande sans hésitation !
Xuan Ying (9/5): Exceptional - Smelt wonderful and clean, huge spacious room, great water pressure and warm water for shower, AC was working perfectly, kind and helpful staff, freshly made breakfast, also fantastic location we were able to get there WITHOUT having to go through the small alleys in the souks. Nothing bad to say at all, just one thing to note that there were couple of bees getting into our breakfast but honestly that’s just nature so can’t fault the property haha.

Gli abbiamo chiesto di farci una colazione a portar via e ci hanno accontentati subito. Nel riad c’è un profumo buonissimo. Posizione giusta sé vuoi fare un tour di Marrakesh nella Medina. Non molto lontano dalla piazza principale.

Laura (10/5): - La struttura è arredata in modo moderno e pulita, si trova dentro la Medina di Marrakech quindi permette di raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di principale interesse culturale. Il personale è cordiale e gentile, in modo particolare io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati molto bene con Lucas che ci ha anche consigliato posti in cui andare a mangiare e piatti tipici da assaggiare.

Zsolt (7/5): - A szállás nehezen megközelíthető, de belváros közeli. A környezete ijesztő, de az ajtón belépve nyugodt környezetben találod magad. A fényképeknek megfelelő volt a szoba és a riad belsője. A reggeli rendben volt. A reggeli a tetőteraszon kerül felszolgálásra. Rossz idő esetén ez nagyon kellemetlen volt. Nagyon hideg volt, esett az eső. Mivel nincs a teraszon semmilyen fűtési lehetőség, így nagyon hideg volt reggelizés közben. A riad elrendezéséből adódóan a szobában zavaró, ha a belső udvaron valaki beszélget, járkál, ez zavarja a pihenést. Jó lenne, ha a szobában lenne tv, mini hütő.

Cherrylyn (9/5): Excellent and highly recommend - We highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a great location and is clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond—Azeddine even accompanied us to the nearest ATM to ensure we felt at ease. Breakfast is very good, and if you have an early tour, they can prepare a takeaway—just let them know in advance. Each room also has a unique design inspired by different Moroccan cities; ours was styled after Agadir.

But the staff was very helpful and made us hot water whenever we needed it.

Sonja (10/5): Perfekter Ort für einen Marrakesch Urlaub - Wunderschönes Riad perfekt in der nördlichen Medina gelegen. Der typische Souk liegt quasi vor der Türe, sowie Restaurants und kleine Läden. Das Riad Team ist sehr herzlich und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Isaac und Azdin haben immer ein Lächeln bereit und sorgen dafür, dass sich die Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr stimmungsvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Auf Wunsch konnten wir ein sehr leckeres Abendessen auf der schönen Dachterrasse geniessen. Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen hat ebenfalls reibungslos geklappt. À la prochaine ! Nichts

Kol tvarkė formalumus pavaišino arbata ir pyragaičiais. Riad randasi Medinos centre, bet kuris lankytinas objektas lengvai pasiekiamas pėščiomis. Tvarkinga ir erdvi terasa su puikiu vaizdu į Mečetės bokštą, kurioje pateikiami standartiniai, bet tikrai geri pusryčiai. Kambariai tvarkingi ir švarūs. Jeigu terasoje sienos būtų bent pusmetriu žemesnės, atsivertų dar gražesni vaizdai. Bet tai jokiu būdu ne trūkumas.

From the taxi driver who met us at the airport, to the person who met us at the taxi drop-off point and escorted us into the medina to the property, to the manager and the breakfast server and the housekeeping staff - all friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were cozy, decor was authentic, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Location was great for strolling the medina. Nice breakfast served on the rooftop terrace included yogurt, eggs, pancakes and bread. Perfect all around.
Randi (10/5): Definitely recommend staying here! - The property was absolutely gorgeous! The location is amazing. Azdin, who works there, was AMAZING. He was always available to help answer any questions. He has an amazing attitude and customer service oriented manner. My boyfriend became very ill in the middle of the night and Azdin was a lifesaver! This was the first time that I had to navigate trying to find healthcare internationally and he helped call a taxi and locate the right hospital to take my boyfriend too. He also checked up on us when we came back. He went out of his way to walk us to ATM when we needed it. The property itself was beautiful, but Azdin made the whole experience staying there very comfortable and welcoming, like we were staying in his own house. The traditional Moroccan breakfast in the morning was also delicious! We definitely recommend this property and will be back if we’re ever back in Marrakesh Honestly, nothing I can think of

