Queriam me cobrar pela sujeira de maquiagem nas toalhas brancas, como se não houvesse alvejantes específicos e lavanderias que tiram manchas do tipo em toalhas do tipo. Foi cobrado 2 copos quebrados e a limpeza nos estofados que poderiam ser resolvidos por produtos específicos. Fiz o pagamento devido. Enfim, fazem de tudo pra cobrar algo extra.

Local sem limpeza! chegamos e tinha barata morta por toda a casa, não dava pra usar os utensílios de tanto cheiro de barata. O piso tava sujo, inclusive nos quartos, até a mesa tava suja.
