Muy flojo el departamento - Como siempre Aldea Thai es un complejo hermoso cerca de la 5ta y a metros de la playa La falta de mantenimiento fue muy evidente en olores durante el día y la noche, mesas oxidadas, ruido heladera, baranda escalera podrida e insegura. La cama muy incómoda y ruidosa. La bañera filtra agua y el olor a humedad se siente en el dormitorio. El dueño nos ofreció devolver el dinero pero teníamos que salir ese mismo día de su propiedad. Me sentí verdaderamente muy mal y maltratada. La administradora muy correcta intentó solucionar lo más que pudo. Hubiera pretendido cambio de departamento y no se me ofreció. Es la 3ra vez que voy a Aldea Thai y jamás tuve un departamento tan mal mantenido.

Igor (9/5): Great location, nice stay - Close to the beach. Nice swimming pool with enough lounge chairs. Two kosher restaurants right in the building. Late checkout was helpful, offered as a compensation for a pool being closed one day. Cleaning every 3-4 days is not ideal.
Eric (5/5): Run down, dirty and uncared for…. - The location of the property was very good. This property looks like it used to be a very posh place. Sadly, they have let this property “go,” much like a large part of Playa del Carmen. The toilet didn’t flush, the apartment was dirty and had sand all over the furniture and floors, the hot water was extremely limited so you had to take a shower in exactly 3 1/2 minutes before it became ice cold. It just was an unfortunate experience to see a property that could still be in nice and in good working order if attention was paid to it.
