Miles (3/5): - Location, bathroom, a few helpful dishes, view Description in booking website says there is a sofa bed and a normal bed. Title of apartment doesn't say studio apartment. Clicked on photos and aparmen isn't what shows on booking website. Larger apartment for similar/same period is 30€ a night cheaper with a separate bedroom not a studio. Misleading. There is no place to hang coats/ clothes. Door bangs loudly in hallway when people open / close it. Waking up numerous times at early hours because of it. Eagle plugs don't help. Hallway is echoey with people who talk because the building is all concrete. Sound travels along all the walls. Curtains don't keep light out for full night. Nice flat screen TV but there is no TV. Host refuses to give account details for Netflix, prime, apple, etc. Very dark building. Feels somewhat unsafe, unfriendly and spooky. No front desk. No owners/ apartment managers to welcome and exchange information or make you feel at home.

Paul (1/5): Avoid at all cost - Nothing, this was a complete disaster. This location is an ACTIVE construction site, which continues power tool usage up until past 10PM, including weekends. Staff also sees nothing wrong with giving a key to random people, and having them enter your apartment at midnight on a Friday, unannounced and without any warning, notice nor approval and then lying on multiple occasions about this. Your belongings are absolutely not safe here, nor are you as there is no CCTV in the building. Avoid this company (Flatbook), and avoid this listing specifically.
Gosia_Su (10/5): Fantastic stay, loved it. - The location is perfect, couldn't think of better one in Gdansk Old Town. The apartment is new and very nice, clean and comfy. Perfect for 2. The reception to collect the key is in a close proximity, so no trouble to check-in. Communication is great and all staff is super nice and professional. Great value for money. Nothing to dislike, just a suggestion that a washing machine would be handy for those who stay for a longer period.
