- Ipek (4/5): - We stayed at this property in London between March 14–20. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the description and had several serious issues. First, the listing stated that the apartment has two bathrooms, but one of them did not have a shower, which was misleading and inconvenient for our group. More importantly, we experienced a power outage one night. Although the issue was resolved within a day, we were unable to take showers during that time, which significantly affected our comfort. If this had happened over the weekend, it could have caused even more disruption. Additionally, there was a major noise problem caused by the water pump system. Whenever someone used the bathroom at night, there was a very loud banging noise that could be heard in the bedrooms, waking people up. Overall, while the location may be good, these issues made our stay quite uncomfortable. I hope the host addresses these problems for future guests.

- Michele (9/5): We loved it. I can from Australiato spend time with my son and his fiancé which was great - Homely and lovely living areas. Great position close to shops and restaurants. The second bedroom had a water heater in the wardrobe which sounded like truck when hot water turned on. The main bedroom en-suite only had a bath with no shower. A lots of lights did not work at r try and staircase making it dangerous to navigate in the dark.
