• Benjamin (5/5): Nice large room with good facilities, customer service needs improvement. - All facilities are working perfectly, furniture and bedding are very comfortable. The remote control for TV was missing and although reported twice, the problem was not solved until checked out. The cleaner comes only twice a week, cleaning is not done thoroughly.

• JULIEN (5/5): Grand appartement dans condo - L'appartement est grand avec deux belles chambres. C'est calme pour Bangkok. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisé mais il y a une belle piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble. Le quartier est dynamique avec restaurants, café et supermarché, bien pratique. Avec des enfants, appartement assez éloigné du BTS et le taxi avec le traffic prend du temps pour les déplacements. Les lits étaient fait et propres mais le sol n'était pas lavé et assez sale. Le mobilier n'était pas de toute jeunesse sauf les lits très biens.

Sorry - The guy in the reception was really friendly and helpful with us Dirty old place, broken doors, daily cleaning was very mid the girls there speak zero words of English and refuse to cooperate with us with a translator. Water is warm only in the morning and in my room you can only have either super hot boiling water or freezing cold not in the middle

I dont dispute policies but you should advertise this in advance or refund the stay when you inform people after booking. That aside. When i arrived, the place was very dirty. Even the balcony was so dirty that you could not touch anything, no chairs or table to sit and relax... whats the point of people paying extra for a balcony....? The kitchen closet door handle was broken. The door handle between the bedroom and living room was broken. There was an awefull smell in the bathroom. No bottle of water upon arrival. For this amount of money you can get much better rooms. I would not recommend this to anyone.

It has been a nightmare night, luckily I stayed only for one night. The staff didn’t look like they care.

Équipements incomplets (pas de marmite, pas de savon pour les mains). Appartement très sale, surtout sous les lits et les carreaux. Mauvaise odeur dans les salles de bain. Pression de l’eau insuffisante. Climatiseur de la deuxième chambre défectueux. Les lits n etaient pas confortables

And I asked couple of people to call, nobody answered. And then waited up to 30min, then they gave me a room, but next day they wake me up and gave me to pack everything in 15min to change room...

• Eric (5/5): Honest review after 11 night stay - Location is great. Lots of things to do around whatever your vibe is. Room is comfortable. Fridge and washing machine very convenient. For the price, it’s a good stay if you’re not boujee. Most of the time you’ll be out of the apartment so it’s only really for sleeping. Overall decent place. The bathroom, particularly the shower really brought down the property. Temperature control is non existent. It’s either scalding hot or freezing cold so showering every day was an absolute effort and unpleasant experience. Drainage of the sink in bathroom also not good. Pool is not great either. But the rooftop area gets some good sun.

Køkkenet/skuffer var smurt ind i gamle madrester, lange sorte hår flere steder som ikke var vores. Klagede til personalet og fik nyt rum, det var beskidt men en smule bedre.

• Supawan (4/5): Only if you are on a budget and really need to stay around here - Good location. I needed to attend a conference at St. Gabriel's foundation so very convenient location. Huge one bedroom suite fully equipped with big fridge, washing machine, microwave plate and utentils. The unit had a very stuffy old house smell, worse in the toilet. Lamp in living room was a dilipidated torn plastic cover way past it glory days. No room cleaning thru-out the 3 nights I stayed. Good I got discount from booking.com, if the actual full price I would've say this is a total rip-off The soi (small street) has noisy traffic evening and early morning. Asked to change room but they said other side is same from the other side street, being in the buslting capital I accept it as inevitable. If the owners could revamp the rooms would be better of they want to still be in business.

• Svetlana (8/5): Very nice comfortable stay - The room was big, equipped with everything promised in the description, everything worked fine. The swimming pool and sauna were open longer hours than we usually find in hotels - 7am-11pm! It's not that I didn't like or was much annoyed by because we stayed just 1 night, more like recommendation how to improve (room 501). Fix the clock on the wall. That's very continent that you have it (we wish that all the hotels have wall clock in the rooms) but the clock didn't work. The kitchenette sink drain could work better and the tap could be more stable. The right slider door of the wardrobe in the bedroom didn't open.

The room was outdated, the pillows were super uncomfortable, and everything felt worn out. Front desk staff seemed clueless and didn’t know how to help with anything. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The furniture is very old. The room is spacious and has a kitchen, which is convenient for traveling to the BTS. However, if you come back late at night, the street can be quite deserted. The road is very narrow, and you have to be careful of passing vehicles at all times.

Walking distance to bars and restaurants in Thonglor. 2nd stay apartment was much better than the 1st one. They Provide 2 bottles of water everyday. For the price, the apartment is really good. Far from BTS. Have to take a bike or taxi No room cleaning service my whole stay so had to buy my own toilet paper. (Not a big deal) Wish they had at least changed our towels and sheets once. Not the friendliest lady staff at the reception.

• Aurora (2/5): it's not worth it - Only the staff deserve praise. Honestly, you don’t pay the poor guys enough. There’s always something to do, something to fix. Guests are constantly asking them to address issues or make repairs in their rooms. The staff are always super nice, super friendly, and super kind—ready to meet every one of your expectations and do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I don’t even know where to start. The washing machine was broken and leaked water everywhere. The staff tried to fix it with duct tape, but it really needs to be replaced immediately—it’s a hazard. It didn’t drain water at all either, which was a complete waste of my time. The bed was as hard as a brick. I could have slept on the floor and felt no difference—it was so uncomfortable. The swimming pool is practically a pond, and the gym only has two machines, which is absolutely ridiculous. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and I had to flush it three times for each use. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and kept cutting out constantly. The location is okay but far from the metro, so bear that in mind. Overall, it’s definitely not worth the money you’re asking for. I don’t know if you think you’re offering a castle, but with all these basic amenities missing or not working, the price is absurdly high. I’m very unhappy with my stay.

I stayed a few years ago and appreciated the decor update on the roof terrace area which has taken place since. The shower could have been better in the room. The cushions/ upholstery/ mattress/ something had an old smell. However, the price was competitive.

• Samantha (7/5): Mostly good - It had a sauna, a gym and a pool. The rooms are big. The rooms need a bit of refurbishment. They are old. The bed is as hard as the floor. Found a massive cockroach in the bathroom on day 2. Every time someone in another room flushed their toilet (yes you can hear it), a bad smell comes up through the drains. The drawers in the bathroom were too dirty to put anything in them. Day staff wasn’t very friendly.

• Howard (9/5): Great staff and very responsive!!! - My stay was great. The team took great care of me. I only qish there was dish soap in my room to wash my dishes. My shower didn't get very hot. Lukewarm at best, but it was clean and well managed. It was not a concern and I didn't even mention it to the staff. The average temperature was over 90° so it was a minor thing. My stay was great and I will be back.
