• Daniel (2/5): Appartement propre, bien situé mais IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR DU AUX KLAXONS. - Immeuble bien situé dans la ville. Appartement propre. Séjour de 11 jours. EXCESSIVEMENT DE BRUITS DU AUX KLAXONS, IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR. Le monsieur a dormis dans la minuscule salle de bain afin d'atténuer le bruit. Nous avons demandé au propriétaire de changer d'endroits, sur l'un de ses 150 appartements et ce à 3 reprises, réponse négative. Le propriétaires nous référais continuellement à d'autres personnes afin de se défiler. Le ou les propriétaires étaient bien au fait de cette situation. Le dépôt de 500 $ US est excessif et est remboursé selon le taux de change au plus tard 14 jours après le départ. Avons demandé d'être remboursé le jour de notre départ; réponse négative. Avons demandé deux jours gratuits afin d'en obtenir au moins une, réponse négative. Notre avion partait à minuit, avons demandé de quitter l'appartement vers 15 h, réponse négative. Bref, impossible de trouver une entente. Avons voyagés dans 35 pays, 58 ans et 56 ans
• Manal (7/5): ما انصح فيه. لان اذا خذو التامين ماعاد يردون علي - المكان. نظام شقق تمليك مو شقق فندقيه هي نظيفه ومرتبه. لم يعجبي. انه تعاملهم سي الموظف. ولا دخلني الا لمن خذا مبلغ التامين. وقال ان مبلغ التامين يرجع بعد ماتسوين خروج من الشقه انا اليوم لي اسبوعين من سلمت الشقه مارجع مبلغ التامين. ولا عاد يردو علي.

• Dan (10/5): Best stay in Dubai - Best location. Amazing view. Super clean. Everything you need.
• Petr (9/5): Good option but further from the beach as one may think. - As described. Perfect check-in. There is a chain grocery store in the building. Concierges are helpful. Could be noisy at night from the honking traffic. The A/C thermostat didn’t work well for heating.
• Sjoukje (1/5): Don’t choose this apartment. There are many better ones - The bed was good. The bathrooms and kitchen are old and desperately need a renovation. The dishwasher and washing machine have issues. We had several Problems with the acces cards for the building and the parking.

• Josip (1/5): All in all, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. There are many better options available for the same or less - Location is everything, and this apartment hits the mark! Situated in the heart of the city, you'll have everything at your fingertips - from trendy cafes to bustling boutiques. Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was below expectations. The apartment was not clean upon arrival – we found dust and dirt in several places, which was very unpleasant. The bed linens looked unchanged and did not smell fresh. The unbearable smell of sewage was present throughout our stay, and the building has a squash court, so the smell of sweat was everywhere. The pictures do not match reality at all. The apartment is very old and outdated. The coffee machine was faulty and did not work properly. Additionally, they wanted to charge extra for additional towels, toilet paper, and shampoo, even though our stay was for 6 days. Communication with the host was difficult, as they did not respond to our calls and messages promptly. Overall, the price does not match the quality of service and accommodation we received.

• Loic (10/5): Very nice place ideally located near all evening activities around Jumeirah Beach - The location and the view of this place is just amazing. The place is very spacious and clean, perfect for a family. Everything was fine and as expected.
• Mourad (10/5): I spent very good vacation - I really appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of the Staff , they are so kind and very friendly from the receptionist till the up Management , i really enjoyed my short vacation and for sure i will came back next weekend for long period. The view was splendid I really loved the view of the house and its organization , the house is accessible to many accommodations , very safe , the house contain all needed tools
• Bogdan (5/5): Dissapointed by how it looks inside, completely doesn’t worth the money we paid - It has a very nice view. The staff was nice with us. It’s not mentioned anywhere but you’ll have to but quite some stuff if you want to use it as a real apartment (dish washer solution, oil for cooking, salt etc) For the price that I paid I was expecting something there. The pictures are quite good on booking, but the reality is quite depressing, the apartment is old and it really needs some reworkings: the door to the balcony is filthy, the door on of the showers cannot be closed, one washbasin was leaking, one of the bathrooms didn’t had hot water, the bathrooms are generally rusty and ancient the furniture has a strange smell when you open it, the walls are dirty in some places etc Totally not worth the money that I paid (~430 eur per night). This is apartament that probably didn’t saw any improvement in the last 10 years, I wouldn’t recommend it.
