• JF (8/5): - Very good room, large, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The aircon is also very efficient. The hotel looks brand new. The district is quiet, the location is good, you can reach the old town in 10 to 15 minutes

Plenty of space and the bed is very comfortable. Complimentary continental breakfast - cereal, toast, some fruit and biscuits.

• Barbara (6/5): bis auf das Zimmerschloss ganz okay - die Zimmer waren sauber, ruhiges Viertel, in Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt Wir haben für ein kaputtes Zimmerschloss bezahlen müssen, welches beim zweiten mal Zusperren ohne unser Verschulden kaputtgegangen ist. Man hat leider den Eindruck dass man extra schlechte billige Schlösser kauft (es gab auch keinen Beleg vom Handwerker der uns verrechnet wurde). Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht angebracht sondern nur in den Kasten gelegt. Außerdem war es ziemlich hellhörig und im Erdgeschoss haben sich die ganze Zeit irgendwo Mücken reingeschlichen. Föhn nicht im Zimmer usw..
• Robert (4/5): The rooms are poor value for money compared with many better appointed and located options nearby. - The cleaning staff were really helpful and polite. My room was kept fresh and clean. The room had minimal facilities. The water supply and bathroom were inadequate for the price. Bathroom is a very poor design/layout A hearty breakfast should have been included, but was an extra service. The owner (who operates reception) spoke excellent English, but was difficult to deal with, complained often and was generally unknowledgeable and not interested in providing local information/support for visitors.

• Nadell (9/5): Great location, lovely sleep!! - Stayed here as a couple for a week. Really liked it! Nice large room, bid bed, nice and quiet at night. Had great sleeps here as the rooms are sound proofed, never heard another guest in their room which is always a bonus. The hotel feels like a home rather than a hotel. It is a 10 minute walk into the craziness of the Old city. Would definitely stay here again!! All good

• Marcia (9/5): Tranquilo y acogedor - Esta muy bien localizado, aunque cuando llegamos en la noche nos dio la impresiòn de quedar metido en una cuadra oscura y poco fiable, despues nuestra impresiòn fue tdo lo contrario, queda muy bien localizado y el personal es muy pero muy amable, nos dieron unso detalles al dejar el hotel. Muy lindo todo. Crea que podrian varial la proteina del desayuno o dar huevo en otra presentación.

• Wendy (10/5): Honest, kind owners - The owners and staff went the extra mile for us. Good people. We left a money belt with cash and credit cards in the safe. We realized it when we were on a bus to Chiang Rai. We told them we’d be back in a few days. When we returned, they had pulled the safe from the room and had us open it. Everything was there. We were there for NY Eve and got back to our room right at midnight. From our fourth-floor balcony, we were able to see fireworks from all over the city! The lantern lighting over the river was magical. The bed could be softer for us but everything else was great. They even offered breakfast as a special treat for new year’s.

• Roy (9/5): - De bedden zijn super comfortabel en eindelijk eens fatsoenlijke kussens. Super vriendelijk personeel. De plek ligt aan een hele rustige weg dus je hebt geen last van geluid. Daarnaast ben je overal ook zo vanuit daar. Kan zo niks bedenken!

Apple mi ha offerto una ottima colazione con frutta e spremuta di arance buonissime. L’area colazione è contornata di piante che rilassano la mente appena alzati. Mi è dispiaciuto venire via dopo sole due notti,lo consiglio. Niente ,tutto al top.

• Lise (10/5): INCROYABLE, foncez - Meilleur hôtel de notre séjour ! Nous devions resté 3 nuits nous en sommes restés 10. La réceptionniste est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Elle nous préparait le petit déjeuner tous les matins (délicieux et copieux), elle était au petit soins avec nous et de bons conseils. Le ménage était fait tous les jours, c’était très propre. Un emplacement idéal, calme et à 5min des bons restos. Hyper sécurisé avec un portail. Supplément chien adorable qui vient te dire bonjour à chaque fois ! Rien tout était parfait. Ça fait 2 mois qu’on parcourt l’Asie et qu’on galère à trouver des logements propres et agréables, et là c’était le cas alors ça fait du bien ! Merci à l’hôte

Le logement est propre et le lit est confortable. La propriétaire est adorable, toujours disponible pour vous aider dans vos excursions ou simplement pour répondre à une question. Elle nous a cuisiné deux fois un super repas chaud au petit déjeuner en complément de ce qui était prévu dans la réservation. Rien. Si on revient à Chiang Mai, on reprendra probablement cet hotel comme point de chute.

