• Guido (9/5): Ottima posizione. Alloggio piccolo ma pulito e con tutto il necessario. - Alloggio piccolo ma con tutto quello che serve, anche la lavatrice! Pulito. Letti comodi. Doccia grande. Fantastica la posizione, nel centro della città vecchia, comodo per i locali, ristoranti ecc. Comodo anche il wifi. Le scale di accesso sono un po' scomode, soprattutto gli ultimi 2 piani. Ma nelle case dei centri storici francesi è la norma. Chiaramente è sconsigliato per chi ha problemi di mobilità.
• Jolanta (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt – wszystko zgodne z opisem i w wyjątkowym miejscu - Świetna lokalizacja w samym sercu starego miasta, blisko wszystkich atrakcji. Apartament był bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i dobrze wyposażony, a kontakt z gospodarzem szybki i bezproblemowy. Jedynym minusem było 4. piętro bez windy, co może być uciążliwe przy bagażach, ale okolica jest tak piękna, że nie trzeba było często wracać do apartamentu 😊

• Matthew (9/5): Lovely stay, would recommend highly - Lovely, clean and comfortable property perfect for a weekend away or longer! The location was absolutely perfect right in the old town with lots to do around! Communication was effortless and easy. Being on the top floor it was a fair amount of stairs but it is easily manageable. The upper levels don’t seem to have working lights which made it a little awkward

• Beata (5/5): Super lokalizacja, ale mieszkanie zawiodło oczekiwania. - Obiekt położony w samym sercu starego miasta. 1. Poprosiliśmy o możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania- niestety właściciel nie odpowiedział, nie było informacji że kod dostępu do mieszkania jest aktywny dopiero po godzinie 15, a jak nie mogliśmy wejść do mieszkania kilkakrotnie dzwoniliśmy do właściciela i również nie odbierał. Na szczęście na miejsce przyszła sprzątaczka, która skontaktowała się z właścicielem, który telefon on niej od razu odebrał. 2. Wejście a raczej wspinaczka na poddasze (z klatki schodowej wchodzi się wąskimi schodami). 3. Czystość- niestety tutaj nie wyglądało czysto, głównie w łazience i kuchni. Na ścianach i suficie w łazience i przedpokoju/ kuchni liczne miejsca z pleśnią- raczej przez brak prawidłowego działania wentylacji w łazience. 4. Mieszkanie bardzo małe, na zdjęciach wygląda na dużo większe, pomimo iż oferowane jest dla 4 osób w kuchni przy małym stole są tylko 2 miejsca. 5. Materace i pościel już bardzo zużyte.

• Inga (10/5): Nice,clean flat in the middle of the Old Town - The apartment was clean and cozy, there was space for our luggage and belongings. The landlord always answered supportive and we had everything we needed. What you should keep in mind, when renting this apartment,is the location: it's very busy at night, so it can get VERY noisy - BUT the location is what also made it so special: just in the middle of the Old Town of Nice, we couldn't have asked for a better spot! Thanks!

• Jack Cashin (9/5): A great apartment in a perfect location - Lovely apartment in a great, central location. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a short stay. It was clean, tidy and cosy during the day and night. Nico, the host, was also very friendly and helpful with any issues we had. The apartment was on the fourth floor which is something to bear in mind. It was not an issue for us but could be for some.
• CHISAKI (9/5): ロケーション最高！ - いわゆる屋根裏部屋のような感じでコンパクトですが、キッチン、リビング、ベッドルームと分かれていて、ホテルというより、友人の部屋を借りたような寛いだ雰囲気です。キッチンも便利ですし、洗濯機やスチームアイロンまであり、長期滞在にも便利そうです。水もたくさん置いてくださっていて助かりました。ロケーションも最高で、素敵な教会も目の前ですし、レストランもたくさん、旧市街の賑やかさを感じられつつ、夜は静かでした。海も近くてとても便利です！ニースの海岸を一望できる、城壁公園も歩いて10分もあれば行けます。 オーナーさんもとても親切で、フレンドリーに何度も連絡をとってくれました。 皆さん書いてあるように、5階？まで階段で上がるので、重たいスーツケースなどある方は本当に大変だと思います。 我慢の範囲内ですが、トイレがもう少し清潔だとありがたいかな。 それから、建物の入口ドアの開け方は教えてもらえますが、中からの開け方は教えてもらえてなかったので、苦戦しました。たまたまご帰宅の方が教えてくれて助かりました。ドアの右手前にある白いボタンを押すとドアは開きます。

Do tego zmywarka, ekspres do kawy i nawet pralka. wchodzenie na czwarte piętro w gorącym korytarzu ale w samym apartamencie przyjemnie z działającą klimatyzacją

• Renee (9/5): Very cute place, but be prepared for lots of stairs. - It was decorated in such a charming way, and it had all the amenities we needed. Our daughter enjoyed the loft and having her privacy. We also very much appreciated the air conditioning! We were not aware that the property was up 5 hot flights of stairs. We had heavy luggage and there was no elevator, so beware if you have a lot of luggage.

