- DAVID (7/5): Appartement cosy - La proximité de mon point de travail. La réactivité de Pauline. Appartement très bien équipé et proche de tous commerces. Les abords et accès à l'appartement pas très engageant. Le plafond de la chambre en mezzanine beaucoup beaucoup trop bas. Le sol des WC à revoir. Une porte coulissante à la douche serait plus qualitative qu'un simple rideau.
- Perrine (4/5): À éviter pour personnes à mobilité réduite ou corpulente - La proximité avec une borne de recharge électrique pour la voiture. La propreté. La qualité du linge de maison. Les toilettes sont extrêmement petites: je déconseille aux personnes avec peu de mobilité ou à forte corpulence. Pas d'intimité possible: on ne peut pas se déshabiller dans la mezzanine car très basse de plafond, et difficilement dans la salle de bain car très étroite aussi. L'isolation avec la maison qui est à l'étage, est exécrable : on avait l'impression qu'on nous marchait sur la tête. Le canapé lit grince énormément. La hauteur de plafond de la mezzanine ne permet pas d'être assis dans le lit, je déconseille aux couples qui veulent faire un peu plus que dormir. Par contre le lit est de bonne qualité. Le matelas était trop dur au goût de mon futur mari, mais moi il m'a bien convenu.
