• Gaspar (7/5): - L emplacement et la piscine sur le toit qui est un vrai plus Nous étions trois personnes et à notre grande surprise cela n a pas été pris en compte ( pas de draps, des serviettes ni cousin pour le canapé lit ) La douche mérite un détartrage et un tapis de sortie de douche serais le bienvenue
• Irina (7/5): A good stay in Playa del Carmen for longer trips - This is an apartment in a condo building so it was very spacious, nicely decorated, with good AC, a big and comfortable bed and a fully stocked kitchen, including a big fridge. A nice bonus was the fact that we had two beach towels in the room which we could use. The building also has an underground parking where we found a spot every day, but it is not the largest so I wonder if it might have been harder to find a parking place if we had come during full season. The apartment also has a balcony which faces the street but there was not too much noise - maybe the odd bin collection in the morning but nothing crazy. We had some problems when we first arrived but we got in contact with the host on Whatsapp and he resolved it quickly so the communication was great. The building has a reception and someone is on site at all times (even in the night), plus the building door needs a key/code to enter so we felt safe. The building also seemed newly built, so the apartment is new as well. The location is close enough to 5th Avenue (10 min walk max) and very close to a big Walmart and a few local restaurants. There are no toiletries provided so we had to buy our own hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. To access the underground parking we had to go to the person in the reception to ask to open the garage door (both on our way in and out), which is not very convenient. The street seems a bit dogdy at first because there are some run down houses and it's fairly quiet, but we didn't actually have any issues in the 5 nights we stayed there. I booked this place thinking it was more of an aparthotel but I would not say that it is, but maybe that is just a misunderstanding on my part. The photos advertise a rooftop pool a lot but we actually couldn't find it and we weren't given any instruction on how to access it, nor was there any obvious sign in the building.
• Renato (6/5): Apartamento em prédio novo perto da praia, mas que precisa de mais manutenção - O prédio é novo, tem piscina e academia no rooftop, estando localizado a nove minutos da praia mais próxima. O apartamento estava sem manutenções devidas, tivemos dificuldade para contato pelo booking, proprietário respondeu apenas no WhatsApp. O apartamento estava com água acumulando no box, faltou água, depois que voltou a água não estava esquentando, tivemos problema com a fechadura eletrônica e ficamos presos do lado de fora. Apesar de inicialmente o proprietário falar que teríamos que arcar com os custos de arrombamento da porta, posteriormente o entendeu que não foi culpa nossa, mas uma incompatibilidade da fechadura com o padrão mexicano. No entanto, só o susto de ficar preso do lado de fora, ou de ter que arcar com um possível custo extra alto, ou ainda acordar de madrugada com barulhos da fechadura, são fatores que influenciaram minha avaliação. Outra questão foi que as manutenções foram feitas durante nosso momento de férias, após a reclamação. O apartamento é bom, mas precisa de mais atenção.

• Georgina (10/5): Hermoso la pasamos excelente y estuvimos muy cómodos - La ubicación No tenía sombrilla ni toallas para la playa, no dejaron para recambio de sábanas ni de toallones y estuvimos 10 días, el resto todo perfecto, tuvimos un inconveniente con el estacionamiento pero llegamos a un arreglo con Diego.

• sandrine (8/5): - Appartement tres bien, propre et centriquemais calme. Joliment décoré. La literie est tres confortable. Cela manque de produits de base tels que gel douche ou produit de vaiselle, torchon et bases pour cuisiner. La vue du balcon donne sur les toits et la rue et n’est pas tres intime car le balcon est vitrifié.
• Remy (7/5): Prima appartement neem zelf handdoeken mee. - De ligging in het centrum. Uitgebreide kamer. Zwembad en sportschool op het dak. Bij aankomst troffen we maar 4 handdoeken aan voor 2 personen waarvan er 2 al vies waren (voor 10 dagen). Dit aangegeven en er werd eerst verteld dat deze zondag (kwamen dinsdag aan) vervangen zouden worden. Maandag weer aangegeven dat we nog geen nieuwe hadden gekregen toen werd er dinsdag gezegd omdat dit na een week zou zijn. Uiteindelijk geen nieuwe handdoeken meer gekregen.