• zara (10/5): Lovely apartment, comfortable with all the amenities! - The property was beautiful, right in the heart of Nice Old Town. Surrounded with beautiful shops, bakeries and restaurants. We were a few minutes walk from the beach and trains and trams were also a few minutes away leading to all areas of Nice and surrounding places like Monaco and Cannes. The host Nico was amazing and was always there for anything we needed. The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher! Excellent and highly recommended!
• Aleida (9/5): Superb - The apartamento was in the heart of nice old town just walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was pretty neat. The stairs, too many stairs to get to the apartment, with luggage was very hard and every day coming back tired it was a challenge.

• Athina (1/5): Very small flat 21qm on the 4th floor without elevator - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία The photos are misleading, the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, which is not easily visible in the description, it is very small 21sqm, it is not two-story as it says but has an almost vertical staircase to get to the bed where the height above the feet is 20cm. It is definitely unsuitable for more than 2 people and unsuitable for elderly people, I did not unfortunately check the size of the room because I could not imagine that someone is renting 20qm at 4 people. I contacted the owner multiple times asking her to cancel the reservation because we are 4 people over 60, and we would not be able to stay overnight in 21sqm, also without an elevator. I informed her that one of us also has mobility problems. She was not interested at all, she only suggested we change the date. I had to book another accommodation much better and much cheaper. This one cost 375€ for 2 nights, unacceptable. She has no empathy at all and has no professionalism!

• Simon (10/5): Modern and inviting little gem of an apartment - This property makes such clever use of space to provide for all your needs within a modern, bright and clean apartment. Someone has put a lot of thought and effort into creating this apartment, and it shows. It is situated right in the middle of old Nice, surrounded by some lovely restaurants, and only 5 minutes walk from the beach, the fabulous flower market and the tram stop. It’s half an hour by tram to the airport, so no car needed for your holiday, and a short train journey will take you to Monaco & Menton too. We visited as a family of three and our 15 year old, who is 6’2” had plenty of space in the mezzanine bed. It gave him a separate area to sleep unlike the bed settees offered in many other apartments. We found the beds really comfortable, the equipment level fantastic, and this little gem of an apartment was a perfect short stay base for our holiday in Nice! Would love to stay again. All good. No problems at all, but If you have mobility issues be aware it is in the 4th floor.

• Marc (8/5): Super area, well desingd and practical unit. - Was spacious and well designed. You can easily fit a family of four in here. Wifi was very strong and AC worked perfectly besides 34 degrees outside. The main bed should be replaced soon, it was comfy but you feel those rails of two person using the bed over years.

• Olivier (9/5): Very well neatly organized flat; bad ending. - This flat is perfectly organized and optimized for the small space offered. Very clean. Good air' con. Very nice design. Comfy beds. The place is very very small. Even though 4 people can sleep, only 2 can eat on the table. The 4th floor without lift is tough to reach. Especially with kids & luggage.. We came by car from abroad. The owner gently recommended us to park at public car park "Cours Saleya". Level 3 underground. Our car back window was broken and car interior fully robbed during the night. We lost thousands of EUR of personal items. Nice city is not safe ar all. Beware the public car park.

• Megan (8/5): A cute base from which to enjoy Nice, but beware the stairs 😂 - Newly renovated and clean. A great shower and good air conditioning (needed in summer!). They have done a good job fitting a lot into a small space. A lot of stairs to access the property, you’re at the top of an old town building so I didn’t expect an elevator, but with suitcases and little kids it was a big effort.

The loft was fun place for the kids to sleep and we loved hearing the live accordion playing during dinner at night on the street below. It is located right in the heart of old town and was such a charming feel. Very close to the beach and amazing restaurants and atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

• Nicola_l (3/5): grubby and cramped - location was ok terrible sense of arrival, grubby street, dismal entrance, building materials in hallway, broken and loose tiles on stairs, long climb up 5 flights of stairs, awful entrance to the apartment which was tiny. it’s not a duplex, just has a ladder to a cramped sleeping space (4ft reducing to 1ft at your feet) above a room with a small sofa.