Desde quartos modernos com todas as comodidades necessárias, muito bem localizado ao lado da Medersa Ben Youssef e a 15 minutos de Jemaa El-Fna por entre ruas com imenso comércio e restauração. O pequeno almoço era ótimo e bem servido! Um especial agradecimento ao Isaac que nos acompanhou desde a nossa chegada sempre com um sorriso e boa conversa. Desejamos-te o melhor! Isaac met us from the taxi and served us mint tea and cakes whilst checking us in which was a lovely welcome. Azedine who was on night duty and breakfast, was so kind and helpful and we really enjoyed our chats with him. The Riad was very central but so calm and peaceful, the tiles and colours are gorgeous the bed was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here if we returned to Marrakesh Although we had a fresh orange with our breakfast every morning, I would've liked a little more fruit.

Nous avons eut quelque soucis les problèmes on été régler de suite grâce à eux! Hôtel très propre et très beau. Petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux. Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits si nous avions pu faire plus nous l’aurions fait. Situé en plein cœur des souks, très bien situé vous avez accès à tout. La literie était impeccable et les chambres décorée avec goût. Je recommande! Très belle vue également. Absolument pas déranger par le bruit extérieur Petit soucis mais vite régler grâce au personnel compétant

Hanne (7/5): Leuk verblijf, centraal gelegen in Marrakesh! - De locatie was absoluut top! De riad is heel centraal gelegen en ondanks de drukkere buurt (de souqs) was er vrijwel geen lawaai te horen!! De kamer was mooi en proper. Ook de badkamer voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Het ontbijt voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen. De foto's op de site komen niet overeen met wat we daadwerkelijk kregen. Ook de koffie was echt slecht.
Carmine (10/5): Riad al profumo di fiore d’arancio, al - Ottima posizione, pulizia impeccabile e stanza Marrakech molto ampia e spaziosa. Facilità di comunicazione. Azdin e i suoi colleghi sono stati davvero premurosi e gentili. Colazione variegata ma sempre uguale per tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Magari sarebbe bello assaggiare più prodotti tipici.

fiorella (10/5): Ottimo Riad. - La pulizia, il letto comodo, la doccia moderna, la colazione e la gentilezza e cortesia dell'intero staff. La comunicazione con la direzione tramite whatsapp sempre immediata. Veramente apprezzata. Sia per informazioni che per disponibilità a tenerci i bagagli e addirittura ad accompagnarci a piedi da e per il taxi. Il problema è rientrare la sera al riad, poiché alcune vie vengono chiuse da portoni escludendo l'accesso (probabilmentea salvaguardiadei negozi che lasciano esposte le merci. È stato per noi complicato; fortunatamente un ragazzo ci ha viste in difficoltà e ci ha accompagnate. Gli abbiamo riconosciuto una mancia.

Liliana (10/5): - Lo mejor de todo fue la atención y amabilidad de Azdin. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con una sonrisa permanente. El Riad nítido, bien decorado, nuestra habitación amplia con un baño grande. El desayuno muy rico y súper atentos. Recomiendo este Riad al 100%

Ariana (9/5): Azanine made our stay amazing - Azanine was the most amazing host. He greeted us with a warm smile from the moment we arrived and always went above and beyond. When we brought back take out from a local restaurant for our dinner (the restaurant had no available tables), Azanine brought us plates and cutlery to be able to more fully enjoy our meal at one of the tables on the balcony. He even took the time to help us learn a few basic words and sayings in Berber. Azanine even arranged our airport transportation and accompanied us / led the way to the taxi on our final morning. Tanmirt (thank you!) to him for such an amazing stay. Another staff member was also very caring and responsive in bringing a first aid kit and getting a bag of ice when my fiance tripped and twisted his ankle on the uneven pavement in the alleyway in front of the riad. The bed was a bit firm for our liking but we found that to be the case with all of the places we stayed in Morocco.
Daria (9/5): - Mega miły i pomocny personel! :) Z hotelu jest kilka minut do targów, śniadania są na słodko i słono, nie ma problemu z pozostawieniem bagażu po wymeldowaniu się. Polecam na szybkiego tripa do Marrakeszu :)