• Dominique (4/5): Hôtel à éviter absolument - Rien concernant l'hôtel, L'accueil des propriétaires, pas aimables du tout, elle est constamment à épier les clients, (je préfère m'arrêter là), l'infect petit déjeuner, tous les aliments sont de mauvaise qualité, de l'eau est constamment ajoutée dans la cafetière, les oeufs froids, jus d'orange, les gâteaux secs, céréales sont remis au quotidien. Aucune télécommande n'a ses piles, TV fonctionne pas. Je ne recommande absolument pas. Je ne comprends pas que Booking qualifie l'hôtel de fabuleux

Das Frühstück war richtig lecker und es gab immer typisch europäisches Essen aber immer auch etwas besonderes aus thailändischer Küche. Insbesondere das Personal war aber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine so tolle Erfahrung mit den Hotelpersonal haben wir noch nie gemacht.

You can tell they really care about their guests which made me feel so safe as a female solo traveller. Host was friendly and welcoming and personally showed the room and how to use everything and was helpful for suggestions on necessary tasks about the city. • Richard (10/5): Nice quiet hotel in a quiet location - All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, we did have a few problems with our room, but they sorted them straight away. Location is good, not far from bottom of old town, and about 30 mins to Chinatown on foot. Laundry just around corner, and a 7-11 about 10 mins. Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and no comfy chairs to sit on in room, even patio chairs weren’t comfortable . No lift if you’re unable to do stairs.

• Kaykay (10/5): Exceptional - The area we stayed in was quiet and a nice walk to get to the night markets for food or shopping. We hired a moped and were able to park it up inside the grounds. Lovely open outdoor space downstairs. Laundry and ironing services if required but lots of local self service laundromat nearby. The owner was lovely and very helpful. We were given a large apartment upon arrival but changed to a smaller one as it was more suited to a family. Both rooms were very lovely and clean and everyday we had fresh towels and fresh bottled water. No lift but only 3 floors so no problem getting to our room Nothing. Everything was great.

The location was great - very peaceful, 10 mins walk from the old city, and not extremely touristy, which we enjoyed. 5 mins walk to 7-11 and plenty of places to eat nearby. We also really liked the courtyard, a very nice place to relax in for a bit after a full day of visiting - lots of plants and the friendly dog :) Also, our host was very helpful and nice, helping us with tips on where to go for the festival, where to eat, how to do laundry, etc

The room is cleaned daily, and the towel and sheets are changed daily which is very pleasant. There is a large but very sweet dog at the courtyard. The garden is beautiful. The whole place feels very homey, peaceful and pleasant. It is very quiet, unlike many other places in Chiang Mai especially those near the old town. WiFi speed is good. It is a bit far from the centre ie the old town, but very nice and quiet.

I would recommend if you need to stay in Chiang Mai. We did not receive a duvet cover but after I asked they provided it (perhaps not many people use it during the summer). I did not like the fact that to borrow hair dryer they asked me deposit, which usually is the device that is available in the standard of the room. The location a bit off the center but if you have a motorbike not an issue (only 15 mins walk). It is minor things that didn't impact our stay, in general place is nice ;).

• Ingrida (10/5): cozy and safe stay - I stayed at the hotel for over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated close to the old town and tourist area, with convenient access to shops such as 7/11, Lotus, and C Market. Despite being in the midst of these amenities, the place maintains a remarkably calm and quiet atmosphere. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also exceptionally clean, and the bed provided was incredibly comfortable. The internet service was reliable, ensuring I had a smooth and efficient connection throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offers laundry services, but I discovered a 24/7 self-service laundry just two minutes away, providing added convenience. A notable feature of the hotel is the closed yard where guests can securely store rented bicycles or scooters. The yard is locked at night, and guests are provided with a key, offering a sense of privacy and security. The hostess of the hotel is truly exceptional. Her friendliness and genuine care for guests made my stay even more enjoyable, and she surprised me with thoughtful gestures. Adding to the charm of the place, there is a large yet adorable and well-behaved dog residing in the yard.

The room was spacious and very clean, has all the facilities needed. Close to local attractions, about 10 - 15mins walk, but a few very nice little restaurants round the corner too. The beds were a little bit hard (although this seems to be the norm in thailand) and the shower was close to the toilet so everything got a bit wet when showering but this wasn't a big problem

• Filip (9/5): Superb - + super quiet area, perfect for sleeping + strong A/C (but configurable) + very friendly staff + convenient and open common sitting area on the ground floor + good water pressure - no shower curtain, so water is literally everywhere when you shower. Floor is slippery and that could easily cause injury/fall - not that touristy area near the hotel, not many food/drink choices, etc.
