• Amir (5/5): - מקום נחמד..לא רחוק מהמרכז לעיר העתיקה.יחסית נקי. הגעתי למלון ב 3 בלילה הייתי ממש עייף. שלחו אותי לחדר בקומה רביעית בזמן שהמעלית לא עובדת מקולקלת..למחרת הגיע חבר לכמה דקות לבקר אותי בקשו 10 יורו בשביל שהוא יכנס למלון ממש לא לעיניין.ארוחת בוקר בקטנה .

• lucile (6/5): Séjour decouverte de Bucarest en 3 nuits - L hôtel est très bien situé , proche des sites à visiter et des restaurants . Le personnel de l’accueil est sympathique et serviable . Nous avons eu une panne d ascenseur pendant notre séjour et nous étions au 7e étage . Par ce que nous avons réclamé nous avons eu une autre chambre au 1 pour la derniere nuit mais aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée alors qu elle était plus petite . Le petit déjeuner n.est pas top : pas de fruits , les œufs sont trop cuits et le seul pain fourni est un pain de mie industriel, impensable pour le prix demande .

• David (8/5): Overall, this is a very good hotel in a very good location with a professional and helpful staff. - Very good location. Comfortable beds. Nice art-deco design in keeping with the original architecture. Professional staff. Convenient laundry service. I stay here a lot and can say from experience that every room has some kind of problem with leaks from the shower cabinet.

В номере достаточно просторно, отличный душ и полочки под все мелочи. Завтрак не слишком разнообразный, но вполне достаточный. После выезда нам разрешили оставить чемоданы на несколько часов. Всё было очень комфортно и приятно! Обязательно вернёмся именно в эту гостиницу в следующее посещение Бухареста Нет такого

• Paavo (8/5): - Kiva pikkuinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Varsinkin viereinen puisto oli kevätaikaan mahtava. Äänieristys oli olematon niin ulos kuin käytäväänkin. Lämmintä vettä ei tullut välillä vuorokauteen.

• Vale (7/5): Basic - Ho apprezzato la camera senza moquette, la comodità del letto e gli spazi. Non mi è piaciuto che la sala colazione è piccola quindi bisogna prenotare il giorno prima la fascia oraria, non tutto viene rimpiazzato e la scelta era ridotta. La camera non è stata pulita dopo la prima notte, le capsule in camera sono solo per una notte poi si pagano, i set da bagno non vengono lasciati per tutti gli ospiti.

Dessverre, da vi har endelig har kommet til hotellet (klokka 2 i natt) viste det seg at frokosten er ikke inkludert. Plutselig måtte vi betale 200€ ekstra og dessverre maten var ikke vært det.

• Joseph (10/5): Hats off to Zeus Bucharest Opera Hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay. - A very friendly and helpful staff overall. The breakfast was great and so was the location. Our room was lovely and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

Molto calda, troppo, probabilmente per accogliere all'arrivo, ma poi hanno subito risolto. Le signore a colazione erano davvero premurose. Nulla di abbondante, ma di tutto, vario e buono (dolce e salato) preparato al momento. Posizione eccellente.

• Ana (8/5): Small, cozy and classic hotel in the heart of Bucharest - The hotel is fairly well located, allowing you to walk to most relevant places. The staff was very nice and helpful! The room was nice an cozy. it's a curved building, so the room had a curved shape that made it look smaller that it was. Everything was perfect: great bed, a very nice bathroom, good lighting and TV with some channels in English. There's also an elevator. I only missed that they did not have ice in the hotel (although they had an ice machine, which was off.).

Disguido fastidioso sulla prenotazione della camera: avevamo prenotato 2 camere matrimoniali comunicanti, in quanto non era più disponibile una quadrupla, ci siamo ritrovati con 2 camere ( 1 al secondo piano e 1 altra al settimo). Pavimento della camera sporco, unto e scivoloso all'arrivo, la colazione è stata una nota dolente. Per il prezzo pagato, l'offerta era molto limitata: poca scelta. Buffet molto misero, un peccato, perché la struttura merita, ma la gestione del mattino va decisamente migliorata, non esaustiva.

• Andrius (6/5): Great location but avoid breakfast area at peak hours and buy coffee elsewhere - The location was very convenient. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The noise from the room fridge was really annoying at night especially that it was placed 1 meter from the bed. Also the windows acoustic insulation are non-existent. Traffic and partying noise was really loud at night. Breakfast was ok but they have like 7 tables in the breakfast area! Guests were waiting with plates until the table became free. The coffee machine was so slow that at some point 10 people were queuing.

• Susanna (9/5): BELLISSIMO SOGGIORNO CON BELLISSIMO HOTEL - La struttura è veramente stupenda, curata e moderna, la stanza molto comoda e pulita. Anche la reception è molto bella. Posizione ottima per visitare Bucarest a piedi L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è l’area colazione troppo piccola, c’erano pochi tavoli 6/7 e purtroppo chi arrivava non poteva fare subito colazione ma doveva attendere che gli altri finissero

Just some cleaning staff issues for the property to deal with... - Location is great, reception's staff are amazing, we got a bit earlier, and the guy at reception was so kind to let us check in and rest from our long trip. I read in another review that cleaning staff just enters your room even though you are there. In our case, I hung the " no disturb " sign in order for them not to clean our room, well they didn't care, they just entered our room, they have a sign that says towels on the floor go washing, well our towels were hanging NOT on the floor, I want to think the changed them and gave us clean ones, other way they just folded them and placed them as fresh ones. We were in Istanbul for couple of days and cleaning staff there were so respectful in NOT entering our room when sign was on, even though hotel policies are to clean up the rooms daily, that I believe what cleaning staff did here in Romania was unrespectful, invasive and unacceptable.

Room was too hot, radiator in the bathroom had no off switch. Energy and gas will be more expensive, so please reconsider the consumption. Coffee from the machine terrible, sorry.
