Smells Plaster off the wall Window, cover with old plywood Bed leg fell off in the night during sleep Bed hard We paid for 3 nights and left after the first, we only stayed the first night as we arrived really late…… I didn’t expect much as it was budget, but this place(room ) was atrocious The worst I have ever booked on Booking.com And the owners said NO REFUND SO ROOM 103 BEWARE As above……..

• Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - I've stayed 3nights in standard studio on the ground floor. Room is quite new and fresh although missing basic equipment like night table, night lamp (there is only strong ceiling light) and as the room doesnt not have any windows you're staying or in super light room or in total darkness. There is a rack to hang some shirts but no closet or even shelves to keep your clothes. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to MTR station, basically in Chinatown, but hidden in small aisle so you don't have any noises from outside. Although the walls and doors are very bed quality, not sound proof at all, and if you a light sleeper you will hear all the neighbours movements or noises from "lobby". It's ok to stay for few nights, but longer stay will be rather unpleasant.

• Emily (8/5): Three night as family with baby in Chinatown. Loved the location! - Amazing location, right in the heart of Chinatown. Great price for room, easy check in. Room could have been cleaner (stained sheet around bed, stained mattress). It could add to room comfort with hooks for towels in bathroom and a reading lamp for the bed.

• Chandhawat (8/5): hotel in great location - very great location 3 mins walk to Yaowarat so tons of thing for you to eat until the market closes, easy self-checkin metalic noise from bed, the speaking noise from the corridor entered room too loud. be careful if you have huge luggage and you got room on the high floor, because there's no elevator

• Florian (9/5): Superb - Easy to retrieve key and the restaurant waiter can help you easily. You're autonomous Bit of noise at night, if people are talking in the hall. Prepare earplugs in case you're a light sleeper.

Great location in the middle of Chinatown! There are no acoustic materials under the floors or around the doors so if you have selfish guests who stomp in their room or talk in the common areas, you hear absolutely everything. This can be a problem late at night

• Daveidek (9/5): Nearby transportation and Yowarat street food market - Brand new, simply furnished room. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful in solving the request. The location is a 5-minute walk from the subway and 7 minutes from the port of river transport, so you can quickly reach all important tourist spots. And the evening street food at Yowarat is a nice bonus. There are also some of the cheapest Thai massages in Bangkok nearby.

• Libbytes (4/5): Uncomfortable smelly stay - Clearly a new hotel in the area. The staff here were very nice and tried their best to help us with the room and laundry. Confused to how this was so highly rated, and questioning the legitimacy of the reviews. It's still a building site really. Also considering it's new, the room smelled very musty and mouldy, it was actually very overpowering. We asked to change room, but we couldn't. Staff provided some smelly stuff to help and we left the AC on all the time to try and help. Bed was also insanely firm, very uncomfortable actually, and we both woke up aching all over from it. It was also a bit dirty, but we think this was from the building work, as it was like building dust everywhere. Also the towels were brand new unwashed and covered us in fluff haha.

• Kamilė (5/5): Passable - Besides the cockroaches that made the stay bad.. the location is good, right in Chinatown, close to metro and buses. We came to the hotel very early because of the night train, and the lady did early check in for us. It is sad to write a bad review for this place, because the lady seemed kind and helpful. But... we booked a room for 3 nights, got a room on the 1st floor. And there were cockroaches in the room two first nights... lady helped to take them away but they hide faster and so on... we think the problem was that there is still construction in the building and on the first floor... also there was a little window in the bathroom but without glass, so they could get it throught there or just under the door from outside.. finally for 3rd night they had a free room on the second floor, there we didnt see any cockroach, but we still couldnt feel safe... Also since its very new and still under construction, some basic things are missing like bath mat or where to hang things in bathroom. Even the towels are so new that their fluff gets on everything..

• Samyra (9/5): Superb - Easy to find with google maps. They sent us instructions for the self check in. The room is like in the picture, well cleaned. Window face on a wall, but we didn't spend a lot of time inside, so we didn't mind it. It would improve a lot by adding some hooks in the bathroom (there is none for towels) and some shelves (or bedside table to put your staff). For the price, anyway, it's very recommend.
• Bung (9/5): Superb - A new hotel has opened in central Yaowarat. Room was clean, The room area is very quiet. And good location very close to the night market.
