Sean (7/5): Great location. Comfortable bdledrooms but Needs more amenities and upgrading - Property was nice. No.elevator so be wary if you have large cases. There is no oven but there is a 2 ring tabletop conductor hob. There is a stove top kettle. No electric kettle. Sofa is not suoer comfortable but we didnt use it much as we were sight seeing. Could only use 1 appliance at a time. If you used the washing machine and the air conditioner the power was shut off. The air conditioner also broke. The hosts did send someone e out to fix after sending a few videos. The bedroom air conditioning unit also poured water down the walls.

Howard (8/5): Lovely stay in Florence, good for a short term stop - The location was perfect, easily walkable and accessible. Lots to do and far enough removed it was quiet and relaxing. The apartment was comfortable and roomy, air conditioner was a huge plus in the heat wave. Water temperature was hard to adjust, either freezing or boiling.
