natalia (5/5): Nel complesso buono - Struttura nuova e accogliente, in ottima posizione e ben arredata. Ci sono stati diversi problemi durante il soggiorno, il primo è che la porta di una camera era bloccata e siamo rimasti chiusi dentro 2 volte, nonostante i ripetuti avvisi è stata aggiustata solo 3 giorni dopo il nostro arrivo, cosa che ritengo quasi inaccettabile per una struttura che con i prezzi si colloca in una fascia medio-alta. Secondo, abbiamo chiesto di poter aggiungere una notte extra e dopo 9 giorni di soggiorno ci è stato fatto un prezzo folle, praticamente il doppio di quello che avevamo pagato per le prime notti, per poi alla fine tenersi la casa vuota per una notte. Ultimo e più grave, al check out sostenevano che ci fossimo dipinti al full moon party e che avessimo macchiato i cuscini in modo permanente e non volevano renderci i 2000 thb di caparra, dopo una lunga discussione decido di prendere le federe e andare a comprare un detersivo da 29 thb per scoprire in 2 minuti che le macchie fuxia (mai fatte da noi) si toglievano senza fatica. Sostengo che una struttura di questo livello non possa comportarsi in questo modo con i propri ospiti che pagano un prezzo alto non solo per l’alloggio ma anche per il servizio.