• Pierre (1/5): - Le condo Inadmissible, les toilettes étaient bouchées et inutilisables pendant tout notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons contacté le gérant/propriétaire pour lui signaler mais il n'a jamais répondu. Pas de réception à part un gardien qui ne pouvait pas nous aider, donc impossible de faire nos besoins à l'hôtel en 3j. En plus de cela, aucune information pour le WiFi, ni pour le ménage.. Luxe = absent. Dommage, le condo tout comme la piscine étaient superbes. Je recommande, seulement si vous avez la chance de ne pas avoir de problèmes, car aucun service derrière (hors c'est nécessaire étant donné qu'il n'y a personne à la réception)
• Davide (9/5): - Posizione perfetta vicino a tutto ma abbastanza lontano dal caos della Quinta avenida, appartamento moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort, letto molto comodo, cucina attrezzata, terrazza con vista sul mare piscina e palestra. Ho chiesto educatamente se fosse possibile anticipare il check in e la risposta è stata poco cortese.
• TANUJA (8/5): C’était super 👍 - C’est parfait propre pré des lieux importants gare maritime et gare de bus et le taxi collectif pas cher pour ce déplacer . Le mur de la terrasse cache la lumière et le soleil. L’appartement au rez - chaussée pas de vue . La vue ce trouve au 5eme étage à la piscine.
• Ann-marie Elizabeth (7/5): - Det som var bra var läget då det var ett lugnt område, fint inrett, fullutrustat kök, modern AC, uteterass, dusch, och stor säng. Badrummet vad inte välstädat, kalk på handfatet samt dusch, vattnet i handfatet rann ned tillfredställande snabbt utan samlades där varje gång (rör måste tömmas), toaletten fastnade flertal gånger så det inte gick att spola utan man behövde lyfta på toalocket för att det skulle fungera. Soffan var smutsig. Hade varit trevligt med lite bättre täcke men det var ändå okej. Överlag tyckte jag att det var bra, men kan förbättras. Jag hade högre förväntningar på grund av betyget den hade när jag bokade.

• Katya (9/5): El lugar es tal como se describe. - El lugar es muy cómodo, nuevo, bastante equipado. Bien ubicado, podíamos dejar el auto en el estacionamiento y salir caminando a todos lados. Se escuchan las pláticas de las vecinas… afortunadamente solo era durante el día!
• Brenda Gutiérrez Alcántara (10/5): EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN - La ubicación del lugar, muy cercano a Av principales, el poder llegar en 10 min caminando a la playa. La zona es muy tranquila y muy segura, el acceso es facil y rapido. La habitación limpia y comoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia tranquila y donde uno mismo puede cocinar.

• Francisco (10/5): - Apartamento muy completo, bien decorado y ubicación perfecta. El edificio está recién construido con buen gusto, moderno y con buenas instalaciones. Cuenta con la piscina y el gimnasio que ambos están muy bien. Tiene un recepcionista las 24 hs, y limpieza diaria de las zonas comunes. El apartamento está muy bien equipado con mobiliario de calidad y moderno, decorado con buen gusto y amplio, más que suficiente para 2/3 personas. La cocina cuenta con una nevera grande y todo lo que puedas necesitar para cocinar, El que yo he alquilado también contaba con una terraza, para salir a tomar algo, la cama es enorme y el colchón muy cómodo. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la 5ta Av. donde está la acción, pero suficiente lejos para que no moleste, muy cerca hay restaurantes, cafeterías y servicio de lavandería a unos pocos pasos. A 300 metros tienes el Wall Mart para hacer la compra. La verdad my buena experiencia y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendable.
• Louise (8/5): Neuf et bon emplacement! - L’emplacement est bien car nous vivons dans le Centro et il est encore habité par les mexicains. Il y a des magasins grandes surfaces à proximité pour les achats d’épicerie. La plage et la 5e sont à une 15 minutes de marche. La piscine sur le toit est très agréable. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le garde de sécurité ne parle pas l’anglais ni le français. Il était vêtu avec un gilet par balle, une matraque et un couvre cou-tête. Il était gentil mais ne savait pas que j’arrivais. Je me demandais s’il y avait un danger et cela m’a insécurisé. À la fin de me séjour, le gardien était habillé normalement et portait une matraque à la ceinture.
• Jose Manuel (10/5): - El apartamento es nuevo, y esta decorado muy bonito. Cerca de la 5 avenida. La piscina en el atico nos encantó. Tienen parking y posibilidad de late check por poco dinero mas. La cama es enorme, creo que de 200 x 200 Todo fue positivo, pero si cabe destacar algo, el sofa al prepararse para hacerlo cama, el colchon cae directamente al suelo. Les faltaria tambien un tendedero para secar las toallas y la ropa de baño, y una lavadora
