• maurice (10/5): Excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable. - Excellent city centre location. Had been fitted out and decorated to a high standard. Plenty of hot water. The block itself was quite and felt secure. We would go again. Great communication from owner. The only thing that we thought would have been useful was a rail in the shower to support anyone who was a little unsteady.

• Nicolas (1/5): Very dissatisfied - The location was excellent It was dirty- the bathroom and crockery were dirty. There were 2 dirty mismatched glasses, dirty kitchen surfaces and no tea towels. The bedding hadn’t been changed. We notified the hosts and they did subsequently put fresh bedding on and provided an additional bath towel (only one on arrival) new glasses and brand new unwashed tea towels. They also cleaned the bathroom floor. It is described as a luxury apartment however it is shabby with cheap furniture, a cheap uncomfortable bed and substandard bedding. The shower has no means of adjusting the temperature as the temperature controls simply spun around with no effect. The walls were damaged and marked in places. Felt like student accommodation.

• Sadek (1/5): Luxury? More like BASIC! DIRTY! - Nothing! Where do I start? Paying £116 for one night you expect a luxury service - the room was dirty! It wasn’t cleaned properly, bed sheets had hair all over, the walls and skirting were dusty! The tv stand had a thick layer of dust, and the bathroom had old hair all over the sink and shower. When contacting the property, they weren’t very helpful and expected us to vacate the property for 3 hours for another clean. We cancelled the booking and had to book an emergency premier inn

• Thiago (10/5): - Great stay! The host was super kind and made sure to arrange check-in and check-out times very easily. The apartment is fully equipped, comfortable, and in a prime location.
• Thiago (10/5): - Perfect accommodation! The host was super attentive from the start, always available and flexible with schedules. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay and is very comfortable. The location is also great!

• Emma (6/5): Great location, apartment needs improvement - The location was great, very central and the letting staff were helpful. When I couldn’t locate the hairdryer and it became clear that there wasn’t one, a brand new one was delivered promptly. I had been advised that they had recently had some security issues in the apartment and that was apparent. There was a large hole in the living room ceiling which had been plastered over, and other areas where large holes were. It just needs a good redecoration as there were clear patches where the paint was different or stains were present. There was also a damp smell around the apartment which was quite unpleasant but I think that came from the room housing the boiler.

• Rachel (5/5): Over priced for poor facilities but good location - Location The apartment was not as clean as expected for the price - hairs in bathroom, dirty cover on cushion in bedroom. The bedding was not good quality. There was a bottle of milk (opened) in the fridge, there was no shower gel. The towels were so small you couldn’t wrap around you (just 4 hand towels)
