For stays of 7 nights or more, an additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the price for the suites. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the apartment yourself.
- For stays of 1 to 6 nights, use of the kitchenette is included in the rate, the suites are cleaned daily (except the kitchenette and the terrace).
- For stays of 7 to 14 nights, use of the kitchenette is included in the rate ; the apartment is cleaned every 3 days.

Inchecken ná 17:00 uur. - Suite Home Porticcio ligt op 15 minuten rijden vanaf het vliegveld Napoleon. Het ziet er prachtig uit. Ruime kamers en de mogelijkheid om de kitchenette te gebruiken. Koelkast is aanwezig en prima personeel. Bedden lagen goed. Parkeergarage kost 7 euro per dag. Dan staat je auto/motor veilig. Lift aanwezig. Schoon. Het ontbijt is omgeschreven als continentaal ontbijt. Dat heb ik niet zo ervaren. Het mocht wat uitgebreider. Kleinigheid, het was verder wel OK. Waar ik wel wat moeite mee had zijn de tijden om op je kamer te mogen en ook de vertrektijden. De kamer (inchecken) zou pas toegankelijk zijn na 17:00 uur (Van 17:00 tot 00:00) en uitchecken van 07:00 tot 10:00. Dit vind ik een late tijd om op je kamer te mogen. Ik kan me voorstellen dat deze tijden in het drukke seizoen vast staan.

- Florent (8/5): Un séjour au top dans un cadre magnifique. - Les chambres sont très spacieuses, propres et modernes. La piscine est superbe et la situation géographique impeccable pour les commerces, navette vers Ajaccio ou même la plage et les restos. Une borne arcade gratuite disponible, très appréciée des enfants. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées quotidiennement, nous avons peut-être raté l'info sur le site. Le petit dej pourrait être plus fourni pour le prix demandé, mais très bon quand même.

- Sebas (4/5): Prima als je van simpel houd - Ligging is prima en dichtbij strand “Superior suite” maar je bed is een eenvoudig klapbed wat uit de muur komt en met iets wat je eigenlijk geen kussen mag noemen zo dun, dit is iniedergeval niet superior noemenswaardig. Ontbijtbuffet zeer karig maar oke als je van simpel houd. Hier geen cappucino, scrambled egg of bacon.

Les suites sont particulièrement spacieuses et dotées de belles terrasses avec baies vitrées. Le personnel est très professionnel et disponible. La piscine, d'une belle dimension, est très agréable. Parking sous-terrain payant (7€/jour). La plage et de nombreux commerces se trouvent à 5mn à pieds L'Hôtel se site à moins de 500 mètres à vol d'oiseau d'établissements de nuit à ciel ouvert, situés sur la plage, qui peuvent se révéler très bruyants. Sur les 3 soirs passés dans l'établissement, une nuit a été un peu pénible avec une musique clairement audible toutes fenêtres fermées jusqu'à 2h du matin. La qualité de certains équipements mériteraient d'être réhaussée (mobilier, coussin...)

Piscine sans trop de monde (avril). Etablissement et chambres propres et calmes. Parking souterrain avec accès facile à l'ascenseur desservant les différents étages (en supplément cependant). Chambre fonctionnelle, bien agencée et équipée. Petit-déjeuner très bon, suffisamment varié. Etablissement bien situé, possibilité d'aller à la plage à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! S'il fallait mettre une petite note négative, ce serait juste le fait de devoir payer à la nuitée pour ajouter un lit bébé. C'est la première fois que nous sommes sur-facturés dans un hôtel pour l'ajout d'un lit bébé.

Sa situation géographique (proche de l’aéroport, 15 mins) également la mer et l’ensemble des commerces sont possibles à pied. Rien , tout est très bien.

- Elina (9/5): Super ! - Petit déjeuner super et juste à côté de la navette pour Ajaccio. Plage de Porticcio à côté avec plein de restaurants sympathiques. Hôtel calme, chambre spacieuse et vue superbe sur la piscine et le jardin. Le personnel de la piscine et du soir (l’homme s’occupant de l’accueil) ont été particulièrement adorable. Le nettoyage des sols de la chambre pourrait être plus approfondie. Peu d’explications à notre arrivée. Elles ont été succinctes et bâclées. Dommage de ne pas avoir été prévenu que nous avions juste un mini kit de nettoyage et qu’il fallait apporter le surplus (papiers toilettes, pastilles lave-vaisselle, liquide vaisselle).

- Hugo (10/5): Localisation, sécuritaire et comfortable. - L’hôtel était vraiment bien. La piscine et le site étaient parfaits, tout comme la cuisine! La localisation était idéale — très proche des commerces et de la plage. Le personnel a été très attentionné, toujours prêt à répondre à nos nombreuses questions. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour! ☀️🌊 Rien à redire, à part qu’il manquait un peu de vaisselle pour la cuisine et que la décoration était très neutre et grise. Mais sinon, c’était parfait!

- Eric (9/5): Une nuit seulement ne nous pas permis de tester les plus de cet établissement : nous reviendrons. - Emplacement idéal pour accès aéroport et même pour profiter d’Ajaccio. Chambre confortable et bien équipé. Découvrir que le parking est payant est un peu désagréable. Une option sur Booking serait un plus.

- Stephane (8/5): Great, location, facilities were good like the pool and bar. - Pool was nice, staff friendly and super helpful! Great location, not far from shops and beach by foot. The rooms had a/c but there was no fans in the toilet and bathroom to circulate air. When the room was locked up it smelled humid and mildew, when we enter it. Cleaning could have been done more then the one time.
