• Williams (8/5): Great apartment at a handy location - The 2 bed 2 baths made it great for my friend and I have to our own space. Friendly customer service. The balcony was dirty and had junk on it, broken lounge out there. Only 1 set of keys were provided.. we could have used 2 sets as a friend group.

Sticky orange fluid leaked from under fridge on first night which must have been spilt by a previous tenant. Otherwise it was clean.

• Kristen (3/5): Very disappointing stay - Location The smell in the carpark and also the hallways was absolutely putrid!!! So bad that it made my friend physically sick!! It was absolutely awful. The screen patio door was super glued shut so you couldn't open it. No bins in either of the bathrooms. Shower screen had soap scum all over it. Bed was too soft and uncomfortable. Only 1 ply toilet paper! Broken sofa / lounge chair sitting on patio.

• Brenton (10/5): Excellent apartment with all you need for an enjoyable stay, great location and friendly owner - Lovely modern, spacious, tastefully appointed apartment with excellent kitchen facilities including coffee pod machine. Large TV, cute reading nook. Very large main bedroom with loads of hanging space and large ensuite. Second bedroom was also large with built in robes and entrance to the second bathroom. Wonderful towels! Both bedrooms have balcony access overlooking Chermside Shopping Centre - great location if you want to shop! Lots restaurants nearby. Very clean, very quiet. Secure parking in basement. Great communication from the owner and we coordinated pick up of the key - I presume it was the owner Chinedu, a very friendly and respectful young man who showed me the apartment, its features and access information. Highly recommend Just a few small things: the bed in second bedroom was very soft and the pillows too hard - sorry, but it's just personal taste. The lounge suite is also very uncomfortable to sit on. But these things would not stop me coming back nor recommending the apartment.

Focus Apartments should be referenced in location somewhere and a good description of which apartment block and entry to carpark. Beside Quest Builing reception, etc.

Really appreciated the nespresso style coffee machine too The bedrooms could do with some better block out curtains or blinds as a lot if light comes in at night and in the early morning.

We used the pool almost everyday. - Undercover parking, location, property size, air conditioning in main areas, laundry both drier and washer, bedrooms, swimming pool and the personal greeting of staff and his directions of where the pool location and garbage disposal -One of the beds in the room was firm. -Needed an egg flipper and a larger sharp knife. -no pegs for clothes line -not enough toilet paper

I am allergic to Lavender and was a bit uncomfortable during my stay as there was lavender hand wash and oil wicks. I know this is a new property on booking.com and 5his is just a little bit of constructive feedback to help in the future, I do not wan5 people to see this as negative feedback. If possible please provide a hand towel for the bathrooms and a tea towel for the kitchen so we can wipe and put away our cups. Also the hand basin drain in the ensuite is emptying very slowly and may need a Quick Look at.

There were just a few things missing - or we could not find them. No tea towel in the kitchen and no detergent to do dishes. The TV was not receiving TV channels but we did use the WIFI for Netflix.
