- χρυσανθη (10/5): Μια ευχαριστη διανομή. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική δίπλά σε όλά. Το κένρο 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Στο δωμάτιο έιχε για να φτιαξείς εσπρεσακι και τσαγάκια. Η θερμάνση. Δεν μπορέσαμε να καταλάβουμε ποτέ πώς λειτουργεί το αιρκοντισιον μιας και δεν βρήκαμε ποτέ το κοντρολ.

- Aneta (1/5): No hot water and no sleep for 2 nights! - Location near the market square No hot water for 2 days and night and no efficient way of communicating with the owners/ management of the place. There was absolutely nobody to answer your messages or calls. They didn’t care that myself and my 6yo child had no warm water for the whole duration of our 2 night stay stay. No apology or attempt to help the situation. Even despite booking.com intervention, still no help or resolution. On top of this, the other apartments in the building managed by this company are frequented by stag do men groups which are all very loud and rowdy! They don’t respect the quiet hours so forget about a good night sleep! Absolutely terrible experience. Please stay away!

- Michael (5/5): Zugang Flop - Wohnung Top. - Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und verfügte über alles was man braucht. Die Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet, der Kaffeeautomat hatte genügend Kaffee Tabs. Die Altstadt liegt nach überqueren einer Hauptstraße direkt vor einem. Für den Zugang zu der Wohnung benötigt man 3 Codes. Der erste für den Gebäudekomplex, den zweiten für den Hauseingang und den dritten für die Wohnung. Die übermittelten Zugangsdaten bestanden aus Ziffernfolgen. Keine dieser Ziffernfolgen funktionierten. Wir sind nur hinein gekommen, weil uns andere Gäste geholfen haben. Bei den Gästen war für den Gebäudekomplex vor dem Code ein Schlüsselsymbol vermerkt. So etwas banales zu vergessen ist für eine personalunabhängige Vermietung unzumutbar.

- Annette (5/5): - We stayed 3 nights, the second morning I opened the apartment door to a homeless man sleeping across the doorway. ( this is in a locked complex, on the 4th floor in a hallway) on the next night there was a different homeless man sleeping outside our door, talking to himself constantly- others staying in different apartments came home and then we heard police removing him. We were awoken by him again early in the morning- we actually had to wake him up to get our bags past him as he was asleep across our doorway. I was very happy to leave- disappointing- clearly the door codes need to be changed if 2 different homeless men can get in and come up to the 4th floor, you should get a lockable door that leads into the apartment corridor.

There were three of us staying at the apartment, we had two double beds but we didn't realise the second was not a separate bedroom but overlooking from above. Not a huge problem but some people may prefer more privacy.

Conveniently located to tourist area and in front of a beautiful park. Overall I would recommend. There was no wifi available in the apartment. No connection. Signal was not strong enough to reach the apartment, however it would work in the hallway outside. Was not convenient at all. This was quite unfortunate. A blowdryer would have been good to have and a small toaster and mini microwave.

Shampoo och tvål i duschen. Sköna sängar. USB laddplats fanns på loftet. Lägenheten hade plats för fyra, men det fanns bara två stolar. Ett tips är att ha två extra klappstolar lite snyggt hängande på väggen. En brödrost hade varit plus i kanten. Samma sak med ett skohorn. Vi saknade också plats att förvara kläder på. Ingen läslampa på loftet.

Zona tranquilla e silenziosa proprio ai margini del centro storico e nei pressi di un parco. Parcheggio auto su strade pubbliche nelle vicinanze (a pagamento dalle 9:00 alle 22:00). Cuscini comodissimi. Angolo cucina con l'occorrente. La televisione smart aveva spesso difficoltà a connettersi ai canali e alle app. Bagno un po' piccolo (anche se funzionale) e senza finestra

- Diane (9/5): Très bon séjour - plus de vérifications à faire : Wifi, Télévision pour validation - La propreté du lieu, la décoration, la situation géographique idéale sont des avantages. Les bus et les trams sont à 2 minutes à pied et l'on peut aller à la place centrale à pied. En arrivant, il y a une machine à café, des thés...tout est impeccable. Les literies sont en très bon état et l'appartement est très calme. Le personnel répond presque toujours dans l'heure aux messages. Le mode d'enregistrement, on reçoit les informations au dernier moment, environ 30 minutes avant. J'avais un problème de connexion sur mon mobile et nous avons eu du mal à les récupérer, elles devaient être envoyées par sms et en fait le moyen a été l'email. L'identifiant et le mot de passe communiqués pour le Wifi étaient erronés, en faisant des tests le dernier jour, nous nous sommes aperçus qu'ils correspondaient à un appartement situé à l'étage mais de l'autre côté du palier. Nous avons eu du mal à récupérer les bonnes informations pour nous connecter au wifi de notre appartement. La télévision n'a jamais marché, ils ont envoyé un technicien le lendemain soir de notre arrivée mais il n'a pas trouvé la panne. La table pour manger est petite, elle est plus pour un petit déjeuner qu'un déjeuner ou un dîner.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, μοντέρνα διακοσμημένο και πολύ άνετο, με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και η ποιότητα του χώρου δημιουργούν μια πραγματικά ζεστή και κομψή ατμόσφαιρα. Αυτό που ξεχωρίζει περισσότερο είναι ο συνδυασμός άνεσης και τοποθεσίας — ένα σημείο που σου επιτρέπει να είσαι παντού με τα πόδια, χωρίς να χάνεις την ηρεμία σου. - Tanya (7/5): A lovely, modern aparatment. - The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. It included everything needed for a short stay. It was located across the road from the old town of Krakow which was very convenient. The entrance to the apartments was quite run down. The instructions received by email to find the apartment in the building were very poor. Even residents in the complex couldn't find it from the instructions. The lift broke on the first day and wasn't repaired. As we were on the fourth floor, anyone with mobility issues or carrying luggage up would have struggled.

- Joanna (10/5): Bardzo polecam! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko Starówki. Pięknie urządzony apartament w klimatycznej kamienicy. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Duży apartament na kilka osób. Fakt, że każdy miał klucz dostępu i nie trzeba było martwić się przekazywaniem fizycznego klucza jak każdy wracał o innej porze- baaardzo na plus. Dwie umywalki w dużej łazience plus osobna toaleta też zdecydowanie na plus. Przydałoby się mydło też w małej toalecie, ale nie wpływa do wogóle na pozytywną ocenę całego apartamentu.
