We checked out early and moved to a - Excellent location; however, the service experience did not meet expectations. There was no staff assistance at all. We had to carry our luggage ourselves, and no one guided us to the lift or the room. The corridor was very dirty and had a bad smell. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the flat and the master bedroom. The refrigerator was not working. We contacted the reception multiple times and were told someone would come, but no one did. Due to these issues, we checked out early and moved to another hotel.

• Jasvir (4/5): Disappointing - The location is amazing, pool was great, nice beach as well. It wasn't over crowded so we enjoyed using the pool. We booked 3bhk, out of which, 1 was just a maid's room so it's not really 3bhk, it's just 2bhk. 1 of the room's AC did not work throughout our stay, Engineering team visited us thrice and tried to fix the AC but unfortunately nobody could fix it. We requested for a standing fan, they provided us a very old and dusty fan ( we were not expecting it to be brand new but it should have been atleast clean). We were not extended any solution to the non-working AC. We just had to spend 2 nights with miserable sleep quality. I will probably not book again.
