The security and concierge at the residence are good too. I’m glad there was a bathtub. The balcony is spacious and offers lovely views. And above all, the owners, Elena and her husband are very responsive kind and lovely people. My friends and I often used to stay at the luxury hotels in the area, but the cleanliness and practicality of this apartment surpass those of the hotels.Above all, thanks to this spacious balcony with its lovely views, it offers better value than a junior suite at any of those hotels. In short, it’s excellent value for money.

The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable. Check-in was easy with clear instructions, and the host replied quickly whenever we had a question. One of the highlights was the wonderful direct Burj Khalifa view from the private, spacious balcony. The location is great for Downtown—easy to get to the main attractions. We would definitely stay again. Host was very welcoming and extremely lovely to deal with.

Vom modernen Geschirr bis hochwertigen Essig und Öl im Schrank ,Kaffekapseln, auf dem Tisch lag ein Korb. Da drin war eine große Packung Dateln, und paar anderen leckeren Sachen, so dass man sich vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Lage ist perfekt. 10 Minuten zum Fuss bis zum Mexico Flügel, 20 Minuten bis zu Burj Khalifa und Dubai Mall .Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder sehr gerne buchen wollen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gastgeberin Elena immer per WhatsApp behilflich gewesen, sehr herzlich und freundlich.

You get direct Burj Khalifa view and it is amazing, especially at night. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. The sofa bed in living room is so spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, you can walk to Burj Khalifa and around lots of restaurants and cafes. The host is very kind and always in touch. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Downtown Dubai, stop searching - this is truly one of the best apartments available! I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to relax - Everything is is perfect prepare,kitchen is full equip . you got one bedroom 2 toilets and one sofa in living room which also can convert into comfortable bed ,I spend most of the time in living room day and night cuz I got full burj khalifa view from sofa so you will love it here .Anything you need the host is there to help you out I feel like home while I stayed here .You will not want to go out if you stay here cuz you will enjoy streaming your movie day and night with Burj Khalifa view. And Balcony also big you can seat outside and relax if weather is cold . Check out picture I uploaded there for your information.
